Recently, 'Social Commerce' has shown such a rapid growth along with the development of social media such as 'Twitter' and 'Facebook.' Yet, with the quantitative growth, some problems regarding consumer dissatisfaction has constantly occurred. It is essential for the enterprises to study and reflect a customer satisfaction about goods and service they provide regarding the characteristic of the social commerce scientifically and actively. So, this study measures service quality of social commerce market using SERVQUAL model which was established by Parasuraman (1985). The impact on customer satisfaction was analysed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, we found that the tangibility and empathy are important factors for service quality in the social commerce market.

Social skills and behavior problems of 90 4- and 5-year-old children were analyzed by children's negative emotionality(sadness, anger, and fear). The instrument for measurement of social skills(cooperation, self-control, assertion, and responsibility) was the Preschool Level of the Korean Version of the Social Skills Rating System(Suh, Mee-Ock, 2004). Measures of behavior problems included internalizing(anxiety, immaturity, withdrawal, physical symptoms) and externalizing(hyperactivity, aggression) problems. Results showed that girls were higher in negative emotionality(sadness) than boys, and 5-year-olds were higher in social skills than 4-year-olds. Children with lower levels of negative emotionality were higher in social skills and lower in behavior problems than children with higher levels of negative emotionality.

스마트폰 태블릿 PC와 같은 모바일 장치를 이용하여 인터넷뱅킹과 전자상거래는 물론 본인의 업무까지 처리하고 있다. 모바일 기기의 가용성과 편리성은 높아가고 있지만, SNS나 문자 이메일을 이용한 Smishing 금융사기사건과 개인정보유출 등 범죄사건도 많이 발생하고 있다. 스마트폰에서 Smishing 사고는 2013년부터 급격하게 증가되어 MERS 감염 사건, 지뢰도발 사건, 추석의 택배 등의 사회공학적 방법을 이용하여 교묘하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2014년 이후의 모바일 장치에서의 Smishing 해킹 동향을 분석한다. 사회적 이슈와 관련하여, 모바일 사용자들에게 금융사기로 이어지는 Smishing 해킹 공격의 프로세스를 분석한다. 그리고, Mobile Smishing 해킹에 대한 보안 방법과 금융 피해의 대책을 제시한다.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had a significant impact on our society as a whole. The COVID-19 pandemic is not only a health crisis, it is also an economic, social and humanitarian crisis. Considering the dramatic global economic and social impact that the crisis has engendered, the aviation system is standing on the doorstep of rapid transformation. In particular, the impact on the aviation and travel industries is enormous. Air travel to most countries has been suspended and blocked. Looking at Korea's current situation, COVID-19 has wholly changed the aviation industry. As COVID-19 spreads around the world, countries have come up with aviation safety measures. Infectious disease safety measures were established to protect passengers and crew members, and countries with collapsed medical systems extended the validity period for aviation medical examinations. In Korea, on August 11, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport provided guidance on medical measures related to COVID-19 through an official letter of "Notification of cautions for pilots and air traffic control officers (ATCO) when COVID-19 is confirmed". Overseas countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom have announced regulations for aviation medical examination regulations in relation to COVID-19, and have set standards for returning to aviation after COVID-19 is confirmed. In this paper, we would like to investigate the regulations for aviation medical examination related to COVID-19.

Recently, increasing attention has been paid to the welfare of farm animals, which have been evaluated using behavioral and physiological measures. However, so far, the measures have almost always been used to estimate poor welfare. In this review, firstly we focus on how oxytocin (OT) relates to positive social behavior, pleasure, and stress tolerance, and second on which management factors stimulate OT release. OT induces maternal and affiliative behaviors and has an anti-stress effect. Further, OT is produced during enjoyable events, and has positive feedback on its own release as well. Therefore, to some extent, the relationship of OT to positive normal behavior was mutually beneficial-heightened OT concentration owing to comfortable rearing conditions induces positive social behavior, which in turn may increase OT concentration. Hence, studies on animal welfare should pay more attention to increasing comfort and the stress tolerance, rather than only focusing on when stress occurs in farm animals.

