The cases of identification forgery and counterfeiting are increasing under the current identification system, which was established based on social conditions and administrative environments over 20 years ago. This leads to an increase of various criminal acts including illegal loan using fake ID and a number of damages caused out of good intentions that result in interference with the operations of public organizations. In addition, according to the advancement of information society, privacy protection has emerged as an important issue. However, ID card exposes individuals' personal information, such as names, resident registration numbers, photos, addresses and fingerprints, and thus the incidents associated with illegal use of personal information are increasing continuously. Accordingly, this study aimed at examining the issues of ID card forgery/counterfeiting and privacy protection and at proposing a next-generation identification system to supplement such weaknesses. The top priority has been set as prevention of forgery/counterfeiting and privacy protection in order to ensure the most important function of national identification system, which is user identification.

This exploratory study aims to review the risks and threats of social network services(SNSs), particularly focusing upon the policing perspective. This paper seeks to acknowledge the present risk/danger of SNSs and the very significance of establishing a strategic framework to effectively prevent and/or control criminal misuse of SNSs. This research thus advocates that proactive study on security issues and criminal aspects of SNSs and preventive countermeasures can play a significant role in policing the networked society in the time of digital/internet age. Social network sites have been increasingly attracting the attention of entrepreneurs, and academic researchers as well. In this exploratory article, the researcher tried to define concepts and features of SNSs and describe a variety of issues and threats posed by SNSs. After summarizing existing security risks, the researcher also investigated both the potential threats to privacy associated with SNSs, such as ID theft and fraud, and the very danger of SNSs in case of being utilized by terrorists and/or criminals, including cyber-criminals. In this study, the researcher primarily used literature reviews and empirical methods. The researcher thus conducted extensive case studies and literature reviews on SNSs. The literature reviews herein cover theoretical discussions on characteristics, usefulness, and/or potential danger/harm of SNSs. Through the literature review, the researcher also concentrated upon being able to identify a strategic framework for law enforcement to effectively prevent criminal misuse of SNSs The limitation of this study can be lack of statistical data and attempts to examine previously un-researched area in the field of SNS and its security risks and potential criminal misuse. Thus, to supplement this exploratory study, more objective theoretical models and/or statistical approaches would be needed to provide law enforcement with sustainable policing framework and contribute to suggesting policy implications.

Atopic dermatitis is estimated to affect 15-20% of the childhood population and there id considerable evidence that the prevalence is increasing. But it is frequently under diagnosed and inappropriately treated yet. Atopic dermatitis can have a large social;. emotional and financial effect on the child and their family. Atopic dermatitis also commonly predated the development of asthma and allergic rhinitis. Therefore early diagnosis and proper treatment are the key for control the atopic dermatitis itself and modify the future repiratory allergies. This review will cover the new diagnostic criteria and treatment briefly.

Various life-logging based on cloud service have developed social network according to the advanced technology of smartphone and wearable device. Daily digital life on social networks has been shared information and emotion and developed new social relationships. Recent life-logging has required social relationships beyond extension of personal memory and anonymity for privacy protection. This study is to determine social network group by using life-logging data obtained in daily lives and to categorize emotion behavior with anonymity guarantee. Social network group was defined by grouping similar representative emotional behavior. The public's patterns and trends was able to be inferred by analyzing representative emotion and behavior of the social groups network.

After Satoshi Nakamoto published 'Bitcoin: A peer-to-peer electronic cash system' in 2008, Blockchain has been GPT (General Purpose Technologies) that affect the whole cycle of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. This study attempted to identify the innovativeness of Blockchain. Because of Blockchain's ambidextrous characteristics, Blockchain has two kinds of innovativeness, technological innovation by physical technology and social innovation by social technology. Thus, this study will be useful to increase understanding and establishing strategy for Blockchain.

