빅 데이터를 이용한 고객평판 사례분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Case Analysis of Customer Reputation based on Big Data)

  • 최근 스마트 폰 출현과 함께 인터넷 검색, 트위터, 페이스북 등의 SNS(Social Network Service) 가 폭발적으로 성장하고 지속적인 IT 발달로 인해 새롭게 창출, 유통되는 정보 즉, 빅 데이터가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 기업 간의 경쟁이 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 가운데 효율적인 경영을 위해서는 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 니즈를 파악하기 위해 그 어느 때 보다도 고객피드백이 필요한 시대이다. 이를 위해 다양한 고객의 목소리가 담겨 있는 소셜 빅 데이터는 꼭 필요한 자원이기 때문에 모바일 스마트 혁명의 핵심 자원인 빅 데이터를 어떻게 분석, 활용 할 것인지 많은 기업들의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소셜 빅 데이터의 데이터 수집과 분석은 버즈(Buzz) 모니터링이라는 시스템을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터를 분석하는 버즈모니터링에 대해 고찰해 보고 실제 버즈모니터링을 통해 얻은 고객평판 사례를 제시하여 그 결과를 분석하고 시사점을 고찰해 본다. 의료기관 평판 사례분석 결과 각 병원과 평가항목에 따라 호감도가 다르므로 해당병원에서 구체적인 고객의 반응을 실시간으로 파악하여 개선점을 찾을 수 있다.

  • 소셜 미디어와 소셜 네트워킹 서비스의 확산은 사람들의 라이프 스타일에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이러한 확산 현상은 소셜 미디어를 통해 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 광고하고 촉진하려는 업계에 유용성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 방대한 사용자 데이터의 획득도 가능케 하였다. 하지만 대다수의 연구들은 소셜 미디어에 대해 일반적인 통계적 접근 방법과 단편적 측정 방법을 사용하여 전시회의 성과를 측정하고 있어 소셜 미디어의 주 기능인 정보 교환의 측면을 고려하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MWC전시회의 트위터 데이터를 활용하여 정보 교환의 특징을 분석하려 한다. 이러한 분석방법은 전시 기획자 및 주관업체가 소셜 미디어의 효과를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 방법론을 제공하여 소셜미디어 활용 전략을 수립하는 데 큰 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 판단된다. 사용자 네트워크 분석을 통해 본 연구에서는 추가적으로 정보 교환의 지속가능성 측면에서 사회적 속성이 일반적 속성만큼 중요하다는 사실을 발견하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 MWC에서 정보를 교환하는 창구인 소셜 미디어의 사용에 따라 생성되는 데이터를 활용한 네트워크 분석 기법을 제안하는 한편 정보교환의 지속가능성에 대하여 매개 중심성과 중심성과 같은 사회적 속성의 특징을 밝혀냈다.

연속형 중심-주변 네트워크 모형을 통한 세대 간 세대 내 디지털 격차 해소를 위한 전략 도출 (Deriving a Strategy for Resolving the Inter-and Intra-generational Digital Divide based on the Continuous Core-periphery Network Model)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to find meaningful insights using regression analysis to resolve the digital divide between generations. In the analysis process of this study, social network analysis was applied to approach it with a perspective differentiated from the existing statistical techniques. Design/methodology/approach This study used a social network analysis methodology that transforms and analyzes government-led survey data into relational data. First, the cross-sectional data were converted into relational data, and a continuous core-periphery model and multidimensional scaling method were applied. Afterwards, the relationship between various factors affecting the digital divide and the difference in influence were analyzed by generation. Findings According to the network analysis results, it can be seen that all generations commonly use 'information and news search' and 'living information service'. However, it can be seen that the centrally used services of each generation are clearly different from each other, and the degree of linkage between the services is also clearly different. In addition, it can be seen that the relationship between factors influencing the digital divide by generation is also different.

사회 연결망 분석 기반 자료포락분석 순위 결정 기법간 비교와 한계 극복 방안에 대한 연구 (Comparison between Social Network Based Rank Discrimination Techniques of Data Envelopment Analysis: Beyond the Limitations)

  • It has been pointed out as a limitation that the rank of some efficient DMUs(decision making units) cannot be discriminated due to the relativity nature of efficiency measured by DEA(data envelopment analysis), comparing the production structure. Recently, to solve this problem, a DEA-SNA(social network analysis) model that combines SNA techniques with data envelopment analysis has been studied intensively. Several models have been proposed using techniques such as eigenvector centrality, pagerank centrality, and hypertext induced topic selection(HITS) algorithm, but DMUs that cannot be ranked still remain. Moreover, in the process of extracting latent information within the DMU group to build effective network, a problem that violates the basic assumptions of the DEA also arises. This study is meaningful in finding the cause of the limitations by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the DEA-SNA model proposed so far, and based on this, suggesting the direction and possibility to develop more advanced model. Through the results of this study, it will be enable to further expand the field of research related to DEA.

