Due to social distancing caused by COVID 19, music concerts have not been allowed at home and abroad, and it is not known when overseas concerts will be able to resume unless the pandemics calm down, even if they are available. Meanwhile, people consume much more content through online services such as Netflix and YouTube than before. Under these circumstances, the music industry expects the virtual livestreamed performance to restore sluggish live performances again and bring about a digital renaissance. It also leads to the issue of reestablishing a copyright system regarding a livestreamed performance and of preparing a new rate of royalty standards for the use of works in OTT. In addition, a multi-territorial licensing of r ights in musical works is necessary to resolve copyright issues efficiently by applying the same term s to all countries from where the audience comes. In this paper, I examine the legal nature and the decision of copyright fees of performances as an integral part of the music industry.

논문에서는 가스 밸브 잠금 확인, 외출 시 타인이 현관문을 열었을 경우의 여부, 귀중품 상자를 열었는지의 여부 등 집안의 상태 변화를 네트워크를 통하여 전송하여 스마트폰으로 확인할 수 있게 하고, 스마트 폰으로 집안의 특정 장치를 제어할 수 있는 집안 환경 체크 및 제어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 장치를 활용하여 스마트 폰으로 언제 어디서나 도둑의 침입을 알 수 있으며, 필요시 집안의 장치들을 원격에서 조절할 수 있다.

If we are to realize the everyday benefits promised by pervasive computing and context-aware applications, we must first develop the infrastructure to provide contextual location and orientation information through pervasive computing elements. We have implement indoor positioning system to supply orientation information. We have used ultrasound in indoor positioning system for distance and orientation measurements, then propose a set of methods to calculate orientation from an array of well placed ultrasonic sensors operating in the indoor positioning system. We have design and implement a indoor positioning system using a combination of hardware and software and demonstrate end-to-end functionality of the system.

모바일 산업이 발달하면서 사람들은 개인간의 보다 섬세한 정보교환과 이로 인한 끈끈한 유대관계를 추구하게 되었다. 이러한 요구에 소셜 네트워킹 서비스 들이 단문 메시지 중심으로 활성화 되어 왔고, 스마트폰과 결합하면서 위치 정보를 추가하고자 하는 요구와 필요성이 문제시되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 위치 정보는 민감한 정보이기 때문에 보안 및 프라이버시 문제가 대두되고 있다. 가족 구성원의 위치 정보를 공용 서버에 저장하는 것은 서비스 사용 활성화를 저해하는 요인이 될 수 있기 때문에, 본 논문에서는 가정내 홈 서버에서 사용할 수 있는 가정용 위치 정보 기반의 SNS 서비스를 제안하며, 사회의 가장 작은 구성 단위인 가정에서 가족 구성원들간의 친목과 유대관계를 증진시킬 수 있는 보다 공익적인 서비스를 제안하고자 한다.

This paper describes a multimodal dialog system that uses Hidden Information State (HIS) method to manage the human-machine dialog. HIS dialog manager is a variation of classic partially observable Markov decision process (POMDP), which provides one of the stochastic dialog modeling frameworks. Because dialog modeling using conventional POMDP requires very large size of state space, it has been hard to apply POMDP to the real domain of dialog system. In HIS dialog manager, system groups the belief states to reduce the size of state space, so that HIS dialog manager can be used in real world domain of dialog system. We adapted this HIS method to Smart-home domain multimodal dialog system.

본 논문에서는 가전기기에 탑재 된 FND에 표시되는 부호화 된 코드를 스마트폰으로 촬영하여 이로부터 원문데이터를 추출하는 인식기법에 대해 제안한다. 제안하는 스마트폰 기반의 FND 인식 기법은 먼저 차영상을 이용하여 입력되는 영상에서 FND의 위치를 추정한 뒤 RGB값 클러스터링을 통해 Segment를 추출한다. 다음으로 기울어진 Segment에 대한 정규화 과정을 거친 뒤 상대적인 거리를 이용하여 각각의 Segment를 인식한다. 실험을 통해 실제 스마트폰에서 사용 시 속도와 인식률이 모두 양호함을 확인하였다.

Content centric networking (CCN) is regarded as promising internet architecture because it can provide network efficiency in terms of bandwidth consumption by separating contents from a specific network location and decrease network congestion events. However, the application of a CCN does not widely consider the side effects of mobile devices, particularly mobile content sources. For content source mobility, a full routing update is required. Therefore, in this study, a route optimization scheme is proposed for mobile content sources in a CCN environment to provide low communication overhead, short download time, and low resource consumption. The proposed scheme establishes a direct path between content requesters and a mobile content source for the exchange of interest and data packets using interest-piggybacked data packets. Based on the inherent CCN naming characteristics, the content source does not know the name prefix of the content consumer, and thus the proposed optimized CCN scheme utilizes the content router in the home domain of the content source.

최근 에너지 시장의 흐름은 공급위주에서 효율위주로 이동함에 따라 가정 내에서 스마트 그리드와 연동하고 태양광 및 에너지저장시스템을 활용한 에너지 관리 시스템 기술에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 시중에서 판매되는 제품은 인터페이스를 갖추고 있지 않거나 제조사별 독자 프로토콜 사용으로 인한 기존 홍 네트워크와 호환성 문제를 가지고 있다 본 논문에서는 호환성 향상을 위한 SEP2.0 기반의 흉 에너지 관리 시스템 개발과 에너지 관리 스케줄링에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

기존의 교류배전 시스템의 신재생 에너지원과의 연동 비용이성을 해결하고 전체 시스템의 효율을 높이기 위해 연구되고 있는 직류배전 시스템으로 전환하기 위해서는 옥내배선용 도선의 재검토가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 직류배전 전압 및 부하전류, 도선의 종류와 길이, 각종 규제사항 등을 고려하여 가정용 직류배전 시스템 적용에 적합한 도선 선정을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고 이를 보급형 $100m^2$형 주택을 기준으로 한 시뮬레이션을 통해 타당성을 보인다.
