This paper explores how the positive effect achieved when consumption value matches brand benefit can increase brand loyalty. Prior research on consumption value mainly focused on perceived value; these studies omit consumers' views of consumption value. Therefore, this study examines the effect of congruence between consumption values (functional, emotional, social, and ethical value) and perceived brand benefits (enabling, enticing, symbolic, and socially responsible benefits) on consumers' brand identification, trust, and loyalty. We find a positive effect on brand identification and brand trust when a consumer's value is similar to a brand benefit, particularly between functional value and enabling benefit, and ethical value and socially responsible benefit. However, congruence between consumption value and perceived brand benefit only had an indirect effect on brand loyalty by mediating brand identification and trust. This study provides a basis for implementing a marketing strategy to build brand assets and increase brand loyalty by providing consumers with the value they want in a diversified market.

As a result of the analysis, it turned out that the higher social contribution, purity, public interest and preference, the higher identification became. Also, the higher social contribution, public interest and preference, the higher corporate image became. On the other hand, it turned out that purity had a negative (-) impact on the corporate image. It turned out that purity and preference had positive impacts on the love mark, while did not affect social contribution, while public interest had a negative (-) impact on that. It turned out that identification had a positive impact on the corporate image, and identification and corporate image had positive impacts on the love mark. Also, identification, corporate image and love mark had positive impacts on loyalty. It is expected that the above research result would provide practical implications for coffee shop companies' marketing techniques in the future, and further, it is judged that it would play a positive role in the quality of life of consumers who experience coffee shop companies' mecenat activity.

This study showed how ethical leadership works in organizations through social learning theory and social exchange theory. Also, it suggested implications on how to use ethical leadership in field.
As interest in stock markets is growing recently in Korea, more investors in their twenties are using the information provided by personal broadcasting channels on YouTube. This study explores how watching the stock market channels on YouTube influences watching behaviors and investment intentions. A structural equation modeling analysis of survey data from 219 adults in the twenties revealed that the perceived credibility of and para-social interaction with the YouTube influencers affected continued viewing intentions. The findings also showed that the effect of identification with the influencers on viewing satisfaction was more prominent when identification mediated the effect of para-social interaction on viewing satisfaction. The popularity of mobile devices provides their users with a circumstance that services and information can be accessed wherever and whenever users need. Accordingly, various studies have been proposed personalized methods to improve accessibility of mobile users to information. However, since these personalized methods require users' private information, they gives rise to problems on security. An efficient way to resolve security problems is to estimate user information by using their online and offline behavior. In this paper, for this purpose, it is proposed a novel user information identification system that identifies users' personal and social information by using both his/her behavior on social network services and proximity patterns obtained from GPS data. In the proposed system, personal information of a user like age, gender, and so on is estimated by analyzing SNS texts and POI (Point of Interest) patterns, while social information between a pair of users like family and friend is predicted with proximity patterns between the users. Each identification module is efficiently designed to handle the characteristics of user data like much noise in SNS texts and missing signals in GPS data. In experiments to evaluate the proposed system, our system shows its superiority against ordinary identification methods. This result means that the proposed system can efficiently reflect the characteristics of user data.
