최근 도시재생을 통해 도심 속 유휴공간의 재활용 방안에 한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 이에 유휴공간을 재생하여 새로운 부가가치를 창출해 내기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 유형별 유휴공간의 재생이 주민 삶의 질과 지역경제 활성화에 어떠한 영향 관계 및 구조를 가지고 있는지 알아보기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 연구가설은 Smart PLS 3.0 패키지로 적합성 및 통계적 유의성 분석을 실시하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과 총 11개의 가설 중 '경제기반형 PLS 구조모형'에서는 6개의 가설이, '근린재생형 PLS 구조모형'에서는 4개의 가설이 검증되었다. 그 결과를 크게 몇 가지로 요약할 수 있는데, 첫째, 유휴공간의 재생(경제기반형, 근린재생형)을 통해 거주민의 삶의 질과 지역경제활성화를 동시에 만족하려면 문화적 차원에 대한 부문을 공통적으로 고려해야 한다. 둘째, 물리적 차원이 주민 삶의 질에 미치는 영향은 '경제기반형 PLS 구조모형'에서만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 차원은 '근린재생형 PLS 구조모형'에서만 유의한 것으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 유휴공간의 재생에 관한 실증 결과를 분석했으며, PLS 구조 모형의 유형별 차이가 존재함을 밝혔다는 것에 의의가 존재한다.

오늘날 금융자본의 세계화가 진전됨에 따라 금융위기의 발생가능성과 세계경제의 불확실성이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 한국에서 IMF 금융위기는 사회 전반의 구조조정을 추동시키면서 양적, 질적 경제적 변화를 일으키고 있어 본 연구는 광주지역의 경제적 공간의 변화를 살펴보았다. 광주지역경제에 영향을 크게 미치는 산업은 서비스업과 수송장비제조업 등을 들 수 있는데 이들 산업은 IMF금융위기의 경제적 침체의 영향을 민감하게 받았고, 대신 고무 .플라스틱.기계장비.전기전각 부문의 제조업은 상대적으로 영향을 적게 받았다. 공간적으로는 서비스업의 감소로 도심지역의 상업이 쇠락하고, 첨단산업육성을 통한 위기 극복의 노력으로 인해 광산업 집적공간의 형성과 벤처기업이 입지한 창업보육센터나 벤처빌딩과 같은 미시산업공간이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 첨단산업의 지방뿌리내림은 첨단산업의 수도권 집중의 구조적, 지리적 한계를 지니고 있으며, 따라서 지역혁신체제의 구축에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

This paper is one of the types of 'sharing economy', a social economic model that borrows and shares things, spaces, and services from the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through sharing of empty space and time in the city, I would like to suggest a way to reduce the closure of small business owners in order to create jobs, which is one of urban problems in the community. We also build a platform that utilizes the free time and space of buildings through space sharing, one of the types of sharing economy, and provides education programs for start-up education, promotion, marketing, and consulting by matching small business owners with building owners. Therefore, in this paper, by sharing the space and time, the landlord and the small business can share the profits of the small business by reducing the business owner's closure and the job creation plan. Coaching urban regeneration was proposed.

The article is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the bases of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy. It was found that the organizational-economic mechanism due to its multifaceted nature does not have a single generally accepted definition, and its acceptable scale and complexity is reflected in the structure, which is very dependent on the scope and conditions of its application, can be very different and contain different elements. In view of this, in order to highlight the characteristics that are inherent in the organizational-economic mechanism of sustainable development of the region on the basis of potential-forming space in the formation of creative economy, the article examines the properties and characteristics of direct organizational and economic mechanism. The necessity of basing the process of formation of any organizational-economic mechanism, including the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region on the basis of the potential-forming space in the conditions of creative economy on the system of principles. In this context, the author's vision is proposed and a set of principles for the formation of organizational-economic mechanism for sustainable development of the region on the basis of the potential of the potential-forming space in the creative economy, as well as revealed the essence of each. According to the structural aspect, the organizational-economic mechanism of ensuring the sustainability of the region's development on the basis of the potential-forming space is proposed to be presented as a set of seven stages, which are implemented in a certain sequence. Within the limits of this research the sequence of realization of the stages making process of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of maintenance of stability of development of region on the basis of influence of potential-forming space in the conditions of formation of creative economy is defined and their maintenance and essence is presented.

