The purpose of this study is to understand the special character and the tendency of the movement change that 12 meridians possess. We studied about the incidental and fundamental rule of the six atmospheric influence that was presented by Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory, and the Hwang won-uh's the Six Channel activity of the Qi theory that presented movement form of the meridian through the six atmospheric influence. Then we found the following substances. The Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory is applicable to understand the special character and the tendency of the movement change that Meridians possess. But, because the Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory can't classify the characteristic difference of the hand and foot meridians, then the principle that can devide the meridians of the hand and foot, must be supplied. The Jungwha(right changing)-Daewha(opposite changing) theory is able to concretely classify the special character of the hand and foot six meridians. And Hwang's Shawha(superintending change)-Jongwha(following change) theory that is base on Jungwha(right changing)-Daewha(opposite changing) theory, is able to classify the special character of the hand and foot six meridians, too. If the concept of the Meridians is understood by the Shawha(superintending change)-Jongwha(following change) theory, the special character of the hand and foot six meridians could be concretely classified and then the meridian of the Bowels and the six atmospheric influence corresponded to the meridians could be expansively explained as the point that take charge and control these special Qi in the human body The Bon-Qi(fundamental Qi) act on the special character of Shawha(superintending change) six meridians and the tendency of the movement change is cause by the insufficiency and excessiveness of the Bon-Qi(fundamental Qi). The Qi of the Shawha(superintending change) meridians act on the special character of Jongwha(following change) six meridians and the tendency of the movement change is cause by the exuberance of Yang and the deficiency of Yang.

This thesis aims to study on the character of 'namsadang' group what have been produced in ansung-si, that the show up to people about an-sung 4D Contents what local actually character and to make it more competitive through 3D,4D spacial character project developing process. It is need for new various characters, that (3D,4D-VFX) -Graphics of new an-sung'namsadang' group. that will be total different and new development. total VFX; 4-Dimantion visual graphics released in next an-sung local festival, Business prospects are bright and receiving benefits are increasing. As seen in the case of the character of in 2015, it can be a measure to earn benefits as a higher value-added business if it is managed in the local autonomous entities. In this thesis, I propose what the of character in the local special graphics; VFX style characters design. also I was show up to '4D contents character;' ; 'namsadang' group; creative processing including planing. It is possible to be ranged from special 4D series animation, a feature-length special effct cartoon film, character products, and even local doom Theme parks show up film. which are all expected high profits. These profits will be returned back to the an-sung local autonomous entity, who can use them to develop new contents, one of foundations in local economy. As a result, it is helpful to make local traits and effective tourist attractions.

The purpose of this study is to organize the system of special characters as UX/UI icon design elements, thus laying the groundwork for improvement direction for unclear use regulations. This study examines the theoretical background of UX/UI design and special characters and discovers UX/UI design and special characters' relations and assignments. Besides, the case study summarizes the system of special characters being utilized in the company's UX/UI icon design guidelines to produce the study results. As a result of the analysis, the special character types being utilized in UX/UI were graphic characters, mathematical symbols, punctuation marks, and parentheses. And the special characters commonly used in analysis cases, iOS, Android, and Windows, are ▶, ♥, ★, ○, ⊙, +, ×, ⋯. So this study organizes the common characters to standardize them. Hopefully, this study contributes to increasing the interest in the study of 'special characters' in the UX/UI design field and helps establish a framework for future industrial standards.

Character recognition has already been studied in a lot of fields. But, if input-characters have noise in practical application system, the ability decreases markedly. Special consideration should be taken into account in the recognition of blurred data. This paper proposes low-quality printed character recognition methods that extracts blurred parts of the character image, deletes them and carry out accurate character recognition.

In this paper, a method to segment each character and extract figure from Korean documents is proposed. At first, each character string is extracted by means of iterative horizontal propagation, shrink algorithm and run-length algorithm. Individual character region is extracted by iterative horizontal and vertical manipulation. Next, characters of right pitch are searched. Each character is segmented by the position information. Overlapped character is segmented on the ground of the width of already extracted character. The rest are extracted as special characters of half pitch. Using 9 data input in the form of 840 X 600 from Korean monthly magazine, experiment was simulated. Extraction rate of character is 100%, and that of individual character is 98%. Judging from these results, efficiency on extracting character region and segmenting individual character is proved.

In order to develop a character recognition system, it is an essential preceding work that gathers an image data of the standard. On this purpose a data of the digitized images of a handwritten characters was collected. The types of a gathered image data are Korean character, Chiness character, Numeral, English character, Special character, and so on. This paper deals with a handwritten character image data base, and the image data base different from the general storage structure of a lame capacity multimedia was designed and builded.

The developed security scheme for user authentication, which uses both a password and the various devices, is always open by malicious user. In order to solve that problem, a keystroke dynamics is introduced. A person's keystroke has a unique pattern. That allows the use of keystroke dynamics to authenticate users. However, it has a problem to authenticate users because it has an accuracy problem. And many people use passwords, for which most of them use a simple word such as "password" or numbers such as "1234." Despite people already perceive that a simple password is not secure enough, they still use simple password because it is easy to use and to remember. And they have to use a secure password that includes special characters such as "#!($^*$)^". In this paper, we propose the automatic fortified password generator system which uses special characters and keystroke feature. At first, the keystroke feature is measured while user key in the password. After that, the feature of user's keystroke is classified. We measure the longest or the shortest interval time as user's keystroke feature. As that result, it is possible to change a simple password to a secure one simply by adding a special character to it according to the classified feature. This system is effective even when the cyber attacker knows the password.

Character fashion was already turned up in Egyptian age and nowadays was worn to everybody as regardless of ages, level and sex of people. This paper reviewed character fashion and animation character based on USA and Japan that is outstanding more coming up today and compared and analyzed with our country's situation. Usually, character fashion would give imagnation of products and companies themselves for aesthetic sense and can show possessive feeling and personality. And that mean fashion used by character like pictures and signals(that include words figures and special signals) and these fashion using by animation character was come out in 1929. In spite of third producer, Korea, back from USA and Japan about character fashion, we faced many problems. In order to solve these problems, we must make our own pure character that do not need to pay royalty and must spread marketing strategy with character fashion of more various designs. Therefore we should concentrate for raising high quality works and avoid uneconomic investment and plagiarism and finally we must expand recognition concerning character fashion.

This is an investigative study to consider children's COA by parent's problem drinking and their psychological-social character by the COA. According to the results of this study, almost half of the children's COA, among those who have problem drinking parents, demonstrated high dangerous lever in the lower factors, such as emotional character, personnel relative character, and co-dependent character. Results of the inspection into the differences between the psyrhological-social characters, according to the danger lever of the children's COA, suggested the children's danger lever is higher, the self-efficiency and adaptable flexibility, which are the psychological-social characters, are lower, and there are no special differences in the social-support.
