스마트 폰(Smart-Phone)기반의 재난 감시 및 상황전달시스템 프레임워크(Framework) 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Framework Construction of Disaster Monitoring and Transmitting System based on Smart-Phone)

  • Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.

스마트그리드 전력망의 NSM 기반 보안관리시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of NSM based Security Management System in Smart Grid)

  • In this paper, we designed the security management system based on IEC 62351-7 in the Smart Grid environment. The scope of IEC 62351-7 focuses on network and system management (NSM) of the information infrastructure as well as end-to-end security through abstract NSM data objects for the power system operational environment. However, it does not exist that security management system based on IEC 62351-7 manages the security of the power system in the Smart Grid environment, because power equipment or SNMP agents providing NSM data do not exist yet. Therefore, we implemented the security management system to manage the information infrastructure as reliably as the power system infrastructure is managed. We expect that this system can perform the security management of IEC 61850 based digital substation and can be a prototype of the security system for the Smart Grid in the future.

  • The smart energy system is the integrated power system in which the power components including central station generation, distributed generation, renewable power generation, energy storage, and communications and controls are complexly connected with each other. In smart energy system, it is very important how to configure the diverse power generations and how to determine the operation mode of the chosen components with economic feasibility. In this study, we introduce the optimal planning method based on both economic feasibility and load profiles and its applications for the smart energy system in apartment. This method was considered very useful to determine the configuration and to decide the optimal operation mode of the smart energy system.

User Density Estimation System at Closed Space using High Frequency and Smart device

  • Recently, for safety of people, there are proposed so many technologies which detect density of people at the specific place or space. The representative technology for crowd density estimation was using image analysis method from CCTV images. However, this method had a weakness which could not be used and which's accuracy was lower at the dark or smog space. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, we proposed a user density estimation system at closed space using high frequency and smart device. The system send inaudible high frequencies to smart devices and it count the smart devices which detect the high frequencies on the space. We tested real-time user density with the proposed system and ten smart devices to evaluate performance. According to the testing results, we confirmed that the proposed system's accuracy was 95% and it was very useful. Thus, because the proposed system could estimate about user density at specific space exactly, it could be useful technology for safety of people and measurement of space use state at indoor space.

  • Question Answering(QA)은 질문과 문맥에 대한 정보를 토대로 적절한 답변을 도출하는 작업이다. 이때 입력으로 주어지는 문맥 텍스트는 대부분 길기 때문에 QA 모델은 이 정보를 처리하기 위해 상당한 컴퓨팅 자원이 필요하다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 요약 모델을 활용한 요약 기반 QA 모델 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이를 통해 문맥 정보를 효과적으로 요약하면서도 QA 모델의 컴퓨팅 비용을 줄이고 성능을 유지하는 것을 목표로 한다.

  • 악성댓글은 인터넷상에서 정서적, 심리적 피해를 주는 문제로 인식되어 왔다. 본 연구는 한국어 악성댓글 탐지 분석을 위해 KcBERT 및 다양한 모델을 활용하여 성능을 비교하였다. 또한, 공개된 한국어 악성댓글 데이터가 부족한 것을 해소하기 위해 기계 번역을 이용하고, 다국어 언어 모델(Multilingual Model) mBERT를 활용하였다. 다양한 실험을 통해 KcBERT를 미세 조정한 모델의 정확도 및 F1-score가 타 모델에 비해 의미 있는 결과임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 최근 리튬이온전지를 채용한 노트북 PC의 수요는 계속 증가하고 있으며, 노트북 PC용 전지로는 잔존용량과 사용가능 시간을 정확하게 예측하며, 스스로 최적조건으로 충방전을 제어할 수 있는 SBP(smart battery pack)를 많이 채용하고 있다. SBP는 과충전, 과방전 및 과전류로부터 리튬이온전지의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 보호회로부 (protection IC)와 잔존용량 및 사용가능시간 등의 계산을 위한 지능회로부 (smart IC)로 구성되어있다. 보호회로는 충전 및 방전 FET를 이용하여 이상전류를 차단하며, SBS(smart battery system)는 system host, smart battery 및 smart battery charger로 구성되어 있다. 향후, SBP에 사용되는 IC는 저가이면서, 소비전류가 낮고, 소형화가 요구된다. 또한, microcomputer control type의 IC를 사용하고, 최적의 알고리즘을 개발하여 잔존용량 및 사용가능시간을 정확하게 예측할 필요가 있다. 이러한 SBS 기술은 노트북 PC 이외에도 전기자전거, 전기자동차, 전력저장용, 군사분야 등 광범위한 분야에서 사용될 것으로 예상된다.

SMART CARD 기반 생체인식 사용자 인증시스템의 구현 (Implementation for the Biometric User Identification System Based on Smart Card)

  • 본 논문은 Smart Card의 일종인 비 접촉 IC 카드의 내부 데이터를 사용하여, 생체인식 요소인 홍채폐턴을 이용한 사용자 인증 시스템의 인증률 향상을 도모한 연구이다. 먼저, CCD 카메라로 입력 받은 안구영상에서 홍채영역을 추출하고, GHA(Generalized Hebbian Algorithm)웨이트를 이용하여 PCA(Principal Component Analysis) Coefficient를 Smart Card 내부에 저장한다. 사용자 인증시에는 실시간으로 입력되는 사용자의 생체 인식 정보와 카드 내부의 사용자 생체 인식 정보를 비교하여, 동일한 경우에 그 인식 정보를 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여 분류하였다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 테스트 실험 결과 이전에 개발된 시스템보다 사용자의 인증률이 우수해 짐을 보였다.

Smart Multiple-Tap System Based on WiFi for reduction of Standby-Power

  • In this paper, we proposed a smart multiple-tap system which a remote user with smartphone can control multiple-taps in order to reduce standby-power consumption more conveniently when plugged-in electric appliances are turned-off. Recently, several researches of smart multiple-tap using IoT technology has reported. However, in these researches, an additional device like as a server computer is necessary, or multiple-taps could be only remotely controlled by smartphone and not directly controlled by on/off switch. The proposed smart multiple-tap system does not need any additional device only if it has a WiFi router, and it can be used for user as well as remote control using smartphone application and physically direct control using contact switches like existing multiple-taps. Our approach is to develop a smart multiple-tap device capable of WiFi communication can each serve as a server or a client, and can be operated by the hybrid switch combining the on/off contact switch and the relay switch. We implemented the prototype of the proposed system composed of the smart multiple-tap device and the smartphone application, and the test of the prototype validates the proposed system.

  • Damage caused by wild animals such as pheasants and magpies is a problem in rural areas. A bird repellent system based on sensing and repelling farm pest animals and birds is proposed herein. This system is equipped with a bird model part on a supporting platform and comprises a sound source generator, a system control user interface, and a sensor in the center. The sensor is composed of an illuminance sensor and a PIR sensor. The illuminance sensor distinguishes between day and night, whereas the PIR sensor detects birds or wild animals and outputs them from the sound generator. The entire system can be managed easily by the user interface and system control.
