Development of Estimation Method of Sensing Ability According to Smart Sensor Types (지적센서 형태에 따른 센싱능력 분석기법 개발)

  • This paper deals with sensing ability of smart sensor that has a sensing ability of distinguish materials. We have developed new signal processing method that have distinguish different materials. We made the two type of smart sensors for experiment. The first type of smart sensor is H2 type. The second type of smart sensor is HH type. The smart sensor was developed for recognition of material. And then we developed estimation method of sensing ability of smart sensors. The first method(Sensing Ability Index) is developed for H2 smart sensor. The second method($R_{SAI}$ Index) is developed for HH smart sensor. We estimated sensing ability of smart sensor with new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method. This paper describes our primary study for a new method of estimate sensing ability of smart sensor, which is need for precision work system. This is a study of dynamic characteristics of smart sensor according to frequency and displacement changing with new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method. Experiment and analysis are executed for proper dynamic sensing condition. First, we developed advanced smart sensors. Second, we develop new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ methods that have a sensing ability of distinguish materials. Dynamic characteristics of smart sensor are evaluated through new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method relatively. We can use the new SAI and $R_{SAI}$ method for finding materials. Applications of this method are finding abnormal condition of object(auto-manufacturing), feeling of object(medical product), robotics, safety diagnosis of structure, etc.

  • Recent worldwide food products for consumers due to frequent incidents of interest in the distribution of safe products is increasing. In addition, an FTA with South Korea and the United States because of the increasing international movement of agricultural product and ensure the safety of the consumer confidence is an important factor for competitiveness. Therefore, national and international growth environment introduced in stores history, distribution history information such as the need to query the system. In this paper, smart phone-based implementation of traceability management system is proposed.

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to bring about a wide range of changes in the industry, based on the assessment that it is the most innovative technology in the last three decades. The manufacturing field is an area in which various artificial intelligence technologies are being applied, and through accumulated data analysis, an optimal operation method can be presented to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes. In addition, AI technologies are being used throughout all areas of manufacturing, including product design, engineering, improvement of working environments, detection of anomalies in facilities, and quality control. This makes it possible to easily design and engineer products with a fast pace and provides an efficient working and training environment for workers. Also, abnormal situations related to quality deterioration can be identified, and autonomous operation of facilities without human intervention is made possible. In this paper, AI technologies used in smart factories, such as the trends in generative product design, smart workbench and real-sense interaction guide technology for work and training, anomaly detection technology for quality control, and intelligent manufacturing facility technology for autonomous production, are analyzed.

  • This study testified the influence factors like quantities of advertising, number of hardware and software that are converged, effect on feature fatigue of convergence product. When consumers perceive higher numbers of hardwares in a smart phone, they feel its higher usefulness and complexity. This means that numbers of hardwares is the major factor that enhances consumer's usefulness but, at the same time, it cause perceived leads to higher usefulness in using smart phone, it didn't effect on complexities. It is also important strategy for smart phone companies to provide a lot of useful softwares(applications) to satisfy consumers. Finally, complexity was important factor that lead to higher feature fatigue of consumers. This indicates that smart phone companies have to find adequate numbers of convergence for their new smart phone.

Development of Smart Tote Bags with Marquage Techniques Using Optical Fiber and LEDs (광섬유와 LED를 활용한 마카쥬(marquage) 기법의 스마트 토트백 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop smart bags that combining fashion-specific trends and smart information technologies such as light-emitting diodes(LED) and optic fibers by grafting marquage techniques that have recently become popular as part of eco-fashion. We applied e-textiles by designing leather tote bags that could show off LED luminescence. A total of two tote bags, a white-colored peacock design and a black-colored paisley design, divided the LED's light-emitting method into two types, incremental lighting and random light-emission to suit each design, and the locations of the optical fibers were also reversed depending upon the design. The production of circuits for the LEDs and optical fibers was based on the design, and a flexible conductive fabric was laser-cut instead of wire line and attached to the circuit-line location. A separate connector was underwent three-dimensional(3D)-modeling and was connected to high-luminosity LEDs and optic fiber bundles. The optical fiber logo part expressed a subtle image using a white-colored LED, which did not offset the LED's sharp luminous effects, suggesting that using LEDs with fiber optics allowed for the expression of each in harmony without being heterogeneous. Overall, the LEDs and fiber optic fabric were well-harmonized in the fashion bag using marquage techniques, and there was no sense of it being a mechanical device. Also, the circuit part was made of conductive fabric, which is an e-textile product that feels the same as a thin, flexible fabric. The study confirmed that the bag was developed as a smart wearable product that could be used in everyday life.

