  • NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

후기산업사회의 고용전환과 도시구조 (Occupational Transformation and Change of Metropolitan Residential Structure in Post-Industrial Society)

  • The structural change of occupational composition with the coming of post-industrial society is most evidently observed in the developed country. Specially representative of social changes is the emergence of new occupational sectors, such as the so-called quaternary and quinary sectors, which are based on the use of information technology and managerial skills. The paper raises the question of how and in what this chage of occupational components in a mtro area affects the existing residential structure over the period. In order to extend the discussion of the question, the related hypothetical statements on urban spatial impact due to transformation of the society have xtnsively considered and identified a possible multicenter structure concentration and deconcentration of new jobs and population over the metro area. For further examination, the renowned high tech city of Minneaplis -St. Paul has been selected and the occupational labour forces data for 1960 and 1980 analyzed. As a whole, this area has experienced a dispersal and reconcentration of population in new patterns which have resulted from changes in the occupational structure. In particular, the residential area of white-coller workers(the quaternary / quinary or information workers) has expanded into the city from a suburban core area. In this process, a large proportion of the manual-worker's residential areas in the central city either disappeared or diminished. Consequently, other isolated centers created by the manualworker residents are emerging in both the central city and suburbs. Thus, the development of mulitple centers or cores based on the distribution of occupational characteristics can be considered as a typical ongoing pattern of metro areas in the Unite States.

재가노인을 위한 가정배달 급식관리체계 및 급식서비스 현황 조사 (Foodservice Management Systems of Home-Delivered Meal Service Program for Home-Bound Elderly)

  • The purposes of this study were to : a) examine the current foodservice management practices of twenty-one seniors centers in charge of hoke-delivered meal programs, b) evaluate the attitudes of one hundred and ten recipients of meal service program, and c) provide feedback for the efficient and effective foodservice management for the elderly. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, and ANOVA. The results of quantitative analysis indicated that the costs of meals, containers and special foods were mostly dependent on the support from local government(Seoul city). The centers where the volunteers were over seventy five p ercent of the workers were frtty-eight percent and sixty-seven percent of the subjects in food preparation and food delivery to the homebound clients, respectively. Meal preparation and food purchasing were mainly practiced by social welfare worker. Standardized recipes were not developed and meal preparation was controlled under the cook' and volunteers' experiences. The survey results of recipients who participated the home-delivered meals program showed that the mean of meal satisfaction score was rated over three point five in the five-point scale. There were significant differences between dependent variables(volunteer's kindness, plate waste, menu variety) and independent variables(sex, receiving periods and family type of the subjects). 유아교육.보육기관 교사의 집단주의 및 역할갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Relationships Among Collectivism, Role Conflict, and the Organizational Commitment of Teachers in Kindergartens and Childcare Centers)

  • This study investigated the relationships among collectivism, role conflict, and the organizational commitment of teachers in kindergartens and childcare centers. The subjects were 190 teachers who worked in a kindergarten or a childcare center in Daegu and in Gyoungbuk Province. Questionnaires were used to investigate collectivism, role conflict, and organizational commitment by self-reports from teachers. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS Win 15.0. The results were as follows. (1) Collectivism was positively associated with the organizational commitment of the teachers. (2) Role conflict was negatively associated with the organizational commitment of the teachers. Among the different types of role conflict, teaching profession conflict, co-worker conflict, and administration conflict were negatively associated with organizational commitment. (3) Role conflict was a better predictor of organizational commitment than collectivism. Additionally, administration conflict as a type of role conflict was a better predictor of organizational commitment than collectivism.

  • The first national QC Circle Convention sponsored by Industry Advancement Administration in 1975 was the beginning of employees group activity from a national point view. Subsequently some events such as the first nationwide Factory Seamaul activity small Group Convention, which was supervised by the ministry of Trading and Industry and Factory Seamanulundong promotion Center, paved the way for proliferation of the group activity through all kinds of manufacturing. Although since November 1982 these two conventions has been united, many problem have been disclosed that are against the basic principle more or less. Worker's small group activity is, essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. In practice, however, many groups are so typical and so impetuous of the material effect that it is worried to be inclined to outform rather than contents. Effective small group activities are presumed to he successful only with labor management cooperation on the basis of human-oriented management philosophy. The small group activities are also prevalent in service sector. More derivative methods have been developed and more members are willingly participating in training programs. The small group which is basically a horizontal organization unit, promotes communication within the whole organization. In consideration of the social circumstances and traditions, the flexible model of the small group activities suitable to the corporate environment, will contribute to industrial development.

