Users are sharing many of contents such as text, image, video, and so on in SNS. There are various information as like as personal interesting, opinion, and relationship in social media contents. Therefore, many of recommendation systems or search systems are being developed through analysis of social media contents. In order to extract subject-related topics of social context being collected from social media channels in developing those system, it is necessary to develop ontologies for semantic analysis. However, it is difficult to develop formal ontology because social media contents have the characteristics of non-formal data. Therefore, we develop a social topic system based on semantic and subject correlation. First of all, an extracting system of social topic based on semantic relationship analyzes semantic correlation and then extracts topics expressing semantic information of corresponding social context. Because the possibility of developing formal ontology expressing fully semantic information of various areas is limited, we develop a self-extensible architecture of ontology for semantic correlation. And then, a classifier of social contents and feed back classifies equivalent subject's social contents and feedbacks for extracting social topics according semantic correlation. The result of analyzing social contents and feedbacks extracts subject keyword, and index by measuring the degree of association based on social topic's semantic correlation. Deep Learning is applied into the process of indexing for improving accuracy and performance of mapping analysis of subject's extracting and semantic correlation. We expect that proposed system provides customized contents for users as well as optimized searching results because of analyzing semantic and subject correlation.
This paper aims to propose the strategy making in social enterprise for ensuring organizational sustainability and governance of social enterprise from systems thinking's perspective. Based on previous reviews on organizational sustainability and theories of governance currently advocated in the social enterprise literature, we use 'Holon Dynamics' approach, which is a synthesis of System Dynamics and Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), offers the problem-solving method for dealing with social contexts and "ill-defined" situations. To do so, a researcher carried out the interpretive action research using 'Holon Dynamics' approach from September, 2009 to August, 2010. The outcomes of research are summarized as follows. Firstly, systems methodologies are useful to offer a strategic choice that makes to achieve an organizational sustainability in the case of Korean social enterprise; 'the Rediscovery of Korea'. Secondly, systems thinking offers an alternative concept of system, which is known as an 'appreciative system' that is evolved from the mental constructs amongst participants in given situations. Lastly, the paper delineates the usefulness of systems thinking and the process of inquiry, which deal with social contexts (including cultural and political factors), are contributed to making the necessary conditions for organizational legitimacy and the appropriate strategic choice for social enterprise within combined functioning of the two roles of social and commercial activities from systemic perspectives.
Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but there were not founded quality assessment on social services. This study was designed for understood level of quality on social service, identified for correlation factors of quality assessment on social services in general and teaching hospitals in Korea. Methods : The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities, perception of quality assurance system in that hospitals were measured. Under the method of one-way ANOVA, t-test and correlation, associated factors of quality assessment in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities showed high score, but quality assurance system of hospitals showed less score. Third, the level of quality assurance system of hospitals, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Conclusion : The quality of social work service correlated positive hospitals's quality assurance system, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, qualified for hospitals system of quality assurance, and needed to a educational program for enhanced social workers's attitudes in quality assurance activities.
The community chest has been known as an effective means for private sectors in social welfare by mobilizing community resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of developing community chest system in Korea and to suggest how Korean community chest system can be changed to develop private sectors in social welfare. To obtain this purpose, the author studied as follows. Firstly, The difference between former Korean community chest law and new Korean community chest law were examined. Secondly, the background of establishment of Korean community chest law and the present condition and state of Korean community chest system for private sectors in social welfare were analyzed. Thirdly, the tasks to be solved about developing Korean community chest system for developing private sectors in social welfare were suggested as follows; 1) activating the demonstration work for influencing the formulation of pragmatic partnership between state and private sectors in social welfare 2) utilizing a variety of communication channels for community participation 3) cooperating and coordinating the relationship between community chest system and the most voluntary social welfare agencies 4) raising as much funds as possible for maintaining autonomy of private sectors in social welfare.
The purpose of this study is to examine Korea's social conflict structure from System Dynamics perspective and to suggest policy direction for conflict resolution. Unlike previous studies on Korea's social conflict, this study tries to find out core structure of Korea's social conflict with help of studies on system archetypes. As a result, Korea's social conflict structure was analyzed as a combined prototype of 'limit to the growth' archetype and 'success to the successful' archetype. Based on this combined system archetype, a simple conflict model was simulated to examine the magnitude of conflict and success that could be reached under different conditions. With simulation results, policy suggestions were made for conflict resolution.
