Method of Related Document Recommendation with Similarity and Weight of Keyword (키워드의 유사도와 가중치를 적용한 연관 문서 추천 방법)

  • With the development of the Internet and the increase of smart phones, various services considering user convenience are increasing, so that users can check news in real time anytime and anywhere. However, online news is categorized by media and category, and it provides only a few related search terms, making it difficult to find related news related to keywords. In order to solve this problem, we propose a method to recommend related documents more accurately by applying Doc2Vec similarity to the specific keywords of news articles and weighting the title and contents of news articles. We collect news articles from Naver politics category by web crawling in Java environment, preprocess them, extract topics using LDA modeling, and find similarities using Doc2Vec. To supplement Doc2Vec, we apply TF-IDF to obtain TC(Title Contents) weights for the title and contents of news articles. Then we combine Doc2Vec similarity and TC weight to generate TC weight-similarity and evaluate the similarity between words using PMI technique to confirm the keyword association.

  • Since a smart phone became popular that leads mobile era, we've faced diverse life style changes. Particularly, a mobile messenger which changes communication method from voice and video call to text based multi media messenger, leads new gift-giving culture called mobile voucher gift-giving. Although many researches have validated diverse models about digital voucher, this research utilize the model which divide motivation of gift-giving from three theories: gift-giving motivation theory, technology acceptance model, and consumer value theory. The purpose of this research is not only validate the model but also grouping by giving frequency of samples and validate disparity among groups. In conclusion, there are three groups founded and shows difference motivations.

  • The information is to be considered as important part of any network, the communication nodes within network can able to communicate and transmit information by the means of configured LAN/WAN, or/and using internet technology. Thus, vast enhancement has been made in- exchanging of information over transmission media, this should be beneficial in various disciplines of modern client/server applications but at other side, several massive vulnerabilities have been directly/in-directly associated with them. To resolve the security issues, a security mechanism is proposed which hide the sensitive information of images before transmitting to networks. Random size image samples have used and encrypted to protect them from unauthorized entities. The encryption mechanism manipulates the sample images, and corresponding secret codes are generated which help to protect the images from adversaries. To provide an indestructible security mechanism, cryptography algorithms are deployed and considered as best solutions to keep the secret information of images.

  • This research is try to find what kind of LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded based on LBS technology by Delphi research method. The professional 50 panels are selected and questioned 3 times for what kind LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded. Through first questionnaire six category and detail kinds of LBS service & advertising method are found. and through second & third questionnaire degree of need & demand for detail LBS service & advertising methods are found. The result of this research will help to develope LBS industry & advertising industry by making them prepare for demanded LBS service.

  • Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. As the connected Internet information systems increases, one of the problems happening between users and information systems such as Internet shopping-malls, portal sites, and corporate web sites is related with the information privacy concerns issues. In this research, we aim to analyze factors influencing of the invasion of privacy on continue using intention in online environment. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed. Thus, we have reviewed extensive previous studies on information privacy in local and foreign information systems, marketing and other fields. The purpose of this study is to provide future directions of studies on information privacy concerns by analyzing past and recent trends of the studies.

A Beamforming-Based Video-Zoom Driven Audio-Zoom Algorithm for Portable Digital Imaging Devices

  • A video-zoom driven audio-zoom algorithm is proposed to provide audio zooming effects according to the degree of video-zoom. The proposed algorithm is designed based on a super-directive beamformer operating with a 4-channel microphone array in conjunction with a soft masking process that uses the phase differences between microphones. The audio-zoom processed signal is obtained by multiplying the audio gain derived from the video-zoom level by the masked signal. The proposed algorithm is then implemented on a portable digital imaging device with a clock speed of 600 MHz after different levels of optimization, such as algorithmic level, C-code and memory optimization. As a result, the processing time of the proposed audio-zoom algorithm occupies 14.6% or less of the clock speed of the device. The performance evaluation conducted in a semi-anechoic chamber shows that the signals from the front direction can be amplified by approximately 10 dB compared to the other directions.

  • Due to recent developments in smart media, the desire for interaction between humans and computers has increased. In order to satisfy these needs, gesture recognition fields have been actively studied using image processing. In this paper, we propose a method to recognize Chinese hand numeric representation using image processing. The method binarizes an input image based on skin color to extract region of interest and check the number using the angular information of stretched fingers. Our proposed method has 95.83% of recognition rate.

  • According to broad spread of smart phone, interest for LBS is increasing. but the marine alert system for providing public LBS service. the practical use of LBS is weak because the range of tracking location is from 200M to 1KM in korea. This study try to research the methods for setting up LBS high definition open platform system, good operation of LBS system and improvement of public use of LBS.

  • As e-commerce and social media service evolves, studies on recommender systems advance, especially concerning the application of collective intelligence to personalized custom service. With the development of smartphones and mobile environment, studies on customized service are accelerated despite physical limitations of mobile devices. A typical example is combined with location-based services. In this study, we propose a recommender system using movie genre similarity and preferred genres. A profile of movie genre similarity is generated and designed to provide related service in mobile experimental environment before prototyping and testing with data from MovieLens.
