바닥충격음 완충재의 동적특성에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Influence Factors on Dynamic Properties of Floor Impact Noise Insulation Materials)

  • In this paper, influence factors on dynamic properties of floor impact noise insulation materials are suggested. For this purpose measurements on the dynamic stiffness and the loss factor of resilient materials are carried out by Korea standard (KS F 2868) according to the change of density, thickness, design pattern, and composition of materials. As a result the values of dynamic stiffness was decreased at high density and thick thickness, and that of loss factor was increased at low density. For dynamic properties, the pattern of lattice and waffle type material is better than that of plat type, and the mixed composition of materials is better than the composition of double layer materials at same thickness.

마이카-에폭시 절연재료의 열화특성분석 (The Aging Characrteristic Analysis of Mica-Epoxy Insulation Materials)

  • The experimental results using the X -ray technique, the position and structure of mica crystal are not observed the phase change of aging and sound specimen respectively. However, We could observe the intensity difference of crystal element in both atmospheres. The analysis of mica-epoxy materials by optical microscope are shown that the each surface of sound and aging specimens are different in both atmospheres Also, the experimental results have shown that the potassium ions of mica cristal are substituted by hydrogen ions at boundary area of mica-epoxy and/or mica-mica. On components made of mica, a potassium ion of big atomic radius, is replaced by hydrogen ion of small atomic radius. The voids are created by the difference of radius progressed by combined stresses. Through these phenomena, it has been proposed that the conductive layers made of potassium enable the voids to form and the cracks to create by high electric field.

SEA 기법을 이용한 저중량 대시판넬 흡,차음재 성능에 대한 연구 (Acoustic Study of light weight insulation system on Dash using SEA technique)

  • In this paper Statistical Energy Analysis has been considered to predict high frequency air borne interior noise. Dash panel Insulation is major part to reduce engine excitation noise. Transmission loss and absorption coefficient are considered to predict dash insulation performance. Transmission lose is derived from coupling loss factor and absorption coefficient is derived from internal damping loss factor. Material Biot properties were used to calculate each loss factors. Insulation geometry thickness distribution was hard to measure, so FeGate software was used to calculate thickness map from CAD drawing. Each predicted transmission losses between conventional insulation and light weight insulation were compared with SEA. Transmission loss measurement was performed to validate each prediction result, and it showed good correlation between prediction and measurement. Finally interior noise prediction was performed and result showed light weight insulation system can reduce 40% weight to keep similar performance with conventional insulation system, even though light weigh insulation system has lower sound transmission loss and higher absorption coefficient than conventional system.

  • Honeycomb structures have advantages in weight reduction with stiffness increment. As far as noise is concerned, however a light aluminum structure, instead of a steel frame, should have an equivalent mass density in order to maintain sound insulation performance. In this paper, an evaluation of a material effect on noise has been examined.

  • This study aims to propose fundamental data for development of noise reduction system that is applied to classification for light-weight impact sound. For this reason, eight types of damping materials were constructed in new construction field. Comparison and analysis among the reduction materials were carried out on the acoustical characteristics through test. In the end, the suitability as a damping material was evaluated by the analysis.

  • In this study, experimental tests for driving noise of various optical disk drives (ODD) have been performed using 1/2' microphone noise measurement system. Several new and old ODD models by different manufacturers are practically considered and compared far realistic driving conditions. Sound insulation case with absorbing material fur the present experimental tests is designed and constructed using CATIA system. It is found that average data transfer rate, operating RPM, and sound noise level seems to be different for the same opposed speed ODD by different manufacturers. Moreover, driving sound noise level can be largely affected by both tray shape and driving speed even for the same apparent data transfer rate.

흡음재 폐기물의 재활용 방안 (Recycling of Sound Insulation Headliner Waste Material)

  • 흡음재로 널리 사용되는 헤드라이너는 발포성 폴리우레탄(PU foam)과 유리섬유(Glass Fiber,GF) 로 구성된 복합재료로, 제품의 생산 공정을 거치는 동안 부산물 형태의 폐기물이 발생한다. 헤드라이너 폐기물에 대한 효과적인 재활용을 위해 헤드라이너 구성성분에 대한 분리공정이 중요한 문제점이다. 헤드라이너에 대한 열분석결과에 의하면 중량의 감량 비율은 $400^{\circ}C$까지의 온도범위에서는 발포성 폴리우레탄 > 비발포성 폴리우레탄 > 부직포 > 1st layer > 유리섬유의 순으로 감량이 증가하는 결과를 보이고 있다. HDPE, LLDPE, PP 그리고 Master Batch 에 첨가제 형태로 폐 스크랩 첨가하여 sheet를 제작한 후 DSC 특성을 분석한 결과 PP를 제외한 다른 물질들에서는 결정화에 따른 발열전이가 나타나지 않는 것을 확인 하였다.

폴리머 계열 방음패널의 차음특성 비교 분석 (Sound Insulation Properties of Polymer Soundproof Panels)

  • 방음패널의 차음특성은 재료의 면밀도와 소음의 주파수와 높은 상관관계가 있으므로 방음패널의 두께 및 재료의 선택에 있어 실제 도로소음의 특성을 반영하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 재료의 경량 및 시공측면에서 수요가 증가하고 있는 플라스틱 소재 중 방음패널로 활용 가능한 소재를 선정하여 도로교통 소음의 주파수에 따른 차음특성을 평가하였다. 대상 패널은 물리적 특성을 조사하여 효율성 및 경제성 평가를 통해 polypropylene (PP)과 high-density polyethylene (HDPE)를 선정하였고 현재 방음패널의 재료로 사용되고 있는 polycarbonate (PC)와 polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)와의 재료 및 두께에 따른 차음특성을 비교하였다. 그 결과 방음패널의 차음특성은 재료의 면밀도에 비례하여 PC, PMMA, HDPE, 그리고 PP순으로 높은 투과손실치를 나타내었다. 두께별 차음특성의 경우, 방음패널 두께에 비례하여 투과손실이 증가하나 일치효과로 인해 투과손실이 감소하는 주파수가 낮아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로, 저감하고자 하는 소음의 주파수대역을 먼저 파악하고 방음패널의 재질과 두께에 따른 주파수별 차음특성을 파악하여 적용한다면 효과적으로 소음을 저감할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
