2000년대 한국 아파트 단위세대의 공간구성 동향 변화 (Trend Changes of Spatial Configuration in Housing Units of Korean Apartments in the 2000s)

  • This study aims at finding the trend changes of spatial configuration in housing units of Korean apartments in the 2000s. Among the housing units in the apartments built by large construction companies, we have selected ones with small and regular sizes, $59m^2$ and $84m^2$ respectively, and investigated the number of bays, the location of wet zone and the spatial flexibility in the housing units selected for analysis. In conclusion, the number of bays in the housing unit has gradually increased, after allowing for the structural change of the balcony in the legal. It is estimated that the trend has came from the intent to increase the numbers of the externally exposed surfaces of the balcony, ensure a good view, lighting, ventilation and spatial flexibility. The location of wet zone, water-needed space such as a bathroom or a kitchen, has changed in the direction to facilitate the expansion and modification of space. Variable range of space has gradually expanded by using the balcony and wet zone as much as possible. In order to configure more effectively spaces in housing environments, the future study should be implemented to develop tools for realizing sustainable housing environment at the levels of not only the housing unit. but also the entire building, housing site, and city.

외기인접방식에 따른 아파트 단위평면 특징에 관한 연구(I) (A Study on the Characteristics of the Apartment unit Plans According to the Outdoor Adjacency Methods (I))

  • This paper call attention to the characteristics of apartment unit plans as to the outdoor adjacency methods. My arguments will attempt to investigate spatial composition and each room sizes of the unit plans. So far, very little has been done in this direction. I will limits myself to study 573 plans which have been designed from 1996 till 2003. What emerges from this analysis is that these samples divided 3 types derived from the outdoor adjacency methods. Type 1 limits itself to 39 square meters unit plans. Type 2 was distributed from 49 square meters to 200 square meters with the exception of 100-110 square meters. And, type 3 ranges from 59 to 160 square meters. Therefore, it could be profitable each room's environmental condition (daylight, ventilation and etc) and diverse apartment building types to design in extent 49-160 square meters.

Spatial Variability of Soil Properties using Nested Variograms at Multiple Scales

  • Purpose: Determining the spatial structure of data is important in understanding within-field variability for site-specific crop management. An understanding of the spatial structures present in the data may help illuminate interrelationships that are important in subsequent explanatory analyses, especially when site variables are correlated or are a combined response to multiple causative factors. Methods: In this study, correlation, principal component analysis, and single and nested variogram models were applied to soil electrical conductivity and chemical property data of two fields in central Missouri, USA. Results: Some variables that were highly correlated, or were strongly expressed in the same principal component, exhibited similar spatial ranges when fitted with a single variogram model. However, single variogram results were dependent on the active lag distance used, with short distances (30 m) required to fit short-range variability. Longer active lag distances only revealed long-range spatial components. Nested models generally yielded a better fit than single models for sensor-based conductivity data, where multiple scales of spatial structure were apparent. Gaussian-spherical nested models fit well to the data at both short (30 m) and long (300 m) active lag distances, generally capturing both short-range and long-range spatial components. As soil conductivity relates strongly to profile texture, we hypothesize that the short-range components may relate to the scale of erosion processes, while the long-range components are indicative of the scale of landscape morphology. Conclusion: In this study, we investigated the effect of changing active lag distance on the calculation of the range parameter. Future work investigating scale effects on other variogram parameters, including nugget and sill variances, may lead to better model selection and interpretation. Once this is achieved, separation of nested spatial components by factorial kriging may help to better define the correlations existing between spatial datasets.

Chill Unit 축적과 휴면해제시기 공간변이 추정 프로그램 : CUMAP (CUMAP : A Chill Unit Calculator for Spatial Estimation of Dormancy Release Date in Complex Terrain)

  • 기온의 공간변이가 심한 넓은 지역에서 Chill Unit 축적량과 휴면해제일의 공간분포를 얻기 위해서 Utah Chill Unit 모형을 지리정보시스템과 결합하여 Chill Unit 공간적산기(CUMAP)을 개발하였다. CUMAP은 Grid 형태의 일 최고, 최저기온을 입력받아 시간내삽법에 의해 매시기온을 추정하고, Utah 모형에 의해 매시 Chill Unit을 계산한다. 하루 단위로 Chill Unit이 누적되면 Grid파일로 저장되며, 사용자가 정하는 저온요구량(임계값)에 도달하는 날짜를 역시 Grid파일로 생성한다. 전라북도 김제시 백구면 일대 포도재배지역에 대해 CUMAP을 적용하여 10m 해상도의 Chill Unit 일별 적산값과 휴면해제일 추정분포도를 작성하였다.