This paper is to provide the legitimacy of the recruit system of professional social welfare workers in public sector with government by analyzing the evaluation results of the supervisors. In order to evaluate the public welfare workers recruit system, 500 supervisors are selected randomly from the universe of 2,880 supervisors working in the public welfare field. They are not a professional social worker, but an administrative supervisor in hierarchical structure. Among them 302 supervisors give their views on the recruit system, social welfare workers' job achievement, job attitude, ability, and professional values. They assess the workers' job achievement very positively, which are affected by job attitude, ability, and professional values. They agree that it is very valuable to exist the recruit system of professional social welfare workers in public sector, because it has contributed to increasing the workers' job achievement level in the public welfare field. This study concludes that it is successful to adopt the recruit system of social welfare workers in public sector, and suggests that the system be developed further in public welfare field. Besides, this paper insists that professional public welfare workers recognize that they are one of the members of the organization and they work together with administrative staffs.
In Korea we should prepare for the exploding need to nursing according to the rapid change to the aged society. Therefore the german model; of "Pflegeversicherung (a nursing social insurance)" which is introduced in 1995, could help us to plan for the aged society in next Years. In Germany the discussion about the proper measures against the need to nursing as social risk was begun in early 1990s. The need to nursing was thought as social risk because of the aged society, the burden of the family member who take the responsibility for the nursing, and the fiscal crisis of social assistance system which was caused to the exploding cost of nursing for the poor people. Among the some alternatives the "Pflegeversichrung" as a social insurance model! with the' pay-as-you-go system' was introduced step by step in the years of 1995 and 1996. Such german modell was possible on the basis of the stabil social insurance system, especially medical insurance system, the corporatism between the employer and the employee and the developed democratic political system in which the compromise is achieved at the cost of all concerned parties. In Korea we have no experience as like in Germany. But, in Korea, we can start more effectively to look after the possibility of any system which helps the people with need to nursing, when we have understood the factors in policy-making for the introduction of "Pflegeversicherung."

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between job stress and stress coping strategies among male workers on a three-shift system. The subjects of the study were 146 male workers working in manufacturing companies with more than 500 employees located in C City, Chungbuk Province, who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate. The collected data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Job stress had a significant effect on the mediating variable, social support (β=.34, p<.001), and job stress had a significant effect on the dependent variable, stress coping strategies (β=.41, p<.001). When examining the effect of social support on stress coping strategies (β=.35, p<.001), social support was found to be a significant predictor of stress coping strategies. Therefore, social support plays a mediating role in the relationship between job stress and stress coping strategies among male workers on a three-shift system, and job stress and social support explained 27.4% of the variance in stress coping strategies. Thus, it is necessary to establish a psychological support system that can reduce job stress through active stress coping measures that consider the social support of male workers on a three-shift system.
The main purpose of this study is to seek better approach which explains reciprocal causality associated with factors causing social conflict and improving social integration respectively. Throughout this study, there are several important implications how social conflict can be solved in South Korea. In particular, government and policy makers in political sector should create an environment of social integration through political reforms by switching from vertical structure to horizontal structure and by encouraging ordinary people to actively participate in the policy-making processes and political activities. In economic sector, government and stakeholder associated with a certain economic issue should induce a change in the economic environment for social integration, focusing on distribution of wealth and employment stability. In social and cultural sectors, it is necessary to solve social and cultural problems (e.g., generation gap and conflict between the young and the old, multi-ethnic families, and lack of communication) by exploring better ways to establish an altruism and to interact with each other. In psychological sectors, PsyCap(Positive Psychological Capital) will help ordinary people to crate positive thinking and lead to social integration. For instance, political leaders having PsyCap are able to communicate with the people and can help the people to build positive main influencing on social integration. Finally, the improvement of the system is required because the improvement of insufficient system is the basis for reasonable and equitable social integration.
Objectives : This study was to examine the social value of dental hygienists, their values about the health system and the relationship of all the related variables. Methods : The subjects in this study were 205 dental hygienists who worked in dental clinics and hospitals on Seoul. A survey was conducted from August 12 to October 15, 2010. The questionnaire consisted of nine items about general characteristics, two items about social values and 11 about values of the health system. The items related to social values and values of the health system were prepared by translating the items used in David et al's study, and the Cronbach alpha coefficient of those items respectively 0.80 and 0.76. Results : The dental hygienists got 3.94 in social values, which was above the average. In terms of values about the health care system, their values of the treatment delivery system(3.92) rated highest, followed by values of patient rights(3.79) and values of institutional restrictions(3.25). Their socal values had a closest positive correlation to their values of the treatment delivery system, and their values of patient rights had a strong positive correlation to those of the treatment delivery system and was positively correlated to those of institutional regulations as well. And there was a positive correlation between their values of the treatment delivery system and institutional regulations(r=.276). Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings illustrated that the social values of the dental hygienists had a positive correlation to their values of the health system. Therefore the kinds of educational programs that help dental hygienists to build their social values and values of the health system should be developed to improve their job efficiency as oral health experts.
