A Study on Physical Service Environment and Customer's Satisfaction in Multiplex (멀티플렉스에서의 물리적 서비스환경과 고객의 만족에 관한 연구)

  • As Lately movie industry and related market becomes larger and people have had more spare time, people's interest in multiplex grows higher, This paper studies relationships between physical service environment and customer's satisfaction in multiplex. The number of subjects in this study is 346 persons stayed at four multiplexes, among which we obtained valid responses from 326 persons through questionnaire investigation. We held hypotheses for the relationships, and for the testing, used methods are Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney test, etc, and for statistical analysis, SPSS 10.1 software was used. Thus, we found statistically significant results, that is, the relation between physical service environment and customer's satisfaction is positive: the higher evaluation about physical service environment is, the more customer's universal satisfaction is. Information about the significant relation's intensity of many indicators in physical service environment, which is given in this paper, can be used for attaining higher customer satisfaction and spreading more effective management activities in multiplex.

The Effect of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Orientation on Service Delivery Level (판매원의 직무만족과 고객지향성이 서비스제공수준에 미치는 영향)

  • Employees of sales departments of apparel makers play an important role in the success of a fashion-related business because they provide service through the direct contact with customers. This research tests several hypothesized relationships between its determinants, such as job satisfaction and customer orientation, along with service delivery level. The subjects in this study were salespeople who worked at fashion stores in Yeosu and Sunchon. To measure the hypotheses, 200 questionnaires were handed out and 185 were collected. 163 questionnaires were used for the analysis, as 22 were found to be invalid. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression techniques were used after coding and cleaning the data with the software SPSS 18.0. The result of this study are as follow. First, job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee's customer orientation. Second, job satisfaction have an effect on procedural and hospitable service delivery level. Third, it was found that the customer orientation have a significant impact on their procedural and hospitable service delivery level.

  • The automotive industry tries to provide infotainment systems to emerging automobiles. Since the infotainment systems require various peripheral devices and network connectivity, legacy operating systems such as Linux and Windows can be much preferred due to its plentiful device drivers and multimedia applications while the operating systems following OSEK standard are used for automotive electronic control units. Thus it is highly desired that the system software supporting infotainment applications can be portable over different legacy operating systems providing unified programming interfaces. The majority of legacy operating systems support POSIX interfaces for application development. MOST is an automotive network standard for infotainment systems. Network Service defines the protocol stacks for MOST control data, which is essential to implement infotainment applications over MOST. In this paper, we suggest a POSIX-based Network Service so that we can utilize legacy device drivers and applications for automotive infotainment systems. We measure the performance of the POSIX-based Network Service and show that its overhead is not significant.

  • Customer reviews are the second-most reliable source of information, followed by family and friend referrals. However, there are many existing customer reviews. Some online shopping platforms address this issue by ranking customer reviews according to their usefulness. However, we propose an alternative method to rank customer reviews, given that this system is easily manipulable. This study aims to create a ranking model for reviews based on their usefulness by combining product and seller service aspects from customer reviews. This methodology consists of six primary steps: data collection and preprocessing, aspect extraction and sentiment analysis, followed by constructing a regression model using random forest regression, and the review ranking process. The results demonstrate that the ranking model with service considerations outperformed the model without service considerations. This demonstrates the model's superiority in the three tests, which include a comparison of the regression results, the aggregate helpfulness ratio, and the matching score.

  • Nowadays, as the importance of SOA-based software is recognized, the market of SOA-based software is getting bigger. In response to this, the requirements about high reliability and quality SOA-based software is getting increased. In this paper, we clearly suggested the evaluation method by giving a specific evaluation example to evaluate the functionality quality of SOA-based software. We expect that this study can raise the objectivity and the utilization by inducing the functionality quality improvement of SOA-based software and developing the strategic technology accepting the international standard.

  • In this paper, we developed a VoWLAN(Voice over WLAN) system based on an open source software. The system aims to provide VoIP service over wireless LAN with an IP-PBX server. The features of system presented in this paper are as follows. First, the initial cost for the development is reduced since the system is developed based on open source software. Second, the system provides various additional services such as Voice Mail, Conference Call, and Interactive Voice Response with a software IP-PBX server. Third, the VoWLAN terminal provides high-level user applications with minimal system resources using lightweight open software solutions. Finally, it is highly scalable since it is based on the open source software.

  • In this paper we designed the software copyright protection system using encryption technology. Recently most of the softwares have used a password instead of physical devices such as lock key for the software copyright protection. In this case if the password be disclosed. somebody will carl use the software illegally. Therefore if the legal user disclose the password intentionally, somebody will can use more than license numbers. If we use the system suggested in this paper it will not be permitted to use concurrently more than license numbers. As a result nobody can use any softwares illegally. All of the software developers can check a sale amount correctly And the users can get the service of software maintenance quickly.

  • 현대의 스트레스 케어는 대부분 비디오 시청, 상담, 취미 활동 등을 통해 진행된다. 시각, 청각을 스트레스 케어에 활용한 사례는 이미 일상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있음으로 다른 새로운 감각을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스트레스 케어를 목적으로, 생체정보를 대상으로 딥러닝 기술 기반의 '사용자 스트레스 및 효과적인 스트레스 해소 요소 판단 알고리즘 모델'을 사용하는 서비스 제공 시스템을 설계한다. 생체정보는 손목시계형 웨어러블을 통해 수집된 심박수, 혈압, 체온, 산소포화도, ECG 등 생체데이터를 사용한다. 제시하는 방법은 실시간으로 수집된 생체정보를 알고리즘, 모델을 통해 스트레스 수치를 예측하여 사용자에게 적절한 음악과 조명을 이용한 시청각적 요소와 아로마 요법을 이용한 후각적 요소를 제공한다.

  • MZ세대를 중심으로 자기관리를 열심히 하는 사람들이 증가함에 따라 화장의 기본이 되는 개인 피부톤(퍼스널 컬러)을 찾는 것이 중요시되고 있다. 현재 대다수 사람은 자신에게 어울리는 퍼스널 컬러를 찾기 위해 높은 비용을 지불하여 전문가를 이용하거나 객관적이고 정량화된 기준 없이 오랜 시간을 투자하여 스스로 퍼스널 컬러를 찾는 등 시간과 비용 측면에서의 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보완하기 위해 이미지 기반 인공지능 기술(객체 탐지, 객체 분할, BeautyGAN)을 적용하여 데이터 기반의 정량적인 기준을 생성하고, 퍼스널 컬러에 알맞은 화장품 추천 웹 서비스를 제안한다.