전국자연환경조사 자료를 이용한 생물다양성 정량화의 적정공간단위 연구 (Study on the Appropriate Spatial unit to Measure Biodiversity Using National Ecosystem Survey Data)

  • Biodiversity refers to the diversity of organisms originating from all sources, including terrestrial ecosystems, aquatic ecosystems, and complex ecosystems and it is considered to be the standard of the area to be preserved and protected. So The Importance of environmental assessment for biodiversity conservation is increasing and International efforts to quantify biodiversity and to develop indices have been made, but there are insufficient researches on the use of biomass databases and their quantification in Korea. In this study, the biodiversity map was constructed using the 3rd National Ecosystem Survey Mammal Data with three spatial units(Administrative Area, 1:5,000 index map, hexagonal lattice). and the difference of map constructed by spatial unit was suggested to help research on quantification and evaluation of biodiversity in the future. As a result of the study, biodiversity index for the same area varied according to the spatial unit and overall average and standard deviation were different too. Therefore it is necessary to utilize appropriate spatial unit considering the suitability and purpose of quantification rather than using specific unit. It also showed the necessity of establishing a standard for biodiversity index as a result of comparative analysis with ecosystem and nature map. Based on this research, comprehensive efforts should be made for the sustainable development of the country through further research and institutional improvement for quantification and evaluation of biodiversity, set standards.

벡터기반 대시매트릭 기법을 이용한 소지역 장수인구 추정 및 분포패턴에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimates to Longevity Population of Small Area and Distribution Patterns using Vector based Dasymetric Mapping Method)

  • GIS기법을 이용하여 공간데이터간의 융합을 통한 지역적 장수인구의 분포와 영향요인을 밝혀내는 연구사례가 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 이러한 연구들은 분석의 공간단위로써 센서스 행정구역을 채택한다. 그러나 센서스 구역 안에서도 공간적 특징의 다양성이 존재하기 때문에 장수현상을 충분히 설명한다고 할 수 없다. 따라서 장수라는 현상을 현실적으로 반영하는 공간단위에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 대시매트릭 기법은 다양한 공간정보를 이용하여 센서스 행정경계 보다 현실적인 공간단위의 재구성이 가능하게 해준다. 또한 이를 응용하여 소지역의 통계량 추정이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 벡터기반 건물 데이터를 기반으로 대시매트릭 매핑기법을 응용하여 소지역 노인인구 수를 통계적으로 유의한 수준 안에서 재구성 하였다. 또한 클러스터 분석을 통해 센서스 행정경계안에 존재하는 국지적인 공간 영향관계의 변이를 확인 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국지적 수준의 장수연구에 대한 필요성과 대시매트릭 기법의 응용이 유효한 방법론임을 제시하였다고 판단된다.

가시성에 기반한 노인요양시설의 공간계획에 관한 분석 - 공간구문론을 활용한 가시성 분석과 에이전트 시뮬레이션을 중심으로 - (Spatial Configuration Analysis of the Elderly Care Facilities Based on Visibility - Visibility Analysis and Agent-Based Simulation Using Space Syntax -)

  • The spatial planning of the elderly care facility plans is analyzed using space syntax in terms of encouraging the social interaction of the residents in this study. First, through the visibility graph analysis, openness and accessibility of space is analysed. Second, the walking behavior of residents through agent analysis model is simulated. Third, the space planning methods for the elderly care facilities are proposed based on the results. The results are as follows. According to the visibility graph analysis, the main corridor has high visual openness and high accessibility. The visual openness and accessibility of the unit living room, where social interaction among residents is possible in each unit, is low. Space planning is needed to increase direct protection and observation of employees to the unit living room. The location of the nurse station that manages the entire floor needs to be located where the openness and accessibility is most high. The nursing station should have a high degree of connectivity to the entire space, so that any accidents can be managed and contact is accessible. Through the agent simulation the flow from the center to each unit space is highest in the corridor space and the inflow to the private rooms and the living room are similar. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the accessibility of the unit living room more for the natural inflow of residents.

