The modern architecture has to find more essential configuration order rather than the spatial order in the reasonable feint. In other side, paintings and sculptures as a part of the building in the past become a pure art and develop an abstract art. Also they make many affects on the modern architecture as a paradigm. New material has brought to the new forms and the changes of the overall culture and art. One of the new changes has made the object that is one of unique culture symptoms in the 20C and the general part of the modem art includes it. The wall that limits the inside area through mass and volume before the recent times had treated as the object to express the special mean and character. However, the wall has developed as a component that consists of the internal space through surface and volume rather than mass or structure since the recent times. Now, I survey the objective tendency of the wall in the modem interior architecture mainly focused on the relation between object in the abstract art and wall inside.

In this paper, we studies the on-line recognition of handwritten character using WLD(weighted levenshtein distance) algorithm with parallelism. The Hangeul can be separated for unit of phonemes and the alphanumeric can be separated for unit of characters. And, we studies the parallelism and the concurrency of the WLD algorithm for realization of special-purpose processor. By the simulation result for 10, 000 characters in practical sentences, the recognition rate of strokes in obtained 96.57$\%$ and the separation rate for phonemes and characteristics is obtained 95.4$\%$.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

The valve applied air pressure type of high pressure packing is developed to prolong the lifetime and to enhance the airtight. The effective valve developed enables to get remove the remaining pressure through the part of valve in handle so that a separate valve to drain is no need. The character of valve developed in this experiment is high packing of valve through special form and having drain hole in stem that enables a drainage regardless the status of vale is closed or opened.

The SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system made by HARRIS corporation of U.S.A for special propose industrial computer is currently used for Power control in KEPCO (Korea Electric Power corporation). But it's I/O expression is composed or only alpha-numeric and semi-graphic characters. So operators have had some troubles and difficulties. We have studied and implemented Hanguel (Korean Character) in this system to solve these difficulties. In this paper we'll discuss the method and technics of Hanguel Implementation on SCADA system, and trendency of Hanguel implementation will be added.

This paper presents a geological remote sensing information extraction system, the aim of which is to provide practical models and powerful tools to extract geological information from remote sensing images for geological exploration applications. After reviewing and analyzing the existing methods for geological information extraction, we developed more than ten models to enhance and extract geological information, such as alteration information, linear features and special lithological characters. The system is developed based on Erdas Imagine using its programming language. It has been successfully used in the ‘Great Investigation of Land and Natural Resources of China’ program.

In this paper, we define generalized induced linguistic aggregation operator called generalized induced linguistic ordered weighted harmonic mean(GILOWHM) operator. Each object processed by this operator consists of three components, where the first component represents the importance degree or character of the second component, and the second component isused to induce an ordering, through the first component, over the third components which are linguistic variables and then aggregated. It is shown that the induced linguistic ordered weighted harmonic mean(ILOWHM) operator and linguistic ordered weighted harmonic mean(LOWHM) operator are the special cases of the GILOWHM operator. Based on the GILOWHM and LWHM operators, we develop an approach to group decision making with linguistic preference relations. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.

The research is centered on veteran educators in the field of early childhood education who possess more than 20 years of teaching experience and have been recognized with awards for their outstanding achievements. The selection of participants was based on specific criteria, such as the number of years of experience and recognition received from the Ministry of Education's Teaching Innovation Competition in Korea. Eight teachers who met the specified criteria were selected to participate in the study. A qualitative phenomenological research study was carried out using semi-structured interviews to gain insight into the experiences and perspectives of the participants. The study identified five main themes: cultivating interpersonal relationships, establishing interactive classroom settings, providing impactful educational methodologies, facilitating healthy habits and character education, and creating a supportive environment for teachers' well-being. The study seeks to improve comprehension of teaching methodologies and offer suggestions for professional development, teacher training, and educational policies.

In the 21C, each nation controls exhaust fumes from automobiles and makes an effort to develop alternative energy because of serious environmental problem. Jechon area has many historical and cultural archeological sites. And Jechon city sponsors various cultural events. But the way of transportation which is connected with Jecheon and around sightseeing places is general and not ready yet. Therefore, if a special means of vehicle is developed, it could play an another role of sightseeing resources. Special identity of Jecheon area for establishment of green vehicle traffic system which gives Jecheon area specific character was investigated for theoretical background. Traffic system was studied for establishment of direction through existent successful case study. Moreover content, method, structure and advantage & shortcoming etc. of vehicle that use green energy resource such as solar car, fuel cell car, hybrid car, natural gas car etc. were examined. The suitable means of vehicle for Jechon area was proposed to three directions with research and investigation. After comparison and investigation by inquiry of each section's experts, the most suitable traffic system of which energy resource of car, form of vehicles, the complement, dimension of vehicles etc. were decided. Design proposal should be drawn according to process of automobile design in decided direction. Special Exterior design of vehicle that use green energy resource connecting Jecheon and around area should be suggested in Jecheon City Hall and Chungchong-bukdo provincial office for vivify image of cleanliness area.
