태양전지와 연료전지의 결합발전 시스템

  • As ideal new energy, solar cell has renewable and inexhaustible characteristics and the fuel cell only needs low maintenance and low operating cost. This paper introduces hybrid system of solar cell and fuel cell considering the advantages of stable and sustainable energy from the economic point of view. Then the paper shows the I-V characteristics of the solar module which are dependent on the power of the halogen lamp and the P-I and I-V characteristics of fuel cells which are connected in parallel and series.

  • Currently the variety of governmental business support and research for supplying solar energy have been actively progressed. As of now, however, There are no practical testing infrastructures of grid-connected photovoltaic system which test performance of solar power facility in domestic. Therefore, in KEPRI, there is in progress construction of practical testing ground of 500 kW class grid-connected PV System for developing the evaluation of the performance technology including the Module, PCS, and etc, that is the important instrument of the PV System, in Gochang area. It analyzed the site creation work for constructing the practical testing ground and new construction of control room and the unit standards, specifications and capacity of required equipment. For the system detailed design, configuration, instrument-specific parameters established, power generation predictions of Array Type and the components of testing ground are needed to build.

  • Operating conditions of photovoltaic power generator is very sensitive to the PV modules. The PV module's control is an importance issue in the removing DC ripple noise. In this paper, the phase-shifted-carrier technique, which is a new three-step dc-dc power multi-converter schemes, is applied to solar generator system to improve the output current waveform. The novel type of three-step dc-dc converter presented has many features such as the good output waveform, high efficiency, low switching losses, low acoustic noise. The circuit configuration is constructed by the conventional full-bridge type converter circuit using the isolated DC power supply for which the solar cell is very suitable. In the end, a circuit design for understanding three-step dc-dc converter and new solar power system were presented

  • Solar energy has many advantage like as purity and infinity. Recently many researches about new energy source are processing in several places around the world. In this paper, the virtual implement of solar cell was proposed to solve the problems as reappearance and repetition of some situation in experiment of photovoltaic. To realize the VISC, mathematical model of solar cell for driving converter was studied and the buck converter were compared in viewpoint of tracking error of characteristic curve of solar cell using computer simulation. Also, Output characteristics of system analyzed through an experiment.

  • In this paper, a hybrid photovoltaic fuel-cell generation system employing an electrolyzer for hydrogen generation and battery for storage purpose is designed and simulated. The system is applicable for remote areas or isolated DC loads. Control strategy has been considered to achieve permanent power supply to the load via the photovoltaic/battery or the fuel cell based on the power available from the sun. MATLAB and SIMULINK have been used for the simulation work. A sensitivity analysis is conducted for various load level based on availability of solar radiation.

  • In this paper, a bidirectional power supply charger is proposed. This system used a solar cell panel to generate electricity and used super capacitors to store these energies, which can be used for the robot cleaner or some other electronic products. This system include a phase-shift controlled bidirectional dual active bridge (DAB) converter, solar panel super capacitors and DSP controller. In the daytime it can charge to the super capacitors to store the energy generated by the solar cell panel and in the night it will release the energy stored in the super capacitors to loads. A prototype of the proposed bidirectional power supply charger system was designed which can achieve 18V to 30V input, 10V/20W output to super capacitors and 9V/6.5W output when it acts as a charger for the robot cleaner. The system is verified to be sTable and reliable by both the simulation and experimental results.

  • 우주비행체의 주 전력원인 태양전지 시스템은 태양광을 직접 바라본 상태에서 운용되어, 우주의 가혹한 열적/기계적 환경에 직접 노출되므로, 제작/시험 중 발생될 수 있는 미세한 균열, 정전기 및 열 충격 등이 궤도 운용 중 태양전지 시스템의 기능상실로 이어질 가능성을 갖는다. 또한 태양전지 시스템의 전력생성 기본 유닛인 태양전지에 발생된 미세한 균열 또는 열 충격에 따른 태양전지의 내부 파손의 발견을 위해서는 고가의 장비와 복잡한 시험 절차, 그리고 많은 시간을 필요로 하게 된다. 따라서 태양전지 시스템 기능의 건전성을 쉽고, 빠르게 확인하기 위해, 정성적인 태양전지 기능 건전성 평가 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 요즘 우주비행체에서 가장 많이 사용되는 갈륨-비소 계열의 다접합 태양전지가 갖는 전계발광현상을 이용해 복잡한 반도체 구조를 가지는 태양전지의 기능 건전성을 보다 간단하고 저비용으로 그리고 빠르게 평가하는 방법에 대한 이론적, 기술적 근거를 설명하였다. 또한 이를 실제의 우주용 태양전지 시스템에 적용하기 위한 기술적 사항들과 적용 제한 조건들에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • This study aims to analyze characteristics of Cell surface temperature and generated power performance for improving PV(Photovoltaic) system condition according to the cell opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system at Spandrel of curtain-wall. For this purpose, alternatives were classified for eight different cases that opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system varied from 0% to 70%, which was used by simulation tool, EnergyPlus. As results, it turned out that increasing opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system led higher PV surface temperature, back-sheet type was thus the most advantageous for decreasing surface temperature, annual generating efficiency, and annual accumulated generating power. Consequently, blocking off air space from outside insolation can advantageously keep to be better condition for generated power performance.

  • The paper proposes a simulation model of grid-connected photovoltaic generation system (PV system) using on PSCAD/EMTDC, a reliable power system and apparatus transient analysis program. A equivalent circuit model of a solar cell is used for modeling solar array. A series of parameters required for array modeling are deduced from general specification data of a solar module. A PWM voltage source inverter (VSI) model is presented and current control scheme is implemented for VSI control. A maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique is applied for controlling the PV system. Simulation case study provides V-I and V-P characteristics of solar array and PV system control performance for irradiation changes.

  • Building-integrated photovoltaics(BIPV)are increasingly incorporate into new domestic and industrial buildings as a proncipal or ancillary source of electrical power, and are on of the fastest growing segments of the photovoltaic industry. This paper presents operational features analysis and PCS(Power conversion System) factors of grid-connected 30kW BIPV on library of Dongshin University. The data consisted of insolation, Temperature, solar-cell performance and inverter performance are collected by IVIsion web monitoring system and analyzed. The analyzed data gave this paper effect elements of optimal operation.
