본 연구는 장애인복지관에서 종사하는 사회복지사의 분배공정성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하였다. A광역시와 B도에 소재한 장애인복지관 14개소의 사회복지사 241명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 장애인복지관 사회복지사의 분배공정성과 직무만족의 관계, 그리고 임파워먼트의 매개효과가 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과를 기초로 하여 장애인복지관 서비스 제공의 핵심적인 인력인 사회복지사의 직무만족을 증진시키기 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 장애인복지관의 분배공정성을 향상시키기 위해 임금수준의 향상, 복리후생비의 지원. 비정규직과 정규직의 임금격차 감소 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 사회복지사들의 임파워먼트 수준을 높이기 위해 업무수행에서 자율권과 선택권의 부여, 전문적인 교육프로그램의 활성화, 소진 상태의 사회복지사들에게 적절한 휴식/안정/지지 등의 제공이 필요하다. 본 연구는 장애인복지관 서비스 수준의 향상과 장애인들의 바람직한 지역사회생활과 자립생활 영위에 기여할 것이다.

Purpose - This paper explores a new possibility of care ethics for social service. As the needs for care have been growing rapidly in various social fields, 'care' became an important concept in envisioning a welfare state. However, due to the lack of proper ethics and political stance applied to the newly arisen needs and challenges, there exist lots of confusions and difficulties. Research design, data, and methodology - Introducing the feminist ethics of care, this paper examines the relationship of care and justice in social service. As a main research perspective, this study has focused on Kittay's public ethics of care and Tronto's political ethics of care. Results - Drawing on the main research perspective, this study discusses on the necessity of a political conceptualization for an integrative care ethics. In the process, The specialty and professionality of care work as a relational labor was reconsidered. Kittay's care ethics provides a persuasive justification for social support for care workers as well as care receivers, and Tronto's ethics shows us the role of care politics for democratic citizenship. Conclusions - Tronto's ethics of care with Kittay's gives us valuable insights to envision a new public ethics for social service that takes into account both care and justice properly.

