Three alkaline proteases of Bacillus spp. JB411.

  • Three alkaline proteases. designated JB-1. JB-2, and JB-3, are extracellular enzymes produced by Bacillus spp. JB411 which was isolated korean soil. They were separated by DEAE-sepharose CL-6B gel. and further purified using ammonium sulfate precipitation. ultra membrane filtration. and Ultrogel AcA gel filtration. The optimun pH values of proteases IB-1. JB-2. and JB-3. were shown to be 9.5. 9.5 and 7.5. respectively. All three proteases were stable in the pH range of 5-11. (omitted)

  • 1. The flux for hydrophilic CA membrane is higher than that for hydrophobic PES membrane at any operating conditions. The difference in bpth fluxes becomes greater as the water recovery is lower. 2. Backwash pressure should be more than twice as high as filtration pressure in order to maintain the higher flux. Backwash frequency is independent of the flux when the UF is operated under the same water recovery. 3. The relatively lower crossflow velocity of around 0.1 m/s would be appropriate because of the lower energy consumption per treated water. 4. The membrane fouling occurring at high turbidity and high concentration of organic compounds in raw water can reduce the flux and increase the removal of the organic compounds. 5. It is confirmed by the pilot plant testing that the UF by using the CA membrane module was well applicable to the drinking water treatment.

Effect of Slurry Composting Bio-filtration (SCB) by Subsurface Drip Fertigation on Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Yield and Soil Nitrogen Distribution in Greenhouse

  • 지중관비를 이용한 시설오이 재배에서 돈분 액비의 공급이 오이의 생육, 수량 및 토양 중 질소 분포에 미치는 영향을 평가하고자 오이 반촉성 및 억제작형에 걸쳐서 수행하였다. 초장과 마디수 등 오이의 생육은 정식 후 50일에서는 처리간의 차이는 보이지 않았지만 정식 후 85일에서는 무시비의 초장 및 마디수가 각각 388.8 cm와 40.1 ea $plant^{-1}$를 보여 생육량의 차이를 나타내었다. 오이의 수량에서도 무시비를 제외하고 액비 1.0N 및 액비 0.5N + 요소 0.5N처리와 요소 1.0N간에는 통계적으로 차이가 없이 동일하였다. 오이 재배기간에 토양 중 질산태질소의 분포는 관비의 영향으로 지중 15~30 cm 깊이에서 무시비구를 제외하고 질산태 질소의 농도가 가장 높았으며 오이 재배가 끝난 작기 후에는 0~15 cm 깊이에서 가장 높은 질소 양분량을 나타내었다. 액비 1.0N과 액비 0.5N + 요소 0.5N의 질소이용효율은 촉성작형에서 0.34와 0.37를 억제작형에서는 0.29와 0.26를 각각 보여 요소 1.0N의 0.32와 0.21과 비교하여 약간 높은 값을 나타내었다. 액비 1.0N과 액비 0.5N + 요소 0.5N는 요소 1.0N과 동일한 수량을 만족하지만 2기작에 걸친 액비 1.0N 처리는 칼륨이 176 kg $ha^{-1}$이 추가적으로 토양에 공급되므로 장기간에 걸친 액비의 시용 시에는 칼륨이 과잉으로 집적될 수 있다. 따라서 지중관비를 이용한 시설오이 재배에서 질소 추천량에 대해서 반량은 액비로 공급하고 나머지 반량에 있어서는 화학비료로 시비하는 방법이 추천된다.

Incision cliff if not carefully done, can contribute to soil erosion md, by removing covering plants could have a large impact on the temporary of normally the quality of water Because the washout of soil is influenced by its surface, it is necessary to prevent or diminish soul particle by plantation of grass species. Kumerowia stipujacea Is an useful species that diminish the injury of soil and rainwater We study that estimates of preventing soul erosion and river over-flow can be obtained from the experimental model developmented by several equators. Many potential contaminants are removed by filtration as the water moves slowly through the fields of K. supulacea.

  • This research is to apply suitable natural ecosystem evaluation criteria in order to develop the ecosystem conservation, restoration and ways to build substitute habitats as a compensation plan for damaged soundly natural ecosystems in small-scale projects such as resource recovery facility, filtration, etc. The environmental ecology evaluation i.e. generally based on their actual vegetation, community structure, wildlife, water system survey were measured the primary plans for reflecting unique natural environment level of site. As a result, it is necessary to conserve the land in fallow type of wetland, good conservative condition of deciduous forest, wetlanded watercourse for amphibia and reptiles crossing. However, the plan of filtration plant was destroyed wetland(sound ecosystem), natural forest, asian toad spawning area. According to the result of it schemed to build alternative wetland and spawning area, plan to healthy ecosystem and surface soil transplantation as compensation plan. The alternative wetland and spawning area are not only created a various water levels like depth of water is $0{\sim}30cm,\;30{\sim}60cm$, more than 1.5m but also it leads to asian toad spawning and wildlife inhabitant. Moreover, the ecosystem and surface soil transplantation be applied to use the Quercus acutissima forest resources(114 upper trees, 71 canopy trees, 401 shrubs) and surface soil$(5,072m^3)$ in ecology creation sets.

