Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the content analysis of daily tooth cleaning service records by caregivers in a long-term care facility. Methods: The data were analyzed by qualitative research based on content analysis of the daily records of the processes and results of daily tooth cleaning service. Twenty caregivers provided tooth, gum and denture cleaning service after breakfast, lunch, and dinner to 48 elderly residents. The study lasted about two weeks(from August 4 to August 20, 2014). The researcher reconstructed the language by repeatedly reviewing the caregivers statements in the records. The content categories were derived from the records through a reiterative manual comparative analysis. Using constant comparison method, reconstructed meanings were incorporated into various meanings and reanalyzed by final categories called as analytic coding. In order to validate the reliability, 6 times of discussion made the common meanings through a master's degree student and a dental hygiene professor. Results: The caregivers identified lack of understanding and ability to recognize the functional physical and mental changes in the elderly. The elderly had difficulty in recognizing silent communication and daily tooth cleaning. The caregivers were so strenuous in taking care of the daily tooth cleaning service for the elderly. At last, they gave up the daily tooth cleaning service and took on it to the guardians. They found that there was no social supporting network for oral health of the elderly residents. Conclusions: Caregivers had insufficient understanding of the functional physical and mental changes in the elderly residents, and they had difficulty providing daily tooth cleaning service to the elderly due to poor skill and abilities.
This study examined the influence and meaning of SNS as the hot topic of our time from the archival perspective and also studied the 'SNS records management'. The many users mean a high accessibility and utilization of SNS, which increase the influence and value of SNS as a record. Politically, SNS is a tool that strengthens the communication among the voters, politicians and the public while economically, it is a window to accept the complaints of the customers and a marketing tool. In addition, the voices of social minorities are also recorded unlike in the traditional media, which makes the SNS record a method to gain the social variety and diversity. SNS is a place of formation of collective memory and collective memory itself. Furthermore, it can play the role of public sphere. It also is a place for generation of 'big data' in an archival sense. In addition, this study has classified the SNS records management into primary and secondary management that include record management entities, subjects, periods, methods, and causes. This study analyzed the history, status, and the meaning of SNS to assess the values and meanings as the preliminary study for the future SNS record management studies.
The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among the degree to provide emotional labor, personal relationship and the intent to stay of female care service workers. Specifically, this study focuses on the mediating effect of the personal relationship (client and agency relation). The path analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS18.0. and AMOS 8.0. And Sobel test conducted for examine the mediating effect. The results are the followings. First, the result of the analysis showed that agency relationship was an indirect factor as the partial mediating effect on relationship between the degree to provide emotional labor and the intent to stay for the care women workers. The result suggests that education utilizing various techniques and strategies to overcome the difficulty accompanied by emotional labor such as communication education and the government try to effort managing and controlling the agency which impact on the labor condition of care workers. Second, the government also tries to provide the trust and collaboration network system which construct a good relationship between the care worker and the agency.
The fierce competition of mobile messenger services (MMS) allows MMS providers to perform a variety of marketing campaigns and business activities to enhance user loyalty. The applied model in this study is based on Oliver's four-stage loyalty model for the formation processes of user loyalty about MMS. While social network formation and service quality are the key elements of cognitive loyalty, positive mood and negative mood are the key components of affective loyalty in the study. Conative loyalty is captured by commitment. The data of 249 KakaoTalk users at least five times for three months is empirically tested based on the research model using partial least squares. The analysis of test identifies that positive feeling and commitment significantly influences behavioral loyalty, whereas negative feeling plays a significant role in inhibiting behavioral loyalty. The findings of this study show that social network formation and service quality significantly affect only positive feeling. The analysis results reveal several insights that can help MMS managers understand the roles of cognitive, affective, conative, and behavioral loyalty in the MMS environment.
The ICT policy domain is one of the most important policy domains in terms of national development and continuity. It is primarily because the contemporary society has been continuously developed and changed based upon the advanced information technologies. Recently, the Moon Jae-in Administration reorganized the Ministry of Science and ICT, and transferred a few of the key ICT related functions to other ministries as an attempt to develop the national ICT policies. However, critics in this domain argue that various problems still exist in the ICT policies in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to verify the empirical validity of the existing problems in the ICT policies in Korea, and develop alternatives to solve those problems. In order to serve the research purpose, this study employs multiple methods; a quantitative method which is a survey involving experts in ICT policies, and a social network analysis involving public officials in ICT related ministries. Research results show that the Korean government needs to enhance its capacity to make adjustments in ICT-related policies as the current decentralized system continuously creates various types of problems. The second possible solution to the problem is to change the national ICT policy system to a centralized one. However, this requires various efforts such as cooperation among ICT related government agencies, separation of ICT policies from science and technology policies, and increased government capacity to implement the ICT policies.

Twitter, one of online social network services, is one of the most popular micro-blogs, which generates a large number of automated programs, known as tweet bots because of the open structure of Twitter. While these tweet bots are categorized to legitimate bots and malicious bots, it is important to detect tweet bots since malicious bots spread spam and malicious contents to human users. In the conventional work, temporal information was utilized for the classficiation of human and bot. In this paper, by utilizing geo-tagged tweets that provide high-precision location information of users, we first identify both Twitter users' exact location. Then, we propose a new tweet bot detection algorithm by using both an entropy based on geographic variable of each user and device information of each user. As a main result, the proposed algorithm shows superior bot detection and false alarm probabilities over the conventional result which only uses temporal information.

