  • Nowadays, as the traffic volume is higher, the more pavement are expanded and constructed. In korea, the most of the pavement system were covered with an asphaltic concrete or portland cement concrete, so it need the new system of pavement to protect the natural environments. The objectives of this study are to investigate properties and applications of soilcrete using FGC soil stabilizer and then to evaluate the benefits to be gained by soilcrete pavement, when a pavement system of existing are replaced by soilcrete. for example, environmental advantages, cost savings, ultimately.

  • Soilcrete has been the traditional material for the paving and soft ground improvement techniques. But because the durability is not excellent and the quality is not homogeneous, it has not been used for the various purposes up to date. And because the quality of soilcrete is apt to be changed by the content of water and soil stabilizer, and the kind of soil and soil stabilizer, it is not free of cares. But with the increase of naturally oriented needs for the light traffic road such as pedestrian roads of the garden, golf courses and sidewalks, the cases of soilcrete paving has been increased recently. This study aims at making the reference table of the mix design in accordance with the required design specifications for the soilcrete admixtures by the FGC soil stabilizer by using the statistical experiment method. The treated soil is the clay which are widely spreaded in Korea. As the results of this study we can derive the effective reference mix design table for the clay soil treated by the FGC soil stabilizer in accordance with the compressive strength of 50∼200kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ soilcrete with respect to the contents of water, soil stabilizer and fine sand.

해성점토지반 개량을 위한 소일크리트 고화재의 적용성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Soilcrete Cement for Improvement of marine Clay)

  • In this paper, the effect of ground improvement and the countermeasure for the increase of strength in soft ground (wasted fill, marine clay) was studied through utilization of Soilcrete Cement as a material of ground improvement. Soil samples were obtained from $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$ sanitary landfill to assess the applicability of the clay liner using Soilcrete Cement. Several laboratory tests were performed with the samples and skin corrosion tests of steel pipe covered with Soilcrete Cement were performed. As a result, Soilcrete Cement is considered to be applicable to the construction site and to be effective for the prevention of the corrosion of the steel pipe.

  • Soilcrete는 도로포장과 연약지반개량공사에 널리 활용되고 있는 전통적인 재료이지만 내구성이 떨어지고 품질이 불균질하기 때문에 용도확대에 제약을 받아왔다. 그러나 최근 환경친화적인 수요가 증가하면서 공원의 산책로, 골프장의 보도 등에 고강도 소일크리트의 적용사례가 증가하고 있다 본 연구의 목적은 포졸란 시멘트를 이용한 고강도 소일크리트에 대해서 통계적인 실험계획법을 적용하여 참고 배합설계를 실시하고자 하였다. 시험토질은 국내 현장에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 점토를 대상으로 하였으며, 연구결과 압축강도$50~150kg/cm^2$수준의 고강도 소일크리트에 대한 실용적인 참고 배합표를 제안할 수 있었다.

  • In this study, a series of test was conducted to show the characteristics of freezing -thawing process on soilcrete using the soft clay in a redevelopment paddy area, was treated with cement and several additives such as Beestar, CaSO4 , MgO, and polypropylene fiber, From the results of test, it was found that first addtivies -cement and beestar-was effective for compressive strength, and the resistance against freezing -thawing process was improved by secondary additives, in the order their effectiveness, i.e. CaSO4 , Synthetic fiber, MgO and Beestar.

소일크리트 고화재를 이용한 소일시멘트 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Soil Cement Properties by Using Soilcrete Stabilizer)

  • 소일시멘트는 오래전부터 도로기층처리, 연약지반개량을 위해 사용되어온 재료지만 품질의 균질성과 내구성이 떨어지기 때문에 용도 확대에 한계가 있었다. 그러나, 최근 환경친화적인 목적에 관심이 커지면서 공원 산책로, 골프장, 보도 등과 같은 높은 강도가 요구되는 곳에 소일시멘트 포장의 적용사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소일시멘트의 배합설계를 위하여 통계적인 분석기법을 적용하여 표준배합표를 작성하였으며, 소일시멘트 강도와 소일크리트 고화재, 잔골재율, 분산제 등의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 개량대상토로서는 국내에 많이 분포되어 있는 연약한 해성점토로서 개량압축강도는 $50{\sim}150kg/cm^2$ 범위로 하였다.