This paper proposes a SPIT(Spam over IP Telephony) prevention framework which is using expanded white-list in real-time VoIP environment. The existing schemes are vulnerable to attack from spammers since they can continue to transfer SPIT upon changing their ID. And existing frameworks have experienced the time delay and overload as session initiates due to real-time operation. To solve these problems, the proposed scheme expands the scope of white lists by forming social networks using the white list, but it is to decide quickly whether pass a caller ID without searching the entire database. The proposed framework takes the three-stage architecture and the fast scoring system. The proposed framework minimize user's inconvenience and time delay for initiation of session, therefore, it is proper for real-time VoIP environment.

In this paper, we propose an efficient method which improves the performance of transmission of PGA which is essential data for real-time earthquake monitoring system. Currently, above 120 earthquake stations were installed nationwide and additional installation is expected because the social interesting of earthquake hazard is rising. Real-time earthquake monitoring system checks earthquake occurrence by using PGA were calculated from acceleration data of each seismic station. An efficient method of PGA data transmission is key factor of real-time monitoring. The key idea of proposed method is to deal with each seismic station using an unique ID, to assign one bit to indicate whether a packet include a station's data or not. Proposed method can contain more station data and decrease the data loss compared to current method. To verify proposed method, we investigate the turnaround time and ratio of data loss using above 91000 packets. As results of experiment. the proposed method is proven that the method need more time about 50% but reduce the data loss about 87% as compared to previous method.

With the Westernization and opening of our society, adolescents' smoking is increasing and being popularized. Many adolescents start smoking at an early age out of curiosity and venturesomeness, and earlier start of smoking makes it more difficult to quit smoking. Adolescents' habitual smoking not only becomes a gateway to all kinds of substance abuse but also causes various health problems including upper respiratory infection, immature lung development, reduced maximum vital capacity, and lung cancer. Therefore, it is quite important to prevent adolescents from smoking. The lowering of adolescents' smoking rate cannot be achieved only through social restrictions such as stereotyped education on the harms of smoking and ID checking. In order to lower adolescents' smoking rate substantially, each area of society should develop standardized programs and make related efforts. As adolescents' smoking is highly influenced by home environment or school life, it is necessary to make efforts in effective education and social reinforcement in school, to establish related norms, and to execute preventive education using peer groups. When these efforts are spread throughout society in cooperation with homes and communities, they will be helpful to protect adolescents' health and improve their quality of life.

The present of state is situation that is realized by necessity of maintenance of public security about great many information is real condition been increasing continually in knowledge info-age been situating in wide field of national defense, public peace, banking, politics, education etc. Also, loss or forgetfulness, and peculation by ID for individual information and number increase of password in Internet called that is sea of information is resulting various social problem. By alternative about these problem, including Biometrics, several authentication systems through sign(Signature), Smart Card, Watermarking technology are developed. Therefore, This paper shows that extract factor that efficiency can get into peculiar feature in physical features for good fingerprint recognition algorithm implementation with old study finding that take advantage of special quality of these fingerprint.

최근 전 세계적으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 사용자가 많이 증가하면서 많은 사람들이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 그리고 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 사용하는 사용자들은 이를 이용하여 많은 정보를 공유하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자들이 공유하는 정보 중 음악과 관련된 정보와 개방형 API 를 이용하여 MP3 파일의 메타데이터인 ID3 태그 정보를 검색한다. 검색된 결과와 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자 정보를 이용하여 ID3 태그 온톨로지를 생성하고 생성된 온톨로지와 온톨로지 추론기를 사용하여 음악과 관련된 다양한 순위 분석 결과와 음악 및 사용자 추천 서비스를 사용자들에게 제공하기 위한 시스템의 설계를 보인다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 실시간으로 등록되는 글을 이용하기 때문에 최근 음악 트렌드를 쉽게 반영한다. 또한 순위 분석을 위해 수동적으로 자료를 수집하는데 들어가는 시간적 비용을 줄여준다. 그리고 제안한 시스템을 사용하여 제공된 정보는 음악 관련 산업에서 마케팅과 사업 전략자료 등 다양한 형태로 활용이 가능하다.
