Generally speaking, user behavior in the post-adoption period is different from that in the pre-adoption period. Users come to make on their experiences of IT use whether they will continue to use it or not. Most theories about the user behaviors in the pre-adoption period are limited in describing them after adoption since they do not consider user's experiences of using the adopted IT and the beliefs formed by those experiences. Therefore, in this study, we explore user's experiences and beliefs such as familiarity, satisfaction and habits in the post-adoption period and examine how they affect user's intention to continue in using Mobile Social Network Service. Through literature reviews, we proposed the conceptual model to explain the role of users' habits in continuance of IT post-adoption stage. Then, we examine the impact of the constructs to affect the intention to continue using the Mobile SNS. The results show that the intention to continue to use Mobile SNS is strongly influenced by users' habits, satisfaction and familiarity; users' habits is strongly influenced by satisfaction and familiarity; satisfaction is strongly influenced by familiarity.
The purpose of this study was to examine nurses’ perceptions of medication treatment for psychiatric patients and to compare these perceptions with the perceptions held by the patients. The methodology used in this study was a descriptive design with semi-structured and open-ended interviews. This study used a convenience sample of 112 nurses who worked in, and 209 patients who were under psychiatric treatment, in four hospitals attached to a university and one national mental hospital in the city of Seoul. The collected data were analyzed by SAS, using percentages for descriptive purposes, and t-test or x$^2$ for comparing the variables. The results were as follows : 1. There was no significant differences between nurses’ and patients’ perceptions on the extent to which patients complied with their medication treatment. Generally speaking, the mean compliance scores for both nurses and patients was high(nurse : (equation omitted)=3.70, Patient : (equation omitted)=3.76). 2. There was a significant difference in nurses’ and patients’ perceptions on the reasons why patients do not take medication. The nurse group indicated that the patients did not take medication because of the “worry about side effects or habituation(49.53%)”, “boredom from long-term use of medication(26.17%)” and “distrust toward medical staff(12.15% )”, but the patient group indicated that they “did not want to be dependent on medication (25%)”, “forgot to take medication(19.7%) and “worried about side effects or habituation(15.91%). 3. As for the necessity of medication, both groups showed some different responses. Even though both groups were aware of the necessity of taking medication, the patient group(21.53%) showed a more negative response. As (or the effects of medication, both groups (nurses and patients ) showed positive responses. However, the nurse group showed a higher positive response (91.07% ) than the patient group(74.16%), 5. Both the patient and nurse group indicated that the most helpful element for the patient’s life under psychiatric treatment was interviews and conversations with therapists and nurses. However, the nurse group showed a higher response(70.15%) than the patients group(47.15%). According to the patient group, family support for the patient was another important factor for psychiatric treatment and daily struggles. In conclusion, as there were differences between the perception of nurses and patients, the nurse must consider the patients’ subjective perceptions first. They should also revaluate their false belief and prejudice concerning the patients’ perceptions. Such information can provide a base to be applied by the nurses in devloping effective mutual relationships with patients which can in turn help in compliance with medication regimen. As it was confirmed that medication was the most important factor in the patients’ recovery, a thorough education program on the therapeutic effect of medication and the necessity of their continued use after discharge is also needed.
Oromandibular dystonia is a focal neurological movement disorder characterized by involuntary sustained and often painful muscle contraction, usually producing repetitive movements or abnormal positions of the mouth, jaw and.or tongue. Patients suffering from oromandibular dystonia often experience difficulties in chewing, swallowing and speaking, resulting from the impairment of mandibular movements. At present there is no etiologic treatment for oromandibular dystonia, because the pathophysiology of primary and focal dystonia is still incompletely understood. Many treatments such as medication, behavioral therapy, surgery are suggested to decrease the involuntary movements. But these success rates are relatively low and they have a lot of complications. many studies suggested that chemodenervation with botulinum toxin is the most effective treatment for oromandibular dystonia. We reported the 2 cases which were treated oromandibular dystonia with botulinum toxin and reviewed the orofacial movement disorders(especially oromandibular dystonia) and botulinum toxin treatment for oromanfibular dystonia.
