Poly(N,N-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate)와 PEG로 이루어진 블록공중합체 합성 및 나노복합체 형성 (Synthesis of Block Copolymers Composed of Poly(N,N-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate) and PEG and Formation of Nanoaggregation)

  • N,N-dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)와 poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)로 이루어진 블록 공중합체를 합성하였고, 그 구조를 FT-IR, DSC, 및 $^1$H-NMR로 확인하였다. 준비된 poly(DMAEMA))-PEG 블록 공중합체 수용액에 poly(ethyl acrylamide)(PEAAm)를 첨가하면 블록 공중합체의 DMAEMA와 poly(EAAm) 사이에서 일어나는 수소결합에 의해 나노복합체가 형성되었다. 나노복합체는 임계미셀농도 이상의 농도에서 이루어졌다.

  • 이미 합성된 N-benzylisonitrosoacetylacetone $imine^1$의 유기용매내에서의 구조변화를 측정하기 위하여 여러가지 유기용매에서의 핵자기공명스펙트럼 및 Carbon-13 핵자기공명 DEPT 스펙트럼 등의 분광학적인 자료를 이용하였다. 그 결과 이 시약은 monoxime의 일종으로 용매 중에서 syn- 형과 anti- 형의 기하이성질체가 공존하고 있으며 각각이 토우토메리 현상을 일으키고 있다.

지르코늄-피리치온 착물에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Zr-Pyrithione Complex)

  • Zirconium pyrithione complex was prepared by reaction of sodium-pyrithione solution and zirconyl chloride solution. The physico-chemical properties of the complex was examined by means of IR, XRD, DSC and NMR. And the stability of Zr-complex was investigated on the basis of accelerated stability analysis under conditions of temp. elevation, UV radiation and pH dependence. The result indicates that the ratio of the ligand to metal in Zr-pyrithione complex was determined 4:1, and its stability constant was $4.643{\times}10^4$. The rate order of decomposition of the complex was apparent first-order reaction of which rate constant and the decomposition rate was not only accelerated by effect of heat and UV radiation but was catalyzed by specific acid-base catalysis considered the pH dependence for the hydrolysis of the complex and the suspension was most stable over the range pH 4-8 indicating that solvent catalysis is the primary made of reaction in this region.

  • The structure of an antimicrobial peptide buforin II has been studied by $^1$H NMR and CD spectroscopy. Buforin II is flexible and random structure in H$_2$O but the parts of buforin II become helical structure in trifluoroethanol (TFE)/H$_2$O (1:1, v/v) solution. From the restrained molecular dynamics calculation using NMR data, we obtained the possible conformation of buforin II in TFE/H$_2$O solution. (omitted)

Twist Boat Conformation of Thiane S-Oxide Both in Solid State and in Solution

  • A stable twist boat conformation of thiane S-oxide 1a in solid state and in solution was unambiguously determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography and solution NMR analyses. On the contrary, the thiane Sdioxide 2 which was obtained from the oxidation of corresponding thiane S-oxide 1a was confirmed to adopt a regular chair conformation.