공간군집특성을 고려한 우리나라 물부족 핫스팟 지역 분석 (Spatial analysis of water shortage areas in South Korea considering spatial clustering characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 국가물관리기본계획의 2030년 물부족량 전망자료를 이용하여 공간군집특성을 고려한 우리나라 물부족 핫스팟 지역을 분석하였다. 물부족 최심 군집지역 도출을 위하여 표준유역 기준의 과거 최대 가뭄(약 50년 빈도)에 대한 물부족량 자료를 이용하여, Local Moran's I와 Getis-Ord Gi* 통계량으로 공간군집분석을 수행하였다. 클러스터맵(Cluster Map)을 통해 물부족 공간군집 대상지역을 선정하고, 공간적 군집 특성은 p-값 및 모란 산점도를 통해 적정성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 한강권역 내 1개 군집[임진강하류(#1023) 및 주변]과 낙동강권역 내 2개 군집 [대종천(#2403) 및 주변, 가화천(#2501) 및 주변] 지역이 물부족이 심각한 핫스팟 지역으로 나타났으며, 한강권역 내 1개 군집[남한강하류 (#1007) 및 주변]과 낙동강권역 내 1개 군집[병성천(#2006) 및 주변] 지역이 물부족 HL (해당지역은 물부족량이 많고 주변지역은 물부족량이 적은) 지역으로 나타났다. 표준유역단위 공간군집분석을 수행할 경우 물부족 공간군집지역 전체가 통계량 기준을 100% 만족하여 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 도출되었다. 이는 표준유역 단위로 공간군집분석을 할 경우 가변적 공간단위 문제를 일정 부분 해결한 것으로 공간군집분석의 정확성이 상대적으로 높아졌다.

공간 차별화 계획을 위한 공동주택 단위주호의 평면계획 특성 분석 (Current Features of Apartment House Unit Plans towards Spatial Differentiation)

  • This study aims to analyze the current status and characteristics of apartment house unit plans towards spatial differentiation. The 172 house units from 32 housing complexes were selected for this analysis. In this study, factors of residential space plan especially in an apartment house are categorized into general characteristics on floor plan and factors for spatial floor plan. The Primary findings are as follows: (1) General characteristics on floor plan are analyzed based on space organization, area and number of bays. Among apartment houses over 40 pyeong, it seems that differentiation is well applied with various space plans available. (2) A result of an analysis on the factors for spatial floor plan shows that planning a living room with two-open-sides seems to be more common in the tower-shaped apartment blocks which are now on the increase. Moreover, many of them are adopting movable partitions to reflect resident's various demands on space plan. Among all, the extra kitchen in the balcony is planned high portion of 80.4%. And diningroom is positioned on the front side of the residential space along with a livingroom(19.2%). More frequently, dining area tends to face the living room(30.2%) according to the result. Besides dress rooms begin to be placed in each of the bedroom, once planned in one bedroom only while 18.6% of the apartment houses are placing new storages in the entrance to solve lack of storage space due to balcony extension.

최근 공동주택 설계경기에 나타난 단위세대 계획개념 및 공간 계획 특성 - 2007년도 이후의 수도권 설계경기 당선작을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning Concept and Spatial Characteristics of the Multi-housing Units in Design Competition - Focused on the prize-wining works of design competition in Seoul and Kyunggi Area since 2007 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning concept and spatial characteristics of the multi-housing units in prize-wining works of design competition since 2007. Literature review and content analysis were used for this study and 199units over $59m^2$ were analyzed to review the planning concept, spatial composition and layout. The results of this study were as follows; 1)The planning concept of these units were divided into three aspects; that is, eco-friendly, rational and sustainable unit plan by means of functional, environmental-friendly and future-oriented aspects. 2)Most unit plans had 3LDK+2bath and 4Bay types including family room as a public space. This results shows that family-room and bathroom has recently become more important than number of rooms in multi-housing units planning. 2)In terms of the spatial composition of LDK and Master Bed room, LDK area become large, open type and master-zone were showed 'bed room+dress and powder room+bath' type. 3)The entrance has a intermediated space as a balcony or a former space and the privacy of LDK space was protected from the entrance. This study has a significant moaning on grasping current trend in Korean multi-housing and to provide Information for future direction on housing-unit design.