A method of more realistically, predicting radionuclide concentrations in crop plants varying with time after a nuclear accident was established to estimate 50 years' concentrations of $^{90}Sr$ and $^{137}Cs$ in polished rice seeds and Chinese cabbage for unit dry deposition. After non-growing season accidents, concentrations of both nuclides decreased gradually with time and $^{90}Sr$ concentrations were higher than those of $^{137}Cs$ throughout the whole period. Radionuclide concentrations in the 1 st year after growing season accidents were on the whole higher than those after non-growing season accidents by factors of up to 30 for $^{90}Sr$ and up to 1,000 for $^{137}Cs$. In polished rice seeds, the 50 years-integrated concentration was higher for $^{90}Sr$ than for $^{137}Cs$ after non-growing season accidents, whereas the opposite was true after growing season accidents. In Chinese cabbage. however, it was higher for $^{90}Sr$ than for $^{137}Cs$ after both types of the accident. Generally speaking, the dominant pathway for the integrated concentration after the growing season accident was root uptake for $^{90}Sr$ and direct plant contamination for $^{137}Cs$. The effect of resuspension was negligible. Based on the predicted results. the direct]on of planning countermeasures was suggested for various accident conditions.
The purpose of this study is to offer information needed in developing mental health service programs which can help mental patients to improve their self-esteem. For that purpose, the difference and the interrelation between mental patients' characteristics, and their self-esteem, group consciousness and consciousness of right were examined. And also, in practice, I observed 374 patients suffering from mental problem, who live in Busan and in Kyeong Nam province. As the result, the several facts which could be got from this theoretical examination and practical observation are as follows: First, it is shown that what is meaningfully related to mental patients' self-esteem are their educational level, the families' monthly earnings, a feeling of satisfaction to family relationship, the time spending together with their friends, or a feeling of satisfaction to their friends Second, it is appeared that there was a significant interaction between group consciousness of mental patients, and whether they have got married and the time spending together with their friends. Third, it is found out that their feeling of satisfaction to family relationship and the time spending together with their friends have meaningful relation to consciousness of right which mental patients have. Finally, speaking of interaction among self-esteem, group consciousness and consciousness of right, it is understood that self-esteem has significant effect of group consciousness, and that group consciousness has confidential effect on consciousness of right.

When constructing projects such as road embankments, bridge approaches, dikes or buildings on soft, compressible soils, significant settlements may occur due to the consolidation of these soils under the superimposed loads. The compressibility of the soil skeleton of a soft clay is influenced by such factors as structure and fabric, stress path, temperature and loading rate. Although it is possible to determine appropriate relations and the corresponding material parameters in the laboratory, it is well known that sample disturbance due to stress release, temperature change and moisture content change can have a profound effect on the compressibility of a clay. The early research of Tezaghi and Casagrande has had a lasting influence on our interpretation of consolidation data. The 24 hour, incremental load, oedometer test has become, more or less, the standard procedure for determining the one-dimensional, stress-strain behavior of clays. An important notion relates to the interpretation of the data is the ore-consolidation pressure ${\sigma}_p$, which is located approximately at the break in the slope on the curve. From a practical point of view, this pressure is usually viewed as corresponding to the maximum past effective stress supported by the soil. Researchers have shown, however, that the value of ${\sigma}_p$ depends on the test procedure. furthermore, owing to sampling disturbance, the results of the laboratory consolidation test must be corrected to better capture the in-situ compressibility characteristics. The corrections apply, strictly speaking, to soils where the relation between strain and effective stress is time independent. An important assumption in Terzaghi's one-dimensional theory of consolidation is that the soil skeleton behaves elastically. On the other hand, Buisman recognized that creep deformations in settlement analysis can be important. this has led to extensions to Terzaghi's theory by various investigators, including the applicant and coworkers. The main object of this study is to suggestion the modified compression index value to predict settlements by back calculating the $C_c$ from different numerical models, which are giving best prediction settlements for multi layers including very thick soft clay.

