In this study, I analysed the Direction of Progress for the Korean Export Insurance upon Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company, investigated Korean Export Insurance focussing on the Export Support for Its Small-Middle Company since Korea Export Insurance Coporation(KEIC)'s establishment and sought for the measures overcoming problems therewith. In my research I started from a basic model analyzing the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company using added several variables that have effect on such export relative price, world income and the amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company. As a result, amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company, world income and export relative price showed expected responses and were significant. Also world income showed expected responses but was not significant. In case of amount of the Korean Export Insurance for Its Small-Middle Company was statistical significance.

In this paper, we analyze Inventory Strategy of our country middle-small Company which are ordered form large Company which product using JIT(just in time) System. Until now, we have not found a good inventory strategy for middle small Company which such like above. In this paper, we first simply survey product lead time, lot size and safety inventory in continuous product system which idea can be adapted our object. We try to mathematical modelling of product lead time, total inventory cost of bur country middle-small Company. We suggest inventory strategy for middle-small Company.

To promote the efficiency of production process of small and medium sized company, government conducts production information business that collects and analyzes information of production field automatically and helps process' controlling and supervising by supporting costs of purchase, installment, etc. of hard-software and network related to middle and small sized company intending e-Manufacturing of production field with computer and information & communication network. As a result, the number of middle and small sized companies that introduce and manage production information system is increased. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to arrange contents of production information system introduced to solve current problems of middle and small sized companies and analyze effects of small and middle sized companies' introduction through example companies.

In knowledge information society entering global unlimited competition era, our middle and small sized companies are the base of national and enterprise competitiveness and core base of national economy as an origin of jobs. The competitiveness of middle and small sized companies is so important to decide the level of the competitiveness of the whole industries, but the gap from big sized company is much low in comparison with advanced countries from angles of important factors of enterprise growth, productivity and technological competitiveness, so, it's urgent to improve the competitiveness through productivity enhancement. The purpose of this research is to do a positive study on effects of learning organization management outcomes of middle and small sized company on enterprise productivity among various types of outcome brought for strengthening of enterprise competitiveness. It confirmed learning organization has functions and usefulness as a management tool bringing positive effects on enterprise productivity through the Productivity improvement.

In unlimited competition era changed rapidly, productivity improvement and raw cost reduction by working improvement are very important for the survival of middle and small-sized companies. At this moment, middle and small-sized companies are cleary important in domestic industry. Therefore, this researcher applied TPS(Toyota production system) 7 wastes by experiment planning method for wastes of lots of working processes at the manufacturing site of automobile assembly manufacturing company, D company, analyzed current system of D company applied so as to verify if value creation works and factors were minimized during the production and drew results by analyzing experimental planning for analyzing waste elimination.

For middle & small sized metal heat treatment companies in Korea, this paper is crucial to have a systematic way of collecting and storing field data, and extracting relevant information when necessary. Therefore, it is concerned with developing a metal heat treatment program system for production technique control which is mainly focused on processing heat treatment filed data, converting the data into meaningful production technique control information, and illustrating a case study of a middle & small sized company in Busan province. Consequently, we are implemented a production information system for metal heat treatment a middle & small sized type company.

Purpose - This study aims to analyze PASECO's environment and strategies during its advance into the Middle East to find out the success factors of the kerosene heater market and provide strategic implications for small and medium enterprises' growth based on these factors. Research design and methodology - This study analyzes the success factors of companies operating in the Middle East. As a case analysis study, the method of research analyzes case enterprises through existing literature, newspaper articles, and corporate interview materials. Results - PASECO's success was shown by its high technological power in kerosene heater products, understanding customers' needs, understanding the Middle East market and localization strategy. Conclusions - PASECO has been constantly developing R&D capability to secure competitive products and has released localized products to enhance the satisfaction of its customers in the Middle East and has also been successful by constantly creating new opportunities. The firm's success strategies provide implications for small and medium-sized businesses for greater growth.

The number of small and medium enterprises which are the core of national economy covers over 98% among whole domestic enterprises of Korea. Competitive power of small and medium enterprises comes from human resources development. For the development of human resources, small and medium enterprises are trying to expand their learning organizations in the company. The analysis of outcomes of administering the existing learning organizations shows that learning organizations contribute highly to the improvement of the productivity of small and medium enterprises. And the analysis also shows that the participants of learning organizations and middle management and executives who support and encourage them recognize the necessity of learning organizations and that it should be disseminated throughout other enterprises. Therefore government's supports to establish learning organizations in a company are required to expand.

There's a way to recover unbalanced industrial structure between large size company (LEs) and small size company(SMEs). It's called middle size company (MEs) which can be the magic bullet for Korea to be more healthier than ever. but there are problems with MEs in Korea. Not only the number of MEs is too low compared to developed country's but also the status of amount of research developmental revenue, R&D concentration isn't that satisfied. That's why we need to focus on MEs which was out of center stage until now. Before discussing about how to foster MEs, we need to know what cause MEs makes weak. This research contains actual condition of R&D investment in MEs based on data from Korea information service. Also, survey data can help to know exact factor which make hard to invest research development. Expecially, this research give the answers that relation between the course of growth and concentration of R&D which was observed that has reciprocal relationship.