Effect of Slurry Composting and Bio-filtration (SCB) by Fertigation on Soil Chemical Properties and Growth of Red Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)

  • The slurry composting and bio-filtration (SCB) liquid manure has some obvious advantages including a good source of N, P and K, local availability, effective microorganism and the ability to improve soil properties. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence on the changes of soil chemical properties and yield of red pepper by fertigation cultivation with SCB application for 2 years. Red pepper was transplanted in early May in 2013 and 2014. The treatment with three replication was composed of 4 types as control (N 1.0), SCB 0.5N, SCB 1.0N, and SCB 2.0N standards of recommended nitrogen fertilizer ($19kg\;N\;10a^{-1}$). The fertigation cultivation which was installed the surface drip irrigation system was splitted 10 times as $2.5Mg\;10a^{-1}$ nutritional solution included with chemical fertilizer and SCB every 10 days during the cultivation. The height and width of pepper plant were 7.0% and 5.8% higher in SCB 2.0N treatment than that in control. The yield of red pepper increased with the increasing of SCB application rates from SCB 0.5N to 2.0N. The yield of SCB 1.0N was much better 10% in average than that of control, and there was significant differences among all treatments. pH of control soil after final harvest decreased to 6.1, however pH of SCB treated soils increased from 6.7 to 7.1 depending on SCB application rates. The Exch.-K contents of SCB treated soils were increased 13.7 to 56.9% after final harvest compared with control by $0.51cmol_c\;kg^{-1}$. Accordingly, these results showed that SCB 1.0N application rate as a recommended nitrogen level based on soil testing can be used as an alternative nitrogen management as well as plant nutrition for red pepper cultivation.

강변여과 취수시 과도한 지하수 하강을 저감시키기 위한 인공함양의 활용방안 연구 (Application of the Artificial Recharge to Reduce the Ground-water Drawdown of the Riverbank Filtration)

  • 강변여과수의 과도한 취수는 제내지 지하수위 하강을 발생하게 하며 이로 인해서 제내지 농경지의 토양 건조도가 증가되어 과도한 관계용수의 보충이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 지하수위 하강으로 인한 기존 관정사용이 어려워져 더 깊은 새로운 관정을 개발해야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 지하수위 하강을 저감시키기 위한 방안으로 제내지 측에 인공함양우물을 설치하는 방법을 제안하였다. 창원시 강변여과 시설에 적용한 결과 인공함양우물의 최적 위치는 취수정으로부터 제내지 측으로 200m 지점에 위치하며, 함양량을 취수량의 $5\%$를 유지하는 것이 지하수위하강을 저감하기위한 효과적인 조건으로 판단되었다.

  • The mechanism of soil-geotextile system has been studied among researchers since the application of geotextile as a replacement of graded granular filters is rapidly growing. The interaction of soils with geotextile is rather complicated so that its design criteria are mostly based on empiricism. Hence, it is essential to study the characteristics of fine particles transport into geotextile induced by the groundwater flow In this study, the permeability reduction in the soil-filter system due to clogging phenomenon is evaluated. An extensive research program is performed using two typical weathered residual soils which are sampled at Shinnae-dong and Poi-dong area in Seoul. Two separate simulation tests with weathered residual soil are peformed: the one is the filtration test(cross-plane flow test): and the other is the drainage test(in-plane flow test). Needle punched non-woven geotextiles are selected since it is often used as a drainage material in the field. The compatibility of the soil-filter system is investigated with emphasis on the clogging phenomenon. The hydraulic behaviour of the soil-filter system is evaluated by changing several testing conditions.

사면경사와 표면 조건에 따른 사면안정성 해석 (Change of Slope Stability due to Slope Inclination and Surface Conditions)

  • 비탈면의 안정성은 강우지속시간, 확률강우강도, 지반의 불포화특성, 지반강도 등에 의해 영향을 받는다. 최근 비탈면안정성 해석은 지반의 침투특성을 고려한 불포화해석을 수행하고 있으며, 불포화 토사비탈면에 대한 연구는 시간변화에 따라 지반의 변형과 응력분포해석을 고려할 수 있도록 하는 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이와는 별개로 불포화사면의 침투특성은 강우강도나 지속시간 뿐만 아니라 비탈면의 지형여건과 녹화상태에 따라서도 침투정도가 다르지만, 이에 대한 영향은 고려하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비탈면경사 및 표면상태에 따른 침투를 고려하기 위하여 토양의 수리특성을 고려한 모형을 사용하고, 토사비탈면에 대한 불포화해석을 수행하여 비탈면 경사에 따른 영향을 파악하였다. 연구결과 비탈면 안정해석시 동일한 강우조건 하에서도 비탈면경사에 따른 침투율이 고려되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다.