Core-shell structured $BaTiO_3$ powders were produced via nano-coating of $Cr_2O_3$ and $Mn_2O_3$ to barium titanate powder system for MLCCs. From preliminary experiments, the optimal solution reaction condition employing using $KMnO_4$, $K_2Cr_2O_4$ and sulfur was established. Not only powders of $Cr_2O_3$ and $Mn_2O_3$ were synthesized but also their coating on $BaTiO_3$ powders were peformed under the same reaction condition. The coating was carried out in two ways, one-step and two-step, and its results were characterized for comparison. Conclusively speaking, two oxide additives were coated onto the $BaTiO_3$ powder surface with high quality and excellent reaction yield even under mild condition, which indicates that the contents as well as the properties of additive shell layer can be precisely controlled with rather ease.
In gas hydrate survey, seismic amplitude and frequency characteristics play a very important role in determining whether gas hydrate exists. According to the variation of source frequency and scatterer size, we study seismic amplitude characteristics using elastic modeling applied at staggered grids. Generally speaking, scattering occurs in proportion to the square of source frequency and the scatterer volume, which has an effect on seismic amplitude. The higher source frequency is, the more scattering occurs in gas hydrate bearing zone. Therefore, BSR is hardly observed in high frequencies. On the other side, amplitude blanking zone and BSR is clearly observed in lower frequencies although the resolution is poor as a whole. Seismic reflections traveling through free-gas layer below gas hydrate bearing zone decay so severely a high frequency component that a low frequency term is dominant. Amplitude anomaly of BSR result from high acoustic impedance contrast due to free-gas, which is a very crucial factor to estimate gas hydrate bearing zone. Seismic frequency analysis is carried out using wavelet transform method that frequency component could be decomposed with time variation. In application of wavelet transform to the seismic physical experiments data, we can observe that reflections traveling through air layer, which corresponds to the free-gas layer, decay a high frequency component.

Large corpus-based concatenating Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems can generate natural synthetic speech without additional signal processing. Because the improvements in the natualness, personality, speaking style, emotions of synthetic speech need the increase of the size of speech DB, it is necessary to prune the redundant speech segments in a large speech segment DB. In this paper, we propose a new method to construct a segmental speech DB for the Korean TTS system based on a clustering algorithm to downsize the segmental speech DB. For the performance test, the synthetic speech was generated using the Korean TTS system which consists of the language processing module, prosody processing module, segment selection module, speech concatenation module, and segmental speech DB. And MOS test was executed with the a set of synthetic speech generated with 4 different segmental speech DBs. We constructed 4 different segmental speech DB by combining CM1(or CM2) tree clustering method and full DB (or reduced DB). Experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the size of speech DB by 23% and get high MOS in the perception test. Therefore the proposed method can be applied to make a small sized TTS.

Parameters used in a speaker recognition system are desirable expressing speaker's characteristics filly and have in a speech. That is to say, if inter-speaker than intra-speaker variance a big characteristic, it is useful to distinguish between speakers. Also, to make minimum error between speakers, it is required the improved recognition technology as well as the distinguishing characteristics. When we see the result of recent simulation performance, we obtain more exact performance by using dynamic characteristics and constant characteristics by a speaking habit. Therefore we suggest it to solve this problem as followings. The prosodic information is used by a characteristic vector of speech. Characteristics vector generally using in speaker recognition system is a modeling spectrum information and is working for a high performance in non-noise circumstance. However, it is found a problem that characteristic vector is distorted in noise circumstance and it makes a reduction of recognition rate. In this paper, we change pitch line divided by segment which can estimate a dynamic characteristic and it is used as a recognition characteristic. we confirmed that the dynamic characteristic is very robust in noise circumstance with a simulation. We make a decision of acceptance or rejection by comparing test pattern and recognition rate using the proposed algorithm has more improvement than using spectrum and prosodic information. Especially stational recognition rate can be obtained in noise circumstance through the simulation.