Factors Affecting Value Co-Creation Behavior for Social Enterprises in Retail Sector

  • Purpose: In view of increased social awareness of today's consumers, it is very important to understand how retail customers perceive their sense of social responsibility. This study aims to explore the decision processes of university students that affect the patronage of social enterprises in retail sector. Research design, data and methodology: This study proposes and tests whether and how social network traits, firm's image, and perceived trustworthiness serve as predictors of value co-creation behavior specific to two different industries (social enterprises and regular firms) operating in retail sector of South Korea. This study incorporated theoretical premise of value co-creation to verify the structural relationships among the predictors of value co-creation. Results: The result demonstrates that social network and firm's image both significantly influence consumers' value co-creation behavior. The study further found that the firm's image is overall more effective for eliciting consumers' value co-creation behavior than social network traits. Conclusions: As the result of comparing the industry type (social enterprises vs. regular firms), the study confirmed a meaningful difference such that consumers indicated greater impact of firm's image on value co-creation for social enterprises than for regular firms. The findings are expected to provide useful industrial insights for the management of social enterprises.

공급망의 사회적 자본 특성이 친환경 공급망관리 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Supply Network's Social Capitals on Sustainable Supply Network Management Project and Its Performance)

  • The successful implementation of green supply chain management(GSCM) practices requires a level of cooperation that can be difficult to conduct. Despite this challenge, limited scholarly attention has been paid to exploring how the implementation of GSCM practices can be effectively facilitated and enhanced through accumulated social capital with suppliers. Based on social capital theory, this study postulates that supplier network characteristics derived from social capital with key suppliers can be critical antecedents of GSCM, which in turn enhances the firm's environmental performance. To test hypotheses, data were collected from 330 firms in 15 countries, and structural equation modeling was employed. Results show that GSCM improves environmental performance, and structural and cognitive social capitals of the supplier network act as antecedents and lead to GSCM implementation.

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 및 개인 특성에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Social Network Services(SNS) and Individual Characteristics on Intention to Continuous Use of SNS)

  • Social network service(SNS), provided by social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Cyworld is rapidly growing in online business. Furthermore, many companies have growing interests in finding effective ways to use SNSs for their innovations, marketing and advertisement. In fact, firms have recognized the utility value of the SNS for their business. In this aspect, this study attempts to identify key factors influencing the intention to continuous use of SNSs. Based on the UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology)model, this study proposes the research model, including the effects of social network service characteristics(social relationship support, information sharing, image expression) and individual characteristics(self-disclosure, extroversion, familiarity) on performance expectancy as well as the moderating effect of perceived information security among UTAUT variables. The 412T sets of data collected in a survey were tested against the modeling using SEM using SmartPLS. Results indicated that social network service and individual characteristics had significant effect on performance expectancy with exception of self-disclosure. In addition, the moderating effect of perceived information security had significant effect. The results had important implications for firms providing SNSs hoping to develop a successful business model.

The Impact of Corporate Capabilities on Management Performance : Focusing on the Korean Distribution Industry during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • Purpose: This study analyzed the relationship between corporate capacity and management performance in the Korean distribution industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data and methodology: The data for this study used the 2021 KOTRA GCL Test Data, and multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS 26. As corporate competency, human capital and related capital of intellectual capital theory were utilized, and the global network level of social network theory was also utilized. As an additional analysis, corporate characteristics factors were used. Results: First, the level of global mindset of human capital acted as a positive factor in management performance, and the level of professional manpower did not achieve significant results. Second, related capital acted as a positive factor in corporate performance. Third, from the perspective of social network theory, the global network level of companies acted as a positive factor in management performance. Finally, the relationship between corporate characteristics and management performance was marginally significant. Conclusions: In order to improve the business performance of a company in a market shock such as the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required to strengthen the level of network construction with customers and increase the level of intellectual capital that a company has.

남성관리자와 여성관리자의 사회 네트워크 비교 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Social Network to Middle Management)

  • 교육기회의 확대와 더불어 인적 자본을 축적한 여성들의 사회 진출이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으나 상위 직급으로 갈수록 여성이 줄어드는 조직 내 인구 통계학적 구조 때문에 여성관리자는 남성관리자에 비해 사회 네트워크를 구축하는데 있어 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 500인 이상 대기업의 중간관리자(과장, 차장, 부장) 402명을 대상으로 사회 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 성별에 따라 비교분석하였다. 연구결과 남성관리자는 여성관리자보다 업무 네트워크를 더 강하게 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성관리자는 남성관리자에 비해 업무 외 네트워크 구축에 더 치중하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직 구조상 남성이 다수를 차지하여 유유상종 면에서 불리한 위치에 놓여있는 여성관리자가 남성관리자와의 업무 네트워크 구축보다는 같은 여성들과의 업무 외 네트워크 구축에 힘쓰고 있는 것으로 보인다.

부스 방문데이터를 활용한 사회 네트워크 분석 (Social Network Analysis Using Booth Visiting Data)

  • As development of exhibition, it has been an important issue to analyze exhibition for the next success of exhibition. A lot of existing researches have focused on the exhibitor's and visitor's satisfaction problem. However, the exhibitor's satisfaction and success of exhibition come from the analysis of exhibition in the network level. Booths composing exhibition are regarded as nodes in network, so the trace of visitors visiting booths can construct the arc of networks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the booth visiting pattern and components of network through social network analysis using data collected in the $17^{th}$ International KIDS & EDU EXPO for Children. This research is the first approach of network-leveled analysis of exhibition, and the result of network analysis is helpful to support the booth arrangement in next exhibition. Our analysis results the following implications. First, Booths with high degree centrality or betweenness centrality should be deployed in the wide space or corner of the exhibition hall. Finally, booths within a block should be deployed in the same space of the exhibition hall to provide convenience to the visitors and to enhance exhibition performance.
