Amid the growing importance and urgency of smartening in the Korean maritime logistics industry, this study conducted a survey on the status of Korea's maritime trade technology. Korea is on par with developed countries internationally, but in order to lead the digitalization of the future era, additional developments should be explored by reviewing current conditions. In particular, it is necessary to draw policy implications for smart shipping in Korea, which is a three-sided sea. This study derived technical implications by comparing the number of patent applications and the applicant for domestic and foreign patents related to the major technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was intended to investigate and present the status of Korea's maritime trade technology through the analysis of smart shipping-related emotions and the analysis of positive and negative scores of companies related to sentiment analysis.

In this study, I discussed the overview of smart phone and the direction of the development, and analysed the case study of the smart phone application which is recently developed in domestic and international door-to-door service company. Through this analysis, I suggest the main topic of the vitalization of smart phone and the strategic direction of the practical use in logistic industry.

Recently, as mega-urbanization progresses, urban logistics centered on large cities is growing rapidly, and logistics transportation is increasing due to the lack of logistics infrastructure and the operation of a delivery system using cargo trucks in the city center. being cited as a cause. In order to solve this problem, domestic researchers are conducting research on the development of " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" that minimizes the initial infrastructure construction cost by utilizing the existing urban railway facilities in the city. Therefore, this paper analyzed the usage environment of the actual urban railway station to which the system will be applied in order to derive candidates for the test bed selection of "Urban Underground railway Logistics System". The evaluation criteria for test bed candidate role selection were established, and the candidate group derived from the Brown & Gibson model was used to evaluate the candidate group and derive the candidate role. A review of the results was conducted to contribute to the establishment of a test bed for the " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" under development.

물류산업은 블록체인의 적용가능성과 효과성이 매우 높은 산업으로 거론된다. 본 연구는 블록체인이 물류산업에 적용될 경우 발생하는 긍정적인 효과가 무엇인지 살펴보고 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해 우선적으로 해결되어야할 법적 문제점은 어떠한 것이 있는지를 파악하기 위한 논문이다. 선행연구의 부족으로 국내외의 다양한 보고서를 참고하였으며 블록체인을 통해 서류업무 간소화, 가시성 증대, 거래신뢰성 향상, 사물인터넷 활성화, 자율거래의 확대라는 긍정적 효과를 창출 할 수 있는 것을 확인했다. 하지만 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해서는 전자거래의 범위, 전자선하증권의 국제유통, 전사서명, 개인정보보호에 등에 관한 법률적 보완이 필요하다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 블록체인에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 현 시점에서 물류산업의 적용가능성과 효과 및 법률적 문제점을 확인했다는 의미가 있지만 보다 광범위한 법적 문제와 실무 차원의 연구가 향후 수행되어야 할 것이다.

With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

Recently, in the problem of multi-order processing in logistics warehouses, multi-pickup systems are changing from the form in which workers walk around the warehouse to the form in which goods come to workers. These changes are shortening the time to process multiple orders and increasing production. This study considered the sequence problem of which warehouse the items to be loaded on each truck come first and which items to be loaded first when loading multiple pallet-unit goods on multiple trucks in an industrial smart logistics automation warehouse. To solve this problem efficiently, we use the mutant algorithm, which combines the GA algorithm and ACO algorithm, and compare with original system.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to establish the government's logistics policy by calculating the logistics cost of the company and grasping the management status, to reduce the logistics cost of the related companies and to provide basic statistical data necessary for the management strategy. This work examines some associations between reasons for reducing corporate logistics costs (RCLC) and corporate classification such as industry and sales size. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted in 2018 for 2,000 companies based on the business of mining, manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries since 2010. The survey population is 94,976, of which 92,708 are small and medium enterprises and 2,268 are large corporations. The association among factors may be statistically and visually explored by using chi-squared test and correspondence analysis. Result - This study reveals the association between reasons for RCLC and corporate classification and properties and closeness that exist between the categories of each factor can be mined. Conclusion - As a task to reduce logistics costs of industrial products, expansion and operation of joint logistics business, establishment of cooperative logistics network, and establishment of ordinance on support for smart distribution logistics can be proposed.

전 세계적으로 제조사들은 가격 및 품질 경쟁력을 향상 시키기 위하여 공수 절감을 하고 제조공정 내(內) 자동화를 위하여 많은 노력을해 왔다. 대부분 디지털 및 아날로그 입출력 기반의 PLC를 중심으로 각종 공작기계나 컨베이어 등 다양한 설비들을 운용하고 있고 최근 4차혁명의 흐름에 맞추어 ICT 융합기술을 구현하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 스마트물류에 앞서 아직까지 제조업에서 자동화를 적용하지 못한 분야가 많고 대표적으로 제조공장 내(內) 제조물류를 예로 들 수 있다. 본 연구는 제조업에 초점을 두어 비용, 공간, 시간 등 모든 측면의 효과를 따졌을 때 제조업의 사내물류가 자동화에 있어 취약한 이유와 효과성 분석을 통한 해결방안을 도출하고자 한다.

최근 급속한 세계화로 인해 물류 아웃소싱이 전 세계적으로 확대되고 있으며, 이것은 견고한 물류시스템을 구축하는 수단으로 간주되고 있다. 그러나 많은 기업이 물류 아웃소싱 계약에 어려움을 겪고 있어 기업의 내부 관리를 위해 물류 기능을 회복해야 하는 어려움이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 유연성, 통합, 혁신 및 기술 역량과 같은 물류 서비스 제공자(LSP)의 조직 역량이 우간다 식품 가공 회사의 물류 아웃소싱 성공에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 평가하는 것을 목표로 한다. 구조화된 설문조사를 이용하여 우간다 캄팔라에 있는 211개 식품 가공 회사에서 수집한 횡단면 데이터를 SmartPLS 3.3.7 소프트웨어를 통한 PLS-SEM(부분 최소제곱-구조방정식 모형화)으로 분석하여 이론적 관계를 검토하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 기술 및 혁신 역량은 물류 아웃소싱 성공에 긍정적이고 상당한 영향을 미치지만, 유연성 및 통합 역량의 효과는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도성과분석(IPMA) 결과 물류 아웃소싱 성공을 위해서는 기술 역량이 우선순위가 가장 높고 그다음이 혁신 역량인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 유연성과 통합 역량은 우선순위가 낮았다.