  • Economic crisis in 2008 has changed South Korean market including furniture related field. Owing to Subprime Mortgage Crisis, new economic order, in other words, New Normal was established. Low growth rate, low interest, high unemployment rate, high risks, regulation strengthening, and all that sort of negative things have became generalized. South Korean economy has developed drastically since the Korean War, however recent economic crisis and Internet and smart phone have leading roles in shaping new consumption market. In a way, furniture market has expanded despite economic recession. Total service for housing is suited to South Korean consumers and shortened Product Life Cycle induces consumers to buy more furniture. In addition, Internet and smart phone allow people to show off their private spaces to unspecified masses. As a result, consumer prefers inexpensive and expendable furniture. It is certain that furniture market makes quantitative growth, but qualitative sides are questionable. Even though the study is focused on the existent circumstances, It will help to find out the proper ways of future furniture market in South Korea.

The Developement of Real-time Information Support Cart System based on IoT

  • In the modern technology era, it is possible to connect objects and the internet anytime and anywhere through IoT of hyper-connected society. Accordingly, a smart shopping cart was designed and realized by applying IoT. Therefore, this paper builds the IoT shopping cart system according to the trend of IoT environment.. When RFID is installed in the Arduino and the tagged item is inserted into the IoT shopping cart, the product information and price are displayed on the Arduino linked Raspberry Pi. We built a web server on the Raspberry Pi to handle this data, and built an App on the smartphone to implement the IoT shopping cart environment. Consumers can receive pricing and product information through smartphone apps through raspberry pie, can make quick calculations through smartphone, and provide various information to consumers through apps.

  • The purpose of this research is to develop the pattern recognition algorithm based on smart camera for inspection automation, and including external surface state of molding parts or optical parts. By performance verification, this development can be applied to establish for existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly. And it is pdssible to distinguish from schedule error of badness product and normalcy product within schedule extent after calculating the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. The proposed technology cab be applied to test for masearing of the smallest 10 pixel unit. It is illustrated the relibility pf proposed technology by an experiment.

  • Pricing, as one of the most important aspects of a business, should be taken seriously. Whatever affects a company's pricing system tends to affect its profits and losses as well. Currently, many manufacturing companies fix product prices manually by members of an organization's management team. However, due to the imperfect nature of humans, an extremely low or high price may be fixed, which is detrimental to the company in either case. This paper proposes the development of a fuzzy-based price expert system (Expert Fuzzy Price (EFP)) for manufacturing companies. This system will be able to recommend appropriate prices for products in manufacturing companies based on four major pricing strategic goals, namely: Product Demand, Price Skimming, Competition Price, and Target population.

Influencing Factors of Consumption Willingness for E-Sports Products: A Case Study of "King of Glory" Game Players

  • This study examines the factors influencing e-sports product consumption among Chinese e-sports game players. We focus on the popular game "King of Glory" and use surveys to collect player data. Our findings show that e-sports product characteristics significantly impact consumption experiences, while incentive factors also influence consumption willingness. External factors have minimal impact. Additionally, souvenir products and festival events are key in driving e-sports consumption. This research explores the consumption willingness of Chinese e-sports players, the world's largest consumer market. Understanding their needs can help companies develop targeted marketing strategies, unlocking the commercial potential of e-sports and promoting industry growth.