The article examines the formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. Based on the study of different scientific views on the nature and properties of potential-forming space through the study of approaches to understanding the concept of "space" clarified the complexity and multifaceted nature of the phenomenon and found that its characteristics are relevant to the industrial development model. It is revealed that the leading modern trends related to the spread of globalization and regionalization, rapid development of information and communication technologies, diffusion of innovations accompany the transition from industrial to post-industrial development and its development, which leads to new development: changes production, nature and relations between business entities, etc. It is proved that under such conditions, the region as a key element of the economic system, acquires a leading role in achieving sustainable and balanced development. These processes significantly affect the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants, leading to the need for its transformation and change in accordance with modern realities, which is reflected in thorough research on the formation of scientific paradigm based on the formation of its theoretical foundations and methodological basis. This study reveals the essence, role, functions, structure, process of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. It is proved that the formation of the modern scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants occurs in the context of building a post-industrial model of development, accompanied by consideration of the region as a spatial object territories from the physical plane to the spatial environment in which the development of human capital, innovation and self-development of the region. Taking into account the above, the article outlines the prerequisites and factors of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants.

The purpose of this study was to work out the strategies for developing the east coastal community-base resort activating the community economy. The results of this study were as follows; presented village unit resort development that secure unique community activity to seashore village inhabitants and offer natural rest space and recreation space to user for the idealest development direction. And presented space composition direction so that can develop nature rest ball such as nature walk road that introduce concept of "The street" in this resort development. Also, through belt style development, proposed resources between the seashore village that must share reciprocity.

It happened many changes in our country on construction and culture with the economy and society, after the efflorescence. And it was provided the rapid growth in the theater space which is the center of culture with advance in economy and the society. The research which it analyzed these theaters of composition, form, function and size, and it shows that the theater space is developed with the influence of time. Also the research which it sees with start are to the plan and the plan of theater space and they provide they do with a fundamental data and to sleep. Advancement and change of theater space craving of the spectators it is sufficient and it gives, to make the opportunity the culture art will be able to develop. For the diversification of activation and a development of the theater space, it have to analysis details and go deep in to the study continuously.

최근 우주 분야는 국내외적으로 국가 경제 및 안보의 중요한 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 우주 분야의 발전을 위해서는 정책이 매우 중요한 역할을 수행해야 한다. 하지만, '우주 정책'에 대한 명확한 설명과 정의가 부족하여, 우주 정책에 참여하고자 하는 많은 연구자들이 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 '우주 정책'에 대해 정의를 내리고, '우주 정책'을 '우주 연구개발 정책', '우주 경제 정책', '우주 법·제도 정책', '우주 안보 정책', '우주 외교 정책'으로 구분하여 설명한다. 또한 각각의 우주 정책 분야의 중요한 요소가 무엇인지에 대해 분석한다. 복잡해지는 우주 분야와 같이 우주 정책도 다양한 관점에서의 접근이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문을 통해 우주 정책 및 향후 주요 이슈에 대한 이해를 가질 수 있을 것이다.

Air transport is at the core of global economic growth. There is a close relationship between the flow of regional elements and the growth of the regional economy. It is easy to misestimate the impact of airports on the regional economy without considering spatial spillover effects. This study attempted to establish an asymmetric economic geographical weight matrix by applying the Spatial Durbin Model with cargo volume and passenger numbers as indicators. The influence of spillover effects on the regional economy, including direct spillover effects and indirect spillover effects are studied. The results revealed that passenger numbers and cargo volume have significant positive spillover effects on the regional economy. The driving effect of the airport on the regional economy was considered from a wider space scope. This study contributes to the scientific evaluation of the aviation economy.

본 연구는 유휴공간의 재생에 대한 부문별 효과를 평가하여 주민 삶의 질과 지역경제 활성화에 어떠한 영향 관계 및 구조를 가지고 있는지 알아보기 위한 목적으로 분석하였다. 연구가설 설정에 대한 적합성과 통계적 유의성 분석을 통해 전체 총 11개의 가설 중 8개의 가설을 PLS 구조모형을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과를 크게 3가지로 요약할 수 있는데 첫째, 유휴공간의 재생을 통해 거주민의 삶의 질과 지역경제 활성화를 동시에 만족하려면 물리적, 사회적, 문화적 차원에 대한 부문을 기본적으로 고려해야 한다. 둘째, 유휴공간 환경적 차원의 재생은 지자체 차원에서 주도해야 하며, 관 민 협업을 통해 유휴공간의 재생에 대한 효과가 지역경제 활성화로 이어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로 유휴공간의 재생을 통해 주민 삶의 질의 향상을 도모하고 이러한 만족이 다시 지역경제 활성화로 이어지는 순환적 효과로 이어지도록 해야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 유휴공간의 재생의 이론적 기반을 마련하고 이에 대한 영향구조모형에 대한 실증연구로 의의가 존재한다.