It is important not only to introduce the C4I(Command and Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence) system for realizing the NCW(Network Centric Warfare) but also to evaluate the synergistic effect by the C4I system. However, the study effort for evaluating the system's synergistic effect is insufficient compared with introducing the system. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a model that measures the synergistic effect of combat power by the warfare information system. To measure the synergistic effect of warfare information system, the network power must be considered, so we also proposed a new methodology for measurement of network power based on SNA(Social Network Analysis), not Metcalfe's law. A model we proposed is a model that measures the raised combat power by the network effectiveness. The methodology and model we proposed in this paper will be used usefully to analyze the practical effect of constructing future warfare information system.

At this time, it is very urgent and important that the new high value-added industries with convergence and embedded software technologies are promoted to make the driving force for new growth. Moreover, software is used as an essential part or material of nearly all products. However, the economic and social treatment over the software workforce, which is the core of software development, is very weak. In addition, the discussion or study on the treatment improvement and value awareness of software practitioners is almost non-existent. Therefore, this study suggests some measures for software workforce's improved treatment to meet their increasing role. We examine the present state of software workforce, discuss their status and role, and suggest some measures for the improvement of their working conditions and social treatment.

Recently, the dramatical increasement of personal information infringement makes the government strongly enforce the laws. The Key-point of law enforcement is the DB encryption. Nevertheless, DB encryption is the one of the hardest thing in the organization's security measures. The purpose of this paper is suggesting alternative means of residence numbers and showing the possibility of indicator usage for safety measures. This research suggested the best ways to make a decision through a before and after comparison of the DB encryption cost of the inherent identification number elimination in "Social Welfare consolidation service system". When this research result was applied in "Happiness-e-Um system", we found that the alternative means are more efficient than the residence number for encryption cost, system revision time and so on.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the intertester reliability and validity of four nonradiologic measurements of thoracic spine rotation in healthy adults. Design: Descriptive laboratory study. Methods: This study was conducted on 20 male and 20 female university students aged between 19 and 26. To measure thoracic rotation, a goniometer, a bubble inclinometer, a dual inclinometer, and a smartphone application-clinometer were used. The measurement was performed twice for each device and the same measurement was performed by two examiners. The measurements were performed in the lumbar locked position. The arm in the direction of rotation was taken back and placed onto the back of the lumbar region. With right and left trunk rotation, the head was rotated together but remained in the center line so that the axial rotation was maintained. Both examiners performed the measuring procedures and directly handled the measuring instrument. All measurement results were recorded by the recorder. Results: The range of motion (ROM) of thoracic rotation in lumbar locked position for all four devices was 47 degrees. The intra-rater reliability estimates ranged from 0.738 to 0.906 (p<0.05). The inter-rater reliability estimates ranged from 0.736 to 0.853 (p<0.05). The goniometer, bubble inclinometer, dual inclinometer, and smartphone clinometer showed high validity (p<0.05). This result indicates that all four devices may be used by the same examiner and by other examiners obtaining follow-up measurement. Conclusions: The use of the goniometer, bubble inclinometer, dual inclinometer, and smartphone clinometer for measurements in the lumbar locked posture are reliable and valid nonradiologic measures of thoracic rotational ROM in healthy adults.

본 연구는 아동기 학대경험이 있는 특성에 대해 알아보고, 성역할 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하고 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아보며, 아동기 학대경험의 예방적 방안 및 대안을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 여성가족부에서 「가정폭력방지 및 피해자보호 등에 관한 법률」에 의해 3년마다 실시하는 가정폭력실태조사를 통해 수집된 2019년도 전국 9,060 표본가구내 만 19세 이상 가구원 총 9,060명 중 참여자 여성 4,546명, 남성 4,514명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 아동기 학대경험이 성역할 태도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 지지의 조절효과 분석도 부(-)적인 영향을 나타나났다. 이는 향후 아동기 학대예방과 아동보호 인식개선이 생애초기부터 강화될 필요성이 있고, 아동의 부모사전교육과 사회적 지지의 수준과 충분한 방안 마련을 제언하고, 향후 연구를 위한 제시하고자 한다.