미국의 시큐리티 발달은 미국 산업의 발달과 밀접한 연관성을 갖는다. 미국은 19세기 급속한 산업화가 진행되면서 시큐리티 분야도 동반 발전을 하였고, 미국의 분권적인 지방자치 정치체제는 이러한 시큐리티의 발전에 우호적인 환경으로 작용을 하였다. 미국 시큐리티 산업의 발달과 더불어 시큐리티 전문요원을 양성 배출하는 대학의 경우도 관련 학과를 설치하여 전문교육을 실시하고 있다. 미국에서는 현재 103개의 대학에 관련학과(Criminal Justice)가 설치되어 있으며, 범죄와 관련한 다양한 영역에서 180여개의 과목을 가르치고 있다. 미국 대학의 시큐리티 학문적 경향은 법률과 교정 분야(Law, Justice and Corrections)가 21.6%로서 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었고, 다음으로 형사사법과 소송 분야(Criminal Justice and Procedures)가 20.5%를 차지하여, 법률분야가 총 42.1%로서 전체 중 절대적 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 즉, 미국 대학의 시큐리티 학문적 경향은 법률분야(형사법)에 거의 치중되어 있었다. 또한, 10개 이상의 대학에서 사용하고 있는 공통 교과목의 명칭을 살펴보면, Introduction to Criminal Justice(18개 대학), Criminal Law(18개 대학), Criminology(16개 대학), Criminal Procedures(16개 대학), Research Methods in Criminal Justice(16개 대학), Criminal Investigation(12개 대학), Juvenile Justice(10개 대학), Terrorism(10개 대학), Ethical Issues in Criminal Justice(10개 대학) 등의 9개 과목이다. 미국 대학의 학문적 경향은 범죄예방의 방법을 실정법을 통해서 강구하고 교정을 통해서 찾고 있다는 점이다. 또한, 범죄환경을 제공하는 사회적 배경 또는 사회현상의 중요성에 대해서도 사회과학 분야(Social Science) 의 커리큘럼을 통해 교육이 이루어지고 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회정의를 위한 초등수학교육 프로그램을 개발하고 현장에 적용하여 그 효과성을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 2년 동안의 연구에서 문헌연구 및 수업 모형 개발 후 효과성을 검증하기 위하여, 서울특별시에 소재한 가정환경이 상 수준과 하 수준인 초등학교 6학년 학생 각각 21명과 19명을 선정하였다. 이들을 대상으로 각각 12차시 분량의 사회정의를 위한 수학 수업을 실시하여 수학에 대한 인식과 수학적 성향에 대하여 혼합연구 방법을 사용하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 두 그룹의 학생들 모두 수학에 대한 인식과 학생들의 수학적 성향이 모두 긍정적으로 변하였다. 그리고 학생들의 수학에 대한 인식과 수학적 성향은 부모의 사회 경제적인 차이보다는 개인별 능력, 성향, 조건 등에 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 미래사회에 유연하게 대처할 창의융합인재의 육성을 위하여 수학 교수학습에서 다양한 소재의 활용이 필요하다. 또한, 다양한 사회정의 자료 개발이 필요하고, 교사들에게 인문학적 상상력을 기반으로 수학교육을 보다 넓고 깊은 관점에서 볼 수 있도록 하는 지속적이고 내실 있는 교사 연수가 필요함을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 비판적 인종 이론의 관점에서 학교 수학 교육에서 인종 문제를 다룬 연구들을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 두 부분으로 구성 된다. 첫 번째 부분에서는 국내외 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 사회 정의를 위한 수학의 의미와 이를 주제로 한 연구들의 동향을 분석한다. 이를 통해 사회 정의를 위한 수학 교육의 의의와 방향을 도출한다. 두 번째 부분에서는 비판적 인종 이론을 토대로 사회 정의를 위한 국내 수학 관련 연구를 검토한다. 본 연구에서는 비판적 인종 이론의 기본 원리인 인종적 영속성 또는 인종 사실주의, 자유주의 비판, 교차성의 관점에서 기존 연구들을 검토하였다. 분석 결과 현재 인종 문제와 관련한 사회 정의를 위한 수학 교육에서는 학생들 스스로 문제를 찾고 이를 수학 수업에서 논의하는 과정에 대한 연구가 부족하며, 수학 교실 안에서 학생 스스로 차별의 요소를 자각하고 이를 해결하는 접근법에 대한 고민이 필요하다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 또한 그동안 수학 교육 연구에서 인종 문제가 다른 차별 요소와 필연적으로 연결되어있다는 관점은 충분히 다루어지지 않은 부분으로 후속 연구의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 시사점은 향후 인종 문제와 관련한 사회 정의를 위한 수학 교육 연구 방향을 설정하는데 근거 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to introduce the concept of health inequalities, and to discuss the underlying assumptions and ethical backgrounds associated with the issue, as well as the theoretical and practical implications of health inequalities. Methods : Based on a review of the literature, we summarize the concepts of health inequalities and inequities and discuss the underlying assumptions and ethical backgrounds associated with these issues from the view of social justice theory. We then discuss the theoretical and practical implications of health inequalities. Results : Health inequality involves ethical considerations, such as judgments on fairness, and it could provide a sensitive barometer to reflect the fairness of social arrangements. Discussion on health inequalities could deepen our understanding of the social etiology of health and provide a basis for the development of comprehensive and integrative social policies. Conclusions : Health equity is not a social goal in and of itself, but should be considered as a part of a broader effort to seek social justice.

프랜차이즈업체와 같은 비대칭적인 의존구조 하에서 의존성이 높은 경로구성원은 전적으로 거래 상대방의 행위에 의존할 수 밖에 없으며, 따라서 상호 Win-Win 체제 구축을 위해서는 파트너간 신뢰와 결속을 증가시켜 관계의 질을 향상시킴으로써 거래구성원간 장기적인 협력 관계를 지속시켜야 한다. 프랜차이즈에서 본사와 가맹점간의 관계의 질을 높이기 위해서는 우선 힘의 우위가 큰 본사의 공정성에 대한 가맹점의 지각을 높일 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 취지에서 기본 가설모형과 비교가설모형을 설정하여 힘의 불균형을 특징으로 하는 프랜차이즈 본부와 프랜차이즈 가맹점간 계약관계에서 가맹점이 바라는 본부의 행동이 가맹점의 태도와 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이러한 연구배경 하에 연구 대상인 외식업 프랜차이즈업체의 가맹점 점장을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프랜차이즈 본사와 가맹점간의 관계규범 차원 중에서 단결규범과 상호성이 분배공정성과 절차공정성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 유연성은 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었고, 둘째는 분배공정성은 계산적 결속과 경제적 결속에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 절차공정성은 사회적 결속에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만 경제적 결속에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하여 관계 결속에 있어서 분배공정성이 더욱 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 절차공정성은 분배공정성 혹은 사회적 결속을 통하여 경제적 결속에 간접적인 효과를 나타내었다.