  • In korea, since November 1982 these two small group actvity convension (QC circle convension and Factory Saemaul activity small group convension) has been united, many problem have been disclosed that are against the basic principle more or less. Worker's small group activity is essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. 산업재해 남성 근로자의 작업환경의 특성에 관한 연구: 산재보험패널조사 (A Study on the Characteristics of Injured Workers Rate and Work Environment of Male Workers for over 40 years)

  • Objectives : Using several waves of the Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance(PSWCI), this study analyzed the effect of work hours on health and lifestyle of Korean workers in a sample from the 2013~2014 year (The first survey was completed in August-October 2013; the second survey was completed in August-October 2014). Methods : The research subjects were 1,312 men from among employees who responded to a 2013 PSWCI panel report. Statistical analyses were done with SAS version 9.3 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA). Results : According to the results of the analysis, the male subjects had differences in economic activity and health conditions based on the length of working hours. There was a significant relationship among working hours and life satisfaction, and the correlation coefficients were statistically significant. The results show that workplace conditions has a direct positive effect on life satisfaction as we anticipated in the hypothesis. Conclusions : Management should focus on the factors identified in this study when developing employment interventions programs to improve the the promotion of healthy lifestyles for adults over the age of 40.

  • The uniqueness of labour as a factor of production is that labour services cannot be separated from the employee. However, since the object of sale is only the services of the employee, not an employee himself, the labour conditions, determined by the labour and collective agreements or other agreements concluded at other levels and within the current legislation, are equally important. Speaking as a subject of labour, a person can realize his or her labour potential by the way of self-employment, that means to act as an independent producer seller of their products. Another way of labour potential realization is hiring, that means offering of the services as a hired employee to the employer, who is the subject of ownership. In this case there is an exchange under the principle: qualification and working time of the worker - for wages and profits. Each enterprise is confronted with a set of goals, among them - economic and social leadership. For their achievement the company uses all the available arsenal of resources - material, land, financial, labour. This indicates the equivalence of all types of resources in achieving the goal. But this is not quite true, because every resource can be included in production only through the activity of labour and people. And this activity depends on the attitude of the company to its employees, the degree of their motivation and stimulation.

  • 부산신항의 환적화물 처리물량은 지속적으로 늘어나 전체 물동량의 50%를 넘기고 있지만 작업자의 경험에 의존한 작업의 순서 결정에 따라 효율적인 환적화물 운송이 이루어지고 있다고 보기 힘들다. 특히, 외부 트럭이 필요한 경우가 많은 타부두 환적은 작업 상황에 따라 차량 대기로 인한 과도한 혼잡으로 물류비 증가와 사회적 비용이 발생하게 된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법 중 하나는 트럭의 단일 운송을 최소화하고 작업을 마친 트럭을 다른 작업에 투입하여 활용하는 듀얼 사이클 운송을 최대화하는 것이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 터미널간 환적화물의 듀얼 사이클 운송을 위한 방안에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

Al 6061 MQL 선삭가공에서 절삭력과 표면거칠기 예측에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study of Cutting force and Surface Roughness Prediction in MQL Tooling of Al 6061)

  • Cooling lubricants are used in machining operations in order to reduce friction at the tool-chip and tool-workpiece interfaces, cool both chip and tool, and remove chip. Furthermore, they influence a strong effect on the shearing mechanisms and, consequently, on the machined surface quality and tool wear. However, several researchers state that the costs related to cutting fluids is frequently higher than those related to cutting tools. Moreover, the cooling lubricants cause an increase in both worker's health and social problems related to their use and correct disposal. Therefore, many researchers have focused on the environmentally conscious machining technologies. One of the technologies is known as MQL(Minimum Quantity Lubrication) machining. In this paper, an experimental model to obtain the optimal cutting conditions in MQL turning was suggested, and the effects of cutting conditions on surface roughness and cutting force were analyzed. For these purposes, FFD (Fractional Factorial Design) and RSM (Response Surface Methods) were used for the experiment. Cutting force and surface roughness with different cutting conditions were measured through the external cylindrical turning of Al 6061 based on the experiment plan. The measured data were analyzed by regression analysis and verification experiments with random conditions were conducted to confirm the suggested experimental model.
