노후 공동주택 리모델링 수직증축분 소형 평면 계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on Small Size Plans of Vertical Extension Remodeling for Aged Apartment)

  • This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

주택규모 선택에 영향을 미치는 가구원수별 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Number of Family Members Affecting Housing Size Choice)

  • The housing market requires customized housing to be supplied according to the various characteristics of households. Multinominal Logistic Regression was used to analyze the effects of variables of household characteristics according to the number of family members on the choice of housing size in the scope of the whole country's housing market. Analysis showed that the number of family members has its own characteristics. When a household has a smaller number of family members, there are more variables affecting choice of housing size. Living and housing expenses variables served as significant variables that affect all household types. Results showed that households with more living and housing expenses are more likely to choose a large sized house and where households have a greater number of family members, there is more influence on that choice. The age of the householder was only found to be a meaningful variable in 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households, particularly in the choice of a small or large sized house. This shows that the age of the householder does not play an important role in choosing medium sized houses for households of under 4 people, but affects the choice of small and large sized houses. The academic ability of household members also served as a significant variable. While 1-2 person households with high academic ability tend to select a large sized house, 3-4 person households with high academic ability tend to select a small sized house. It is observed that members of both 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households tend to select their house between a large sized house and a small sized house in order to own their own houses. The result of this research suggests that there are various and detailed variables on the choice of housing size. Especially, a notable result is that household characteristics more significantly affect the housing size choice of 1-2 person households, while the trend of an aging society will more significantly affect a 3-4 person households' choice of a large sized house. Therefore, a study on the choice of housing size according to characteristics of elderly households and 1-2 person households should be continually analyzed.

1-2인가구의 라이프스타일과 소형주택 요구도에 관한 연구 (A Study on 1-2 Person Household's Lifestyle and Needs of Small Houses)

  • The main objective of research is to present research outcomes in relation to the development of small size housings for 1 to 2 person households that have been increasing at a rapid pace due to many socio-economic factors. The method of this research was used by questionnaires. The effective numbers of survey questionnaire was 215, and the survey analysis has been made by using of SPSS win 12.0. The conclusions drawn from the research can be summarized as follows: 1) 1 to 2 person households can be typified by nine key characteristics according to the questionnaire designed to explore lifestyles and demands for new housing types. The nine lifestyles include information seeking urban dwellers, well-being oriented, practical trend followers, urban culture lovers, brand lovers, active listeners, easy life seekers, self-centered, and heavy consumers. 2) Occupants may need less space than they anticipate when more user-friendly and space conscious products and services are implemented. 3) There is a great potential market for small size housings if more convenient features and services are provided.

가정용 흡수식 냉난방기의 나선형 흡수기 열물질전달 (Heat and mass transfer of helical absorber on household absorption chiller/heater)

  • An experimental study has been performed on heat and mass transfer in a falling film absorber with a strong lithium bromide solution in small-sized household absorption chiller/heater. Components were concentrically arranged in a cylindrical form. from the center, low temperature generator, absorber and evaporator. This arrangement of helical-typed heat exchangers allows to make the machine much more compact than conventional one. Experimental measurements were conducted with a helical absorber and the obtained data were compared with data in the literatures. The comparison revealed that the helical absorber tube provides a similar performance to existing tube bundle absorber in heat and mass transfer. As a result, the heat and mass transfer characteristics of helical type absorber showed the possibility of the reduction in size and weight of small] capacity absorption chiller/heater.

울산시 거주 가구의 공간규범 변화 특성과 관련요인 분석 (Changes in Space Norms and Related Factors of Households in Ulsan, Korea)

  • The study was conducted to analyze whether the recent trends in preference toward small and medium-sized housing in Korea represent changes in space norms. To accomplish this, the existing data from Statistics Korea and two different empirical data sets collected in 2007 and 2012 from Ulsan, Korea, were statistically analyzed through descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation analysis with a chi-squared test and multiple regression analysis. In the analyses, the space norms of households were compared and any changes in the space norms and the related factors were determined. The space norms were mainly investigated in terms of the housing size and the number of rooms. The results are as follows: 1) since 2010, there have been changes in the housing stock distribution in terms of size. Stocks of small housing increased, while those of medium and large housing decreased. Nevertheless, the overall conditions of spatial density have improved considerably in the recent 30 years. 2) It was found that there were statistically significant differences between 2007 and 2012 in space norms. The norms for housing sized less than 99 m2 and with one or two rooms were found to have increased, while that for housing sized more than 132 m2 decreased. 3) Household size, education of the head, monthly household income, housing type and the number of bedrooms in the current dwelling were the significant explanatory variables of space norms.

『가호안』 분석을 통해 본 개화기 경상남도의 가옥형태와 구조 (House Type and Household Structures of South Kyongsang Province in the Enlightenment Period)

  • 1904년 대한제국 정부에서 간행한 $\boxDr$경상남도가호안$\boxUl$은 총 31개군 가운데 11개군의 자료가 현전하는데, 이 자료는 당시 이 지방의 민가에 대한 상세한 정보를 담고 있다. 이 논문은 제1차자료인 가호안의 분석을 통하여 동ㆍ면ㆍ군별 가좌의 토지등급ㆍ가옥의 규모, 가좌와 가옥의 소유관계, 초ㆍ와가의 분포 등을 파악한 연구이다. 가호안의 분석결과 전체 가호의 약 20%는 사유지 또는 국공유지를 임대한 가좌에 지어졌다. 또한 가옥의 90%는 방 한칸 또는 두칸에 부엌이 딸린 집이었으므로 지역의 가옥규모는 2.75칸에 불과하였다. 다시 말하면 100년전 경상남도의 가옥규모는 조선시대의 이상 가옥형인 삼간초옥에도 못미쳤던 것이다. 이러한 열악한 주거조건 때문에 1인당 점유공간이 2-4평방미터에 불과하며 결과적으로 수용가능한 가족의 수도 4인 내외로 한정되었다.