The main task of landscape architecture is to create a higher quality of the environment by utilizing resources or to provide effective stewardship for the preserved environment. These outcomes enhance the correlation between humans and the environment. Landscape architect deals with direct use of market economic goods in private property resources such as capital, land, plant, structure. But it also has indirect use of non-market economic goods in public resources like scenic view from the forest, sea, urbanscape, and refreshing atmosphere. At this point, landscaping products should have a role of public goods, and even these attribute to individuals or certain group. From the results of neo-liberalism regime in modern era such as guarantee of private property, deregulation for free market, and reduction of social welfare, minority has getting less opportunity to enjoy the quality life in ecotop and social welfare. With all future, landscape architecture should have the role of social infrastructure through planning concept that ensures public interests first. The virtuous functions of Green Infrastructure is a proper tool in realizing environmental justice in that it efficiently protects environment, and distributes fair benefits to all people.

급변하는 시장 환경속에서 사회적기업이 지속가능성을 유지하기는 점점 힘들어 지고 있는 실정이다. 사회적기업의 열악하고 한정된 자원으로 인하여 인적자원의 핵심역량이 무엇보다도 중요한 시점이다. 사회적기업이 지속가능성을 유지하기 위해서는 근로자들이 안정적으로 본인의 업무에 몰입할 수 있게 여건을 조성하는 것이 매우 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적기업의 근로자를 대상으로 직무 몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석함으로서 사회적기업의 지속가능성을 높이고자 했다. 직무 몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 직무 적합성과 조직 공정성 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 이들 간의 관계에서 감성적 리더십의 조절효과도 함께 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사회적기업 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 유효한 260부를 분석에 활용하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무 적합성의 하위 요소인 직무 지식, 직무 기술, 직무 경험, 직무 욕구와 조직 공정성의 하위요소인 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성은 직무 몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 조직 공정성의 하위 요소 중의 하나인 상호작용 공정성은 유의성이 검정되지 않았다. 영향력의 크기는 절차 공정성, 직무 경험, 직무 욕구, 분배 공정성, 직무 기술, 직무 지식 순이었다. 감성적 리더십은 직무 지식, 직무 기술, 직무 욕구, 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성과 직무 몰입 사이에 조절역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 직무 경험, 상호작용 공정성과 직무 몰입 간에는 유의한 조절역할이 검정되지 않았다. 이러한 실증연구 결과는 학술적인 차원에서는 사회적기업이라는 범주내에서 직무 몰입에 영향을 미치는 영향 요소를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 기존 직무 관련 연구의 외연을 확대하였다. 실무적인 차원에서는 다양한 영향 요소 중 직무 경험이 무엇보다 중요한 요소중의 하나로 나타났다. 향후 근로자를 대상으로 하는 교육이나 각종 제도 시행시 필요한 유의한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Despite the ubiquitous practice of environmental impact assessment around the world, social impact assessment has been alienated from assessment process from the beginning. Not until 1993 was 'Interorganizational Committee' established in the United States to prepare for 'Principles and Guidelines for Social Impact Assessment.' This study is an attempt to critically examine US 'Principles and Guidelines.' First, the study traces history of social impact assessment to reveal why the latter became "the orphan in the assessment process." Second, it critically reviews 'Principles and Guidelines' to find its merits and defects. For instance, a principle regarding environmental justice is perceived as necessary as society has become conscious of social justice and equity while putting too much emphasis on predictive traits of social impact assessments only fosters "checklist mentality." Third, the study reflects on 'Principles and Guidelines' in particular and social impact assessment in general in order to probe what is social impact assessment. To do so, it pays attention to scholars, who have criticized technocratic and procedural elements of 'Principles and Guidelines.' They show that social impact assessment is philosophically and methodologically teleological in that "fluid and contested meanings" between social impacts and the public are meaningful in itself. And simple procedural guarantee of the public involvement, they argue, is not enough to define social impacts. Lastly, from the critical analysis of 'Principles and Guideline,' the study looks for alternatives to improve how to assess social impacts in a Korean context.
