Due to the advent of the mobile phone in the 1990s and the smart phone in the 2000s, when the information and communication age came, human life has been innovatively changed. The revolution of human civilization led to the Neolithic Revolution and the Iron Age, followed by a smart phone revolutionizing human life, and the revolution faces with the era of info-communication, smart phones became a daily life and the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is an era of info-communication technology (ICT), creating a new paradigm across human life through technological developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, big data, mobile, and cloud. The smart home is actively researched in a direction to support the overall human life as a representative future residential culture paradigm. However, the study considering the needs according to the lifestyle, functional characteristics of each living space and human lifestyle of the Phono Sapiens era where smart phones live like daily life was relatively insufficient. In addition, research on smart home service design should be considered from the apartment residential space planning stage. Therefore, this study has significance in suggesting the direction of research on human-centered smart home service design considering the characteristics of each living space and resident's life-style in the smart phone era.

Smart work is deeply embedded in our contemporary lives. This is called Smart Life. The expansion of communication, caused by smart life is utilized for the political purposes of politicians, political candidates, and political policies. Chiefly, smart life includes improvement in awareness, personal relations, and policy advocacy. Socially, smart life leads the proliferation of issues and civil movement. In particular, smart life has a significant effect on culture. In the case of K-POP, it is disseminated going beyond space time. It enhances economic value added by joining and sharing at the same time. Smart life has numerous advantages such as improving the quality of life, but it might cause inconvenience depending on users because there are differences in acceptance according to generations. Due to the heavy weight on the device, there are some side-effects such as lacking in human thinking, disclosure in private life, lacking in basic securities, increase in information addicts who are anxious when they do not get on the Internet or SNS, and interference with work. However, this inconvenience can change into convenience when users are accustomed to it. Like this, smart life influences politics, economy, society, and culture a lot. Working environment of smart life is a new paradigm, which can generate high performance through working in an exciting and bright atmosphere with easy economy and putting value on results.

In practice, however, the effectiveness of smart media convergence society is limited by the difficulties of using it, which include accessibility, waiting for loading, clutter, old information, privacy risks, expensive communication, etc. The conquest of these difficulties must be policy target of broadcasting and telecommunication for high quality of communication life. From this perspective, this paper proposes a new policy of broadcasting and telecommunication based on the dynamic quality of life for the smart media convergence society. This smart convergence policy will not promote only the development and production of smart media contents but also its stable supply and it will secure the accessibility and privacy. In conclusion, this paper reveals that the components of quality of life are important elements of broadcasting and communication policies which will eventually lead to the popular use of smart media and enhance its quality.

A total of 201 samples were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, crosstabs and $x^2-test$ using SPSS package program. 'brand preference oriented type was found to be interested in 'wearable' smart clothing product with monitoring function of bio-signal' and 'high functional fiber and textile product', but the credibility of 'smart clothes that can be worn and smart textile products to be useful in modern life' was low. Smart Work is an extended version of telecommuting or distance work pursuing an objective of work-life balance which is one of the hottest issues in management research. With diffusion of Smart Work, a problem has been raised that Smart Work makes the boundary between work and non-work blur, and may break the balance of work-life. However, work-life balance will be achieved by actively managing the boundary between work and non-work rather than passively taking the consequences. In order to find out whether Smart work improves work-life balance, we need to understand the precedence factors influencing on job satisfaction and the role of boundary management strategy which Smart Workers actively choose. This paper considered the bi-directional permeability between work and non-work domain and developed a research model containing a causal relationship among three factors, job autonomy, job involvement, and job satisfaction, and the moderation effect of boundary management strategy. The results show that both job autonomy and job involvement affect job satisfaction and boundary management strategy which Smart Workers utilize plays a moderating role influencing on job satisfaction.
In modern society, dementia patients are increasing due to busy daily life. Due to the nature of dementia, family members are having a hard time with their caring activities. Dementia diseases reduce the quality of life not only of the patient, but also of the family, and nursing activities lead to social problems such as unemployment or frequent turnover. This study aims to reduce the difficulty and stress of the nursing process by supporting daily life of dementia patients and nursing activities through smart care platform. Ultimately, we will reduce the cost of treatment for people with dementia and delay the worsening of symptoms through a systematic care program for people with dementia. The smart dementia care platform features smart technology to help the dementia patients' daily lives and support their caregivers.