대도시근교 농촌지역의 농가특성과 시설농가의 경영규모 변화 - 대구광역시 문산리를 사례로 - (The Characteristics of Farm Household in Suburban Areas Classified by the Farming Types and Changes of Facility Farm Household's Management Size - A Case Study of Munsanli, Taegu -)

  • 우리나라의 농촌에서는 산업화와 밀접히 연관되면서 시설작물의 재배가 증가해 왔고, 특히 1970년대 이후에는 대도시 주변지역에서 급격히 증가해 왔다. 개별농가의 영농유형은 농업노동력의 양보다는 질적 수준과 관련이 있으며, 노동력의 질적 수준에서는 특히 경영주의 연령이 중요하다. 경영규모는 경영주의 연령과 관련이 있으며 미작 재배농가보다는 시설작물 재배농가의 경영주 평균연령이 더 젊고 경영규모가 더 크다. 시설작물 재배의 주목적은 영농을 통한 상업성의 제고가 가장 원인이지만 부족한 노동력 때문에 경영규모에는 한계가 있고 특히 농산물 가격의 불안정과 수익성 악화는 적극적인 경영규모 확대를 제한하고 있다. 시설작물 재배농가의 경영규모 확대는 농지의 매입보다 임차지의 확대를 통해 이루어지며, 이때 영농조건이 유리한 농지를 중심으로 임대차가 발생된다. 결과적으로 대도시 근교 농촌지역의 유지와 발전을 위해서는 영농의 상업화와 수익성 제가 중요한 요인이지만 토지이용의 효율성 측면에서는 농지의 자연적 조건이 중요하게 작용된다. 그러나 농외부문의 취업기반이나 교육시설의 보완 없이는 촌락 공동체의 유지측면에서 가족 구성원의 분리문제와 농업노동력 부족문제가 해결될 가능성이 낮다.

가구 구성의 불평등 완화 효과와 그 변화 (Inequality-Reducing Effect of Household Formation and Its Changes)

  • 여러 개인이 가구를 구성하여 시장소득을 공유하고 내구재를 공동 소비함에 따라 가구소득의 불평등은 시장소득의 불평등에 비해 상당히 완화될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가구규모 및 구성의 변화가 가구 구성의 불평등 완화 효과를 어떻게 변화시켰는지에 대해 분석한다. 우선 가구원 수의 분포와 가구 구성원 신분의 분포 변화는 대체로 가구 구성의 소득불평등완화 효과를 억제시켜 온 것으로 평가되는데, 그 배경에는 고령화 및 핵가족화에 따른 노인가구의 증가를 반영한 가구의 소규모화가 주요 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 반면 가구 내에서 배우자 및 가구원의 추가적인 취업과 소득은 가구 구성의 소득불평등완화 효과에 지속적으로 기여하여 온 것으로 평가된다. 따라서 가구 구성을 통한 소득불평등완화 효과를 유지하기 위해서는, 첫째, 전반적인 취업을 촉진함과 동시에, 둘째, 저소득 노인 가구에 대한 합리적인 지원정책과 더불어 비효율적으로 세대 간 동거(co-habitation)를 억제하는 요인을 개선하는 균형된 정책 조합이 필요하다고 판단된다.

1인 가구를 위한 소파 베드 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Multi-Functional Sofa Bed for One-Person Household)

  • Recently, Korean society is increaseing "1 person family" phenomenon, which is influenced by changing of young peoples' value, aging society and social economic problems. Increase of single households is a result of complex economic, cultural and social factors. It is because as the individual's financial independence increases due to elevated income and education level, the age of marriage is going up and the individualism, which values the individual's value rather than custom, is spreading. Therefore, this new phenomenon will be impact to between social, economic value structure and living space. An increase with small furnitures are also increasing of R&D and marketing plans for 1 person family. Currently, 1 person family is bigger than last decade and that is requiring more suitable and multi-functional furniture for them. However, in Korea furniture companies are more optimization to traditional family size. Thus, this research explore about developing cheap price sofa bed, which is using at narrow area and small place.

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the informations on built - in closets and storage in urban apartment houses in korea, considering the mode in living. Since the number of household goods and furniture might be related with the unit size of house(L D K) and district (Seoul. Pusan, Incheon) all data also were evaluated by the struclure of dwelling space and urban area in korea. For being importance of "Anbang" for indoor living, in which Znagnnng, Mungap, a dressing table and hanger are prepared. Preparation of new space in various ways. so many living tools are being used, for example the dinner table with adjustable supporters. A room is specially prepared for storage of season's living goods and furniture. It is very interest that the bed is still net popular, because that is considered as obstruction for the function of "Anbang", specially in small size apartment. Built - in closets and storage In "Anbang" is greatly needed, because most of activities of living involving sleeping are done In that space.
