This study focuses on investigate to the Special Tax of the Seaway Traffic Certificate collected by Tongjeyoung for secure of Gunyangmi and safety of the people and military recruitment for the navy rebuilding carried out by Yi Soon-sin of Jeongyujaeran period. In addition, I examined Yu-Hyeng, Lee Eui-On, Choi Hee-Ryang, and Jung Sa-Joon's brothers who played a major role in helping Yi Soon-sin and rebuilding the navy. Yi Soon-sin is the person to be sown forever as the Holy Hero of the save country that saved Chosun from the aggression of the Japen enemy. In addition to these contents, this study has significance in focusing on the part where Yi Soon-shin went beyond the top commander of the navy army organization and exerted his ability as the administrator for the nation and the people.

Background: This study aimed to identify the validity of breast cancer symptom questionnaire of worker's special health examination and its relationship with breast ultrasonography findings in young female night workers. Methods: The breast cancer symptom questionnaire data of worker's special health examination and breast ultrasonography results in young female shift workers who worked in one electronic manufacture company were collected from 2014 to 2018. Results: Of the 857 workers, 18 had a Breast Imaging Reporting and Database System category 4 or higher. Among other variables, shift work tenure alone was associated with the risk of having a Breast Imaging Reporting and Database System category higher than 4. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the symptom questionnaire were 16.7%, 87.7%, 2.8%, and 98.0%, respectively. Conclusion: The current breast cancer symptom questionnaire of the worker's special health examination is inappropriate due to its low sensitivity and positive predictive value. In the future, female night workers will need alternative measures for more accurate screening for breast cancer.

The South Korean military has undergone four changes in operating methods since its inception with 31 nursing officers in August 1948. While it initially began as a special unit for nursing and other specialized services, it later expanded to include various fields including technology, administration, and special forces. However, analysis shows that there have been few significant changes in how it operates and remains largely centered around technology, administration, and special forces. With the development of advanced science and technology and a decrease in military resources, there is a need for the South Korean military to proactively expand its use of female personnel, as has been done by the US military, Canadian military, Israeli military with female conscription, and Norwegian military. In order to achieve this, there needs to be a cultural shift towards co-ed military units, improvements in facilities and equipment, adequate pay and benefits, and resolution of childcare issues through institutional reforms.

This study began with the question of obtaining human resources through the promotion of outstanding resources of the Special Forces Officer and studied the following four promotion strategies: First, it is Facebook's promotional strategy medium. Second, it is a promotional strategy medium of YouTube. Third, it is a promotional strategy medium for blogs. Fourth, it is a public relations strategy medium for Web site. Furthermore, we would like to consider this study through four promotional strategies and cases of acquiring excellent foreign personnel in order to acquire excellent non-commissioned officers. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain excellent resources through promotional activities by utilizing strategic intermediaries for obtaining excellent resources from special forces. Ultimately, this study can provide fundamental implications for recruiting special forces officers for obtaining excellent resources by utilizing strategic intermediaries.

Convergeance in the military operations can be attained by simultaneously integrating effects based on sensor, C2, shooter asset in multi-domain and there is no exception to special operations. However, because of challenges from enemy, terrain, geopraphy, and weather, it's not easy to intertwine effects created from ground, sea, air, cyber and electromagnetic spectrum, and space in special operations conducted in deep area. This study presented how to intertwine high-tech such as long-rane reconnaissance·strike drone, cutting-edge sensor, jamming pod, and modular repeater in order to offset aforementioned challenges. Several new high-tech are able to strengthen convergeance of special operations in accordance with the development of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, follow-up studies need to be continued making an efforts to search for them.

Although COVID-19 has transitioned to a level 4 infectious disease in 2023 and has entered a stable trend, in special education settings, the importance of supporting the academic and social development gaps of students with disabilities caused by non-face-to-face learning situations such as remote classes during the COVID-19 period is emerging. there is. Accordingly, in this study, in order to identify and support the educational status and academic deficits of students with disabilities after COVID-19, we conducted a survey targeting 2,214 special education teachers in 17 cities and analyzed the results. As a result of the study, due to COVID-19, the developmental delay and educational gap in students with disabilities in terms of academics, emotions, and behavior deepened, and there was a high demand for manpower support, psychological counseling, and medical support for emotional behavior as a way to support this. Based on the results of this study, follow-up results were proposed.

The study seeks to examine the alignment between the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and the Six Principles of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) through qualitative analysis. The study utilizes a qualitative methodology that entails a comprehensive review of the existing literature to establish connections between MOHO and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, with a specific focus on collaborative special education environments. Data collection involves examining academic literature on MOHO, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) principles, and the partnership between occupational therapists and special education teachers. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurrent themes and relationships, offering valuable insights into the theoretical foundations of MOHO and its compatibility with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)The Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) highlights the significance of active engagement and meaningful participation in inclusive education. It promotes the development of independence and self-determination in occupational performance for children with special needs. Moreover, MOHO stresses the importance of offering tailored support and adjustments for these children.

As various digital educational contents for students with disabilities are spreading, a teaching support system for smart education and a utilization plan that takes into account the characteristics of each type of disability must be established. Accordingly, this study analyzed classes using digital content focusing on the case of a special school for the physically disabled and proposed ways to apply the teaching and learning content to the field and improve the support system. Class cases at a special school in Seoul were purposively sampled and analyzed using class video data, class reflection sheets, and in-depth interviews with teachers. Based on the case analysis results, a plan was presented to effectively utilize digital content in special education settings by reflecting the characteristics of students with physical disabilities. A follow-up study was proposed based on the results of this study.

This paper presents a simple approach on the rotational motion estimation and correction for the roll stabilization of the sight system. The algorithm first computes the rotational center from the selected local velocity vectors of related pixels by least square methods. And then, rotational angle is found from the special subset of the motion vector. Finally, motion correction is performed by the nearest neighbor interpolation technique. In order to show the performance of the algorithm, the evaluation for the synthetic and real image was performed. The test results show good performance compared with previous approach.

As a part of development of Korean K2 main battle tank, embedded training computer to be operated in the main equipment, which makes it possible to train without a special-purposed training simulator, was adopted for tank combat training. The category of embedded training of Korean K2 main battle tank includes driving training, gunnery training, single tank combat training, platoon level combat training, and command and platoon leaders combat training. For realization unit level tank embedded training system, the virtual reality was utilized for real time image rendering, and network based real time communication system of K2 tank was utilized for sharing status information between tanks. As a result, it is possible to train themselves on their own tank for enhancing the operational skills and harmonized task with members.
