본 연구는 소상공인 가업승계 인증정책이 브랜드로서 어떠한 효과를 지니고 있는지 파악하기 위해 수행되었으며 소상공인의 경우 소비자 접점에서 영업활동을 수행하는 만큼, 소비자가 인지하기에 인증정책이 브랜드로서 효과를 지니고 있을 것으로 파악하고 정책이 지니고 있는 브랜드 이미지와 태도, 로열티 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경영학적으로 논의되는 브랜드 이미지의 세부 요소를 기능과 경험의 두 가지 요소로 분류하고 이와 같은 브랜드 이미지가 소비자로 하여금 긍정적인 태도 형성과 로열티 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 소상공인 가업승계 인증정책이 지니고 있는 기능적 브랜드 이미지와 경험적 브랜드 이미지 모두 브랜드 태도 형성과 함께 로열티에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통하여 정부 정책의 효과성에 대한 경영학적 측면에서의 파악 필요성과 소비자와 밀접한 관련성을 지닌 정책이 추구해야할 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 지닐 것이다. 즉 소비자 접점에서 수행되는 정책에 대해 브랜드라는 개념을 제시하고 브랜드 효과성을 파악하기 위한 일련의 경로를 정책에 적용함으로서 향후 소상고인 분야 연구 확장에 기여하였다는 점에 그 의의를 지닌다.

The study is devoted to substantiation of directions of intensification of development of small innovative enterprise, which has a significant impact on the overall innovation activity of the country and promotes innovative development, transition to more advanced technological systems. The outlined role of small business in innovative development in the direction of intensifying innovation in the economy, improving organization and production, as well as in the form of direct participation in the innovation process, production of science-intensive products, stimulating demand for innovation. A group of factors hindering the development of small innovative entrepreneurship was identified, including: financial aspects of the activity, shortcomings of organizational and communicative nature, underdeveloped technology market, information plan problems, internal production problems of small business, market problems. The directions of intensification of the development of small innovative entrepreneurship are substantiated, namely: financial and credit support of small innovative entrepreneurship; introduction of tax incentives; material and technical support; nationwide intensification of innovation activity; information support; development of innovation infrastructure. The involvement of the outlined directions of intensification of small innovative entrepreneurship will help to obtain a synergistic effect of innovative development of both small innovative business structures and the economy as a whole.

Quality management has been applied to the industry for strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the size of company. However, it has been argued that the operational models for quality management used in the large-sized enterprise could not be applied to the small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) directly. This paper analyzes the states and outcomes of movements for quality innovation in the SME and tries to give some suggestions for improving and spreading the movements within the framework of the cooperation with the large sized company. Survey results show that the preferable quality movements depends on the size of company. Especially, the Single PPM movement is most preferable in the SME. It contributes th decreasing the fraction defective and to vitalizing the communication and cooperation between large-sized company and SME.

This paper proposes a model for assessing enterprise network maturity. We define maturity in terms of the institutional and member support for the network(organizational maturity) and its technical sophistication(technological maturity), and examine their relationships. We build several hypotheses about the relationships between the maturity types and between the maturity of the network and various organizational factors including industry, size, and performance of the enterprise. We test the hypotheses using data collected from a questionnaire survey with Korean firms. The results show that there is a positive correlation between organizational and technological maturity. It is also found that investment in the network infrastructure has a positive influence on the organizational efficiency. However, it is found that industry type does not affect network utilization, but size does, suggesting that large firms utilize network infrastructure more than small ones do. We also identify various relationships among performance, satisfaction level and the maturity of the enterprise networks. Finally, we provide an overview on the current technological state of the Korean enterprise networks.

Facility layout for enterprise's competitive power strengthening and construction of offensive manufacture line and direction presentation for design of production management system that is new by operation improvement according to S company. A survey was performed on employees of a small and medium-sized company how had participated in an education & training program, in order to identify the relationship between the enterprise revitalize and its characteristics, and to know how the program and its satisfaction was related with each other. The results showed that education & training program characteristics had influence on the enterprise revitalize and then the latter made effect on its satisfaction. It is suggested that a plan should be developed to promote self-improvement needs of employees when an education & training program is to be made, and by changing the state of facility or training conditions, the efficiency of the program should also be pursued. In addition, it is imperative for the participants to have strong motivation for self-improvement in the program, and it seems that the effectiveness of the program is expected to work in accordance with the will of the company as well as its growth and developmental standards.

Recently, as the number of smart-phone users has been rapidly increased, enterprise managers have a keen interest in business application of social media. Most previous studies have focused on perspective of the individual unit of analysis instead of enterprise level unit. The study is focused on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention (and use) about social media application. The purpose of this study is to develop the model of small and medium enterprises' social media application, and to find the factors affecting their behavioral intention or use behavior. The moderating effects of four corporate characteristics on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention are also examined. We surveyed 900 corporate staffs and received 203 responses. After questionnaires with unreliable responses had been excluded, 182 effective samples were used in the final analysis. The findings suggest that Performance Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions significantly affect Behavioral Intention of social medea, and Behavioral Intention affects USE. Furthermore, some corporate characteristics have moderating effect on the relationship between recognition of social media and Behavioral Intention.

정보화는 지금의 급 변화 하는 경영환경 속에서는 기업이 꼭 갖추어야 할 요소로 자리 잡았다. 인천의 중소기업은 경제규모나 고용증대 면에서 많은 역할을 하고 있다. 하지만 규모와 자본의 영세함으로 정보화 이루지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인천소재 중소기업을 대상으로 정보화에 대한 전반적인 현황을 파악하였고 정보화 방안을 분석하였다. 현재 인천 소재의 중소기업들의 정보하는 도입기와 성장기 사이에 도달해 있는 것으로 파악 되며, 중소기업 간에도 규모가 큰 중소기업이 정보화에 대한 노력과 성과가 규모가 작은 기업보다 더 많이 나타나고 있었다. 또 중소기업 입장에서 정부나 자치단체에게 건의사항을 파악하였다.

With the fast growing of international trade and ever-changing trade environment Korea is facing more risks in international trade and they are getting more diverse and happen more frequent with high severity. Big firms of international trade are ready and treat the risks quite well, but small and medium size firms have hard time to manage the risks due to their poor understanding, not much capital to spend, and weak skills of risk management. Holding significant size of international trade of Korea, the small and medium size firms need systematic and integrated risk management and the K-sure(former Korea Export Insurance) can make a significant contribution to help them manage risks in international trade business. This study is proposing the adoption of ERM(Enterprise Risk Management) for international trade business of Korea. Especially for small and medium size firms of international trade, the K-sure may set up integrated risk management system to help them and promote the export growth, which is a great mission of K-sure.

Recently, accidents such as human accidents are increasing rapidly due to natural disasters and changes in social conditions due to abnormal weather. As a result, damage has been causing massive damage unlike the past. In the case of small and medium enterprises excluding financial institutions and big company, there is no system for prevention and restoration for stable operation from various risks such as human and natural disasters. As the current disaster continues, public and private companies have raised the need for BCM, and with the introduction of the ISO22301 certification system, the company has been establishing and operating Enterprise Disaster Management Standards in the Ministry of Public Safety and Security since 2007. However, in most SMEs, it is hard to bear the input of internal labor and investment cost, and there is a lack of personnel with expertise to conduct BCM diagnosis. Therefore, in this paper, we will study the diagnosis level of enterprise continuity plan which is commonly used in Korea and abroad. Based on this, we will study the BCM system diagnosis method which can be applied to small and medium enterprises in Korea efficiently.
