사회문제 해결의 대안으로 사회적 경제주체가 중요한 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 사회성과인 센티브프로그램(SPC)은 화폐적 가치로 측정된 사회적 성과 규모에 따라 인센티브를 지급하는 민간사업이다. 본 연구는 SPC 사업에 참여한 기업들을 대상으로 DEA를 적용하여 효율성을 측정하고 토빗회귀분석을 통하여 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. DEA 분석결과 SPC에 참여한 사회적 기업 중 23%는 효율적이나 66%는 운영 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 토빗회귀분석에서는 제조업인 경우 상대적으로 효율성이 낮았으며 매출액의 제곱항이 포함된 경우 매출액이 증가할수록 효율성이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 임계점을 넘기 전까지 효율성이 낮은 단계에서는 외부 지원이 필요하며 일정 수준 이상으로 성장할 경우 사회적 가치 창출 효율성이 높아지는 구조가 나타남을 확인하였다. 또한, 사회적 기업의 가장 핵심적인 성과라고 판단되는 화폐화된 사회적 성과를 중심으로 효율성 분석을 수행하면서 전통 산업 효율성 분석에 사용된 변수들을 접목시켜 사회적기업 특성에 맞는 생산성과 경제적 성과를 접목시켰다는 데에서 의의가 있다. 향후 사회적 기업들의 사회적 가치 창출에 있어서 필요한 환경 조성 및 분야별 필요조건을 도출하는 연구에 기여할 것이라 기대된다.

본 연구는 스포츠 산업 발달에 따른 사회적 변화에 주목하고 이에 부응하는 새로운 체육 교육의 필요성을 인식함에 따라 먼저, 학점은행제 체육계열의 교과과정 운영현황을 파악하고, 나아가 스포츠 산업에서 요구하는 전문인 양성을 위한 교과과정 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위한 선행 연구로써 스포츠 산업계의 융·복합적인 변화를 반영한 미국 대학의 체육 교과목과 국내 정규대학의 교과목을 조사하였다. 이에 현행 학점은행제 체육계열의 운영실태에 관한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학점은행제의 정의/학점인정 대상 및 체육계열의 교육훈련기관 조사, 둘째, 체육계열 표준교육과정의 전공별 교육목표 및 자격과 인정학점 현황 조사, 셋째, 체육계열 학위별 교육기관의 유형과 운영 중인 전공 현황 조사, 넷째, 체육계열 교육기관의 지역별 운영기관의 현황 조사, 다섯째, 체육계열의 전공별 세부교과 분류 및 전공별 과목 현황 조사, 여섯째, 체육계열의 전공별 세부교과 및 국·내외 스포츠 산업 교과의 일치·유사 교과목을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 학점은행제 교과과정의 다음과 같은 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 사회변화에 맞춘 전공 교과목을 신설해야 한다. 둘째, 시대적 요구에 부응하는 세부 전공별 필수 및 선택 교과목을 수정, 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 스포츠 산업계의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 현장실습 중심의 교과목을 늘려야 한다. 넷째, 학점은행제의 평가인정과 관련하여 제도적 개선이 시급히 이루어져야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다.

The article is devoted to perfecting the system of management of the financial potential of transport enterprises. It is established that transport as an integral part of the state economy has to organically enter the market economy and provide sustainable transport services to national economy enterprises regardless of ownership, as well as ensure passenger transportation. It is also determined that in the conditions of market relations, transport highways must perform their functions with sufficient economic benefit to keep their material and technical resources in good order, conduct an investment policy with extensive use of scientific and technological progress, as well as a social policy guaranteeing the conditions for employees' motivated work. The study reveals an association between the financial and strategic goals of transport enterprises and the minimization of their economic risks, the prevention of bankruptcy and profit margin shortfalls. It is found that transport enterprises need to strive for the overall improvement of their financial potential through increasing the components of financial potential and assessing the impact of risk factors on them: the capacity of fixed assets, the capacity of financial resources, the capacity of services, and the capacity of credit opportunities. These are the elements of transport enterprises' financial potential that ensure its desired level. It is demonstrated that of critical importance in managing the financial potential of a transport enterprise is the role of financial resources, as a subject cannot reach the desired strategic goals without them.

For the better success in the society, it is important to collect opinions from members. The progress was slow before because it was hard to collect the opinions from each member. But since we have opened the web site it gets easier to evolve with the society for microsurgery, and expect to have active participations from the members. We make 20 questions in three different groups. The researches are made on participation, development in science council that starting from 2005 October to 2007 June, education on training with member's preference to thesis and individuality and suggestion. Thus we have results following to that research. 1.75% of the members vote for the lecture has to be substantial, and also want the atmosphere of the council to be more sincere. 46.2% of members want the council to be not only exchange information but also the place to experience the social intercourse. 2. When the thesis is present and submitted that will also connect to main society. It will be counted as equal as board thesis, only if the thesis can count in both plastic & reconstructive surgery and orthopedic surgery. Then it will be scored as same as examination of board, and will be a receipt of paper by home page 3. The information-oriented project on our council is slower than what members expected. 100% of members voted yes to online thesis examination, and 66.7% of members voted for preference of web site. We need to make improvements on our web pages as soon as possible such as online payment with credit card. 4. According to the result of questionnaire, our web site helps member's participation in council and eventually become a bridge between members. We hope the questionnaires would help us to develop the council and eventually would help us to society with each other in the council. We also hope this council would be the one that connect all of us in society.
