자동 조립 및 공급을 위한 BLDC 서보 전동기 제어시스템 설계 (Design of a BLDC Servo Motor Control System for the Auto Process of Assembly and Supply)

  • 본 논문은 DSP 제어기와 IGBT 구동기를 이용하는 조립과 공급의 자동처리를 위한 BLDC 서보 모터 제어시스템 설계를 제안한다. 조립, 공급 자동처리 시스템은 다양한 동작을 위해 서보모터의 토크, 속도, 위치 제어를 필요로한다. 본 논문은 이러한 서보제어를 벡터제어와 공간벡터 PWM 기법을 이용하여 구현한다. 제어기의 CPU 로서 PWM 파형발생기, A/D 컨버터, SPI 통신 포트 및 많은 입/출력 포트를 갖는 TMS320F240 DSP를 채택하였다. 이 제어시스템은 메인 호스트 PC 가 위로부터의 명령을 전달하고 끝단의 서보제어기의 상태들을 모니터링하는 세 개의 부 DSP시스템을 관리하는 3레벨의 계층적 구조로 이루어져 있다. 각 부 DSP 시스템은 DSP와 IPM을 사용하여 BLDC 서보모터를 제어하는 8개의 BLDC 서보모터제어부를 운영한다. 호스트 시스템과 중간의 DSP는 RS-422을 이용하여 통신하며, 주프로세서와 제어기는 SPI 포트를 이용하여 통신한다.

Near-Five-Vector SVPWM Algorithm for Five-Phase Six-Leg Inverters under Unbalanced Load Conditions

  • Multiphase machines are characterized by high power density, enhanced fault-tolerant capacity, and low torque pulsation. For a voltage source inverter supplied multiphase machine, the probability of load imbalances becomes greater and unwanted low-order stator voltage harmonics occur. This paper deals with the PWM control of multiphase inverters under unbalanced load conditions and it proposes a novel near-five-vector SVPWM algorithm based on the five-phase six-leg inverter. The proposed algorithm can output symmetrical phase voltages under unbalanced load conditions, which is not possible for the conventional SVPWM algorithms based on the five-phase five-leg inverters. The cause of extra harmonics in the phase voltages is analyzed, and an xy coordinate system orthogonal to the ${\alpha}{\beta}z$ coordinate system is introduced to eliminate low-order harmonics in the output phase voltages. Moreover, the digital implementation of the near-five-vector SVPWM algorithm is discussed, and the optimal approach with reduced complexity and low execution time is elaborated. A comparison of the proposed algorithm and other existing PWM algorithms is provided, and the pros and cons of the proposed algorithm are concluded. Simulation and experimental results are also given. It is shown that the proposed algorithm works well under unbalanced load conditions. However, its maximum modulation index is reduced by 5.15% in the linear modulation region, and its algorithm complexity and memory requirement increase. The basic principle in this paper can be easily extended to other inverters with different phase numbers.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근, 압전 변압기 기술의 급속한 발전을 이용하므로 자계의 잡음이 없고, 크기가 소형화되며 고효율과 고 전력 밀도, 누설자속이 없어 노이즈 발생이 없고, 공진주파수만을 이용하므로 출력파형이 정현파에 가까워 고조파 잡음이 없는 점을 이용하여 전기적인 등가회로를 적용하여 DC-DC 컨버터를 구현 하였다. 유도전동기 회전자 속도 개념에 자속 기준 모델 적용 시스템(FMRAS)을 적용하였다. 유도전동기의 벡터제어는 회전자 속도 정의의 추정값을 이용하여 실행 할 수 있고, 부가된 변화되는 모델로 회전자 목표값 계산을 수행 할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 PWM 공간 전압기법과 DC-DC 컨버터를 이용하여 벡터전류제어와 속도제어를 위한 PI제어기로 구성되어 있다. 제어를 위한 실행과 높은 속도계산을 디지털 신호 원칩 마이크로프로세서에 의해 수행 되었고, 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해서 다양한 제어 방법의 타당성을 제시 하였다.

  • 최근 자동차 및 자동화 등 많은 첨단 산업분야에서 산업용 모터 정밀 제어를 위한 인버터의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA를 이용하여 단일 제어 유닛으로 여러 개의 모터를 제어할 수 있는 SVPWM 모듈을 설계 제작하여 모터 정밀제어에 응용하고자 한다. 개발된 WVPWM 모듈에는 PWM 발생기뿐만 아니라 위치 및 전류센서 처리 부분과 데프타임 보상기 알고리즘도 함께 구현되었다. 개발 툴은 ALTERA Quartus 8.0을 사용하였으며 시뮬레이션에 의해 동작 특성을 검증하였고 실험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다.

  • Renewable energy is being spotlighted as the electric power generating source for the next generation. Due to an increase in renewable energy systems in the grid system, their impact on the grid has become non-negligible. Thus, many countries in the world, including Europe, present their own grid codes for grid power conversion devices. In order to experiment with these grid codes, grid fault test equipment is required. This paper proposes both equipment and a control method, which are constructed with a 7-level cascaded H-bridge converter, that are capable of generating various grid faults. In addition, the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method for multilevel converters is compared and analyzed. The proposed structure, the control method, and the PWM method are verified through simulation and experimental results.

  • In design of a digital current controller for a 3$\phi$ voltage-source (VS) PWM converter, its conventional model, i.e., stationary or synchronous reference frame model, is used in obtaining its discretized version. It introduces, however, inherent errors since the following practical problems are not taken into consideration: the characteristics of the space vector-based pulsewidth modulation (SVPWM) and the time delays in the process of sampling and computation. In this paper, the new hybrid reference frame model of the 3$\phi$ VS PWM converter is proposed considering these problems. In addition, the direct digital current controller based on this model is designed without any prediction or extrapolation algorithm to compensate the time delay. So the control algorithm is made very simple. The validity of the proposed algorithm is proved by the computer simulation results.

  • This paper proposes a speed control system based on a fuzzy logic approach, integrated with a simple and effective adaptive algorithms. And this paper attempts to provide a thorough comparative insight into the behavior of induction motor drive with PI, direct and improved fuzzy speed controller. A indirect vector controlled induction motor is simulated under varying operating condition. The validity of the comparative results is confirmed by simulation results for induction motor drive system.

  • The compensation problem of error and various problems due to delay of speed sensor itself and speed detection have issued in case using speed sensor in the adjustable speed control of induction motor. This paper have applied the stator flux oriented vector control algorithm and space voltage vector PWM method in order to improve an dynamic character of voltage-source inverter system, and also used the better IP controller in the speed response than Pl controller as speed controller. This paper estimated the rotator speed using input current of inductor motor and flux component invoked through voltage drop by terminal voltage and stator resistor.

열차 추진제어장치의 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study of Control Algorithm for Propulsion System)

  • In this paper, control schemes are developed for a propulsion system(Converter/Inverter) in electrical train. A robust controller for PWM converter is proposed. The converter controller consists of a PI controller for DC output voltage and a current controller using error-space approach for maintaining the sinusoidal current waveform and unity power factor. This proposed method is based on characteristic ratio assignment(CRA) method which has the advantage to design the optimal gain to meet the referenced response and overshoot within the limit range. Inverter system is controlled by vector control and slip frequency control. At low speed region, vector control scheme is applied to control instantaneous torque and slip frequency control is performed under overmodulation region and one pulse mode. Because output voltage of converter contains harmonics ripple at twice input ac line frequency, control scheme is developed to reduce the pulsating torque current. The performance of propulsion system will be verified by simulation and prototype experimental results.