The SNS website can take full advantage of the characteristics of users to conduct e-commerce. The e-commerce website's organizing ability will be greatly strengthened by SNS and creates greater value for consumers. This article examined the Chinese largest SNS (Weibo) users as research objects, and combined the development status of SNS in China. This article focuses on the influence to consumer's purchase intention in three aspects: number of comments, consumer involvement level, and consumer appealing method and examines how the interaction of the number of comments and consumer appealing method affects the purchase intention. An investigation was conducted on 400 users of SNS and using valid questionnaires to perform reliability analysis, validity analysis, independent sample t-test, and double factor variance analysis using SPSS21. The research results indicated that the number of comments and rational appealing method had significant effect on the purchase intention. The mediating or controlling the purchase involvement level will disturb the influence of the number of comments but will have no effect on the information appealing method.

This study aimed to investigate, analyze and identify the problems related to SNS usage by publishing companies around Twitter, Facebook and Me2day as well as theoretically investigate SNS, and ultimately to suggest the approaches to improve the outstanding issues identified. In accordance with the analysis, only 0.5%(222 publishing companies) in total publishing companies(41,407) opened SNS[3.7%(1,537) opened the independent website.] Second, in accordance with the investigation on 212 publishing companies in 222 companies opening SNS(71 twitters, 74 facebooks, 67 Me2days), the communication was not significant to the extent that only 50.5%(107) kept the communication with less than 100 readers or potential readers. Furthermore, 77.4%(164 companies) had less than 1,000 postings by publishing companies. The analysis on the postings(500) by users and postings(300) by publishing companies demonstrated that those postings were mostly related to marketing, introduction, recommendation and reading of publications by publishing companies. It means that the postings were mostly positive. However, 86.6% of postings by users in SNS of publishing companies was merely one-time posting. It indicated that continuity was not sufficient.
With the advent of the Internet and the development of mobile digital devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, the communication service paradigm began to shift from existing voice services to data services. Recently, as social network services (SNS) are activated and 4th industrial revolution technologies centered on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) such as Big Data, Blockchain, Cloud, and 5G/6G are rapidly developed, the amount of shared data type and the amount of data are increasing rapidly. As the transition to a digital society begins actively, the importance of using data information, as well as the economic and social values of personal information are becoming increasingly important. As a result, they are actively discussing policies to revitalize the data information industry around the world and ways to efficiently obtain, analyze, and utilize increasingly diverse and vast data, as well as to protect/guarantee the rights of information subjects (providers) in various fields such as society, culture, economy, and politics.. In this paper, in order to improve the self-determination right of personal information on data produced by information subjects, and further expand the use of safe data and the data economy, a differentiated data trusts system was considered and suggested. In addition, the components and data trusts procedures necessary to efficiently operate the data trusts system in Korea were considered, and the non-profit data trusts system and the for-profit data trusts system were considered as a way to flexibly operate the data trusts system. Furthermore, the legal items necessary for the implementation of the data trusts system were investigated and considered. In this paper, in order to propose a domestic data trusts system, cases related to existing data trusts systems such as the United States, Japan, and Korea were reviewed and analyzed. In addition, in order to prepare legislation necessary for the data trusts system, data-related laws in major countries and domestic legal and policy trends were reviewed to study the rights that conflict or overlap with existing laws, and differences were investigated and considered. The Data trusts system proposed in this paper is a reasonable system that is expected to recognize the asset value of data in the capitalist market economy system, to provide legitimate compensation for data produced by data subjects, and further to contribute greatly to the use of safe data and creation of a new service market.
Nowadays an increasing number of Internet users are running individual websites as Blog or Cyworld. As this type of personal media has a great influence on communication among people, business comes to care about Network Effect, Network Software, and Social Network. For instance, Cyworld created the web service called 'Minihompy' for individual web-logs, and acquired 2.4milion users in 2007. Although many people assumed that the popularity of Minihompy, or Blog would be a passing fad, Cyworld has improved its service, and expanded its Network with various contents. This kind of expansion reflects survival efforts from infinite competitions among ISPs (Internet Service Provider) with focus on enhancing usability to users. However, Cyworld's Network Effect is gradually diminished in these days. Both of low production cost of service vendors and the low searching/conversing costs of users combine to make ISPs hard to keep their market share sustainable. To overcome this lackluster trend, Cyworld has adopted new strategies and try to lock their users in their service. Various efforts to improve the continuance and expansion of Network effect remain unclear and uncertain. If we understand beforehand how a service would improve Network effect, and which service could bring more effect, ISPs can get substantial help in launching their new business strategy. Regardless many diverse ideas to increase their user's duration online ISPs cannot guarantee 'how the new service strategies will end up in profitability. Therefore, this research studies about Network effect of Cyworld's 'Minihompy' using System-Dynamics method which could analyze dynamic relation between users and ISPs. Furthermore, the research aims to predict changes of Network Effect based on the strategy of new service. 'Page View' and 'Duration Time' can be enhanced for the short tenn because they enhance the service functionality. However, these services cannot increase the Network in the long-run. Limitations of this research include that we predict the future merely based on the limited data. We also limit the independent variables over Network Effect only to the following two issues: Increasing the number of users and increasing the Service Functionality. Despite of some limitations, this study perhaps gives some insights to the policy makers or others facing the stiff competition in the network business.
