The purposes of this study was to identify the typology of clothing purchase situation considered by female students and to find out the relationship between clothing purchase situation and clothing evaluative criteria. Data were obtained from 223 female undergraduate students living in Busan, and analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, Pearson's correlation, cannonical correlation and regres-sion analysis. The results were as follows; 1. There were three types of clothing purchase situation considered by female students; antecedent states were momentary moods and conditions such as depression, unpleasantness, and sufficient time, point-of·purchase situations were physical surrounding and social surround-ing such as store atmosphere and salesperson, and communication situations were consisted of catalog, advertising and usability of credit cards or installment tickets. 2. Gender role flexibility in social and non-social situations across 4 areas of gender-role concepts(appearance, activities, occupations, and personality traits) were studied in 74 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade children. They were interviewed with 16 pictures depicting cross-gender characteristics. Children showed higher flexibility in social than in non-social situations. In social situations, children justified cross-gender characteristics in all 4 areas of gender-role concept. In non-social situations, children showed (a) highest flexibility in occupations and lowest in appearance, (b) lower flexibility toward male than female target children, (c) peak flexibility at age 8, then remaining the same except for appearance, and (d) higher flexibility in girls than in boys. In social and non-social situations children gave variable justifications for flexibility.

The Organization's ability to respond to social disasters has begun to be treated as important through social shock situations that have never been experienced, such as COVID-19. Among them, the ability to respond to unexpected risks and resilience is emerging. Since social disasters such as infectious diseases are periodically repeated, compounded, and enlarged, they develop into a global crisis situation, so this crisis response capability is treated as national competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to improve the organization's response capability in terms of risk response and resilience under rapid social disasters such as COVID-19. The aviation safety field was taken as an example. From the Safety-II perspective, safety management focuses on the ability to resilience in response to system vulnerabilities in various situations. In this study, I intend to apply RAG(Resilience Assessment Grid) of Respond, Monitor, Learn and Anticipate, the four major potential of resilience engineering. Based on Hollnagel's research, potential elements were classified into four, and items were organized through an expert panel using Delphi techniques. The final configured RAG items are 15 Respond, 15 Monitor, 15 Learn and 11 Anticipate. The RAG was evaluated by 42 experts in the field of aviation safety.
This study was based on resilience approach to find out elementary first, second, and third year students' differences of social support and problem solving ability defending on their family situation (low-income divorced family or normal family) by comparing their sex and age. In addition, the purpose of this study was to find out the effect of factors (social support, problem behavior, and problem solving ability) of children defending on their family situation and age. Moreover, it was aimed to find out the effect of social support and problem solving ability of low-income divorced family's children on their problem behavior. Subjects were 165 children in elementary school (grade 1, 2, and 3). For this study two groups were used for comparison. First, low-grade elementary school children with low-income divorced parents (N=87), "group D" and second, with low-income non-divorced parents (N=78) "group N". The questionnaire, picture cards, and teacher's report was used to determine social support perception, problem-solving ability, and problem behavior, respectively. Results showed that "Group D" was determined to show regarding social support, problem-solving ability, and problem behaviors worse than "group N". In conclusion, problem behaviors of "group D" were affected by social support and their problem-solving ability.

This study concerns the role of costume in Shakespearean comedy from the viewpoint of the role theory. The term “role” has been used to represent the behavior expected of the occupant of a given position or status. A specific role can not be successfully performed without the aid of the costumes. Costumes are adopted in relation with a specific role. The term ‘role’ had been borrowed from the drama. The similarity between the role on the stage and the role of the social man had been recognized. The typical examples in which the costume help to make access to a specific role and can be effectively exploited for the performance of the role are manifested in the comedies of Shakespeare. Thus, our goal in this study is to analyze the role of costume which appears in Shakespearean comedy from the viewpoint of the role theory. The role of social status and position reflects sex, age, occupation, class, economic position of the characters. In his works, the crown and the mace represented not only the throne but also a previllege and supreme position. The situation role of costume could be widely used for visualizing the psychological situation and external environments of the characters on the stage. The disguise role hided one\`s status, thereby makes possible acting other\`s position. And the disguise role can bring about the change of status, age, sex, occupation, and atmosphere. The costume also could symbolize the social status, position, rank, occupation, and the situation, and functioned as a media for delivering messages to others. The costume performed the role of the physical and psychic protection, and provided its wearer with consolation and peaceful mind. The costume reflected the costume of a society through its wearing condition and wearing configuration. The results obtained from this study can provide useful cues for understanding the role action in the social structure. This kind of understanding reveals the costume phenomena in real life, allows one to perform roles properly and efficiently, and opens our insight on the overall aspects of the costume culture.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between spatial-erceptual ability and several aspects of driving-related situation awareness(in particular, recognition and prediction). Video clips of real driving were used in both recognition and prediction tasks, and the digit calculation task during driving the simulator was required as the integration task of recognition and prediction. The results showed that the subjects of higher spatial-perceptual ability performed better in recognition task, especially in terms of sensitivity measured in d'(as signal detection theory), prediction task, and digits calculation performance than those of lower spatial-perceptual ability.
