순시 공간벡터를 이용한 반송용 선형 유도 전동기의 제동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stopping Characteristics of the SLIM for the Automatic Conveyance System Using Instantaneous Space Vector Modulation)

  • The SLIM used in the conveyance system has been generally developed the controller based on the slip frequency control and the VVVF method to obtain the quick response for the position control signal. This paper deals with the trust control of the SLIM by vector control with Bang-Bang condition. Also, the control system is composed of the PI controller for soft start of the SLIM and the q-axis current controller for correction in phase with Space Vector for reducing the harmonic pulsation in low speed. The processing for vector control and robust dynamic breaking control is carried out by MC80196KC micro processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through the computer simulation and experiments for the 10KW SLIM.

  • This Paper described the hish performance position control for elevator using induction motor and driver. In this paper, the suitable Motor specifications for elevator drive are briefly discussed and high accuracy position control for both kinds of control method is analysed considering the parameter variation in the primary and secondary resistances. Since the pre-identified values of the motor constants are used to determine the control inputs, the performance degradation is caused by the parameter variation such as in the motor resistance. Particularly, the value of secondary resistance is considered significant because the control gain to determine the slip frequency is heavily dependent on that. The new proposed method uses on special small input signal for the parameter indentification and is expected to have the high accuracy position.

  • The efficiency optimized speed control system of Induction Motor is proposed At light load, the IM has poor efficiency because of relatively high magnetizing current. In this paper, by employing the field oriented control with flux controller which the motor is operated at optimal slip frequency, the proposed system has good performance and high efficiency. In simulation, the performance, loss and efficiency of the proposed optimal flux control system are compared with those of the coventional constant flux operation. In conclusion, the efficiency is raised by 2.55%, the loss is decreased by 0.1[p.u].

  • 최적효율제어를 통한 유도전동기의 효율향상은 에너지 절감측면에서 매우 중요하며 인공신경망을 사용하면 시스템의 특성이 충분히 해석되지 않은 상태에서도 우수한 제어특성을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문은 유도전동기 구동시스템에서 최적 슬립주파수를 추종하는 실시간 인공신경망 회로를 구성하여 운전효율을 최적화하는 제어방법을 제안한다. 제안된 최적 효율제어기는 인공신경망 제어기에 의해 시스템의 비선형성을 포함하여 전동기의 내부손실이 최소가 되는 운전점을 추종한다. 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 기존의 일정v/f 방식에 비하여 고속 경부하시 경제성 있는 에너지 절감효과를 충분히 확보할 수 있었다.

  • In doubly fed induction generators (DFIGs), control of rotor currents allows for adjustable speed operation, active, and reactive power control. This paper presents a DFIG control strategy that enhances the active and reactive power control with controllers that can compensate for the errors caused by current measurement path in the DFIG system. The errors can be divided into two categories: offset and scaling errors. These can induce the speed, active, and reactive power pulsations, which are one and two times the fundamental slip frequency in the DFIG. And these undesirable ripples can do the DFIG harm. In this paper, a new compensation algorithm is proposed. Therefore, the proposed algorithm has several advantages: to implement is easy; it require less computation time; it is robust with regard to the variation of the induction generator parameters. In this paper, a new algorithm is introduced by using the integral of phase currents to measure the current ripples of rotor-side converterin the DFIG system. The experiment results are shown the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • Authors conducted a deduction of some parameters using the magnetic equivalent circuit method and a verification study of the thrust force control algorithm of a rotary-typed small-scaled linear induction motor for a railway transit. In a LIM, it is possible to express the parameters of the magnetic equivalent circuit into a function of the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. It means that the LIM properties can be changed considerably by the shape of the secondary aluminium plate and the airgap between the LIM primary core and the secondary aluminium plate. So, authors analyzed a tendency of changes of the magnetic equivalent circuit parameters and the LIM characteristics by changing of the airgap of the secondary aluminium plate of a rotary-typed small-scaled LIM. And authors conducted a verification study of the indirect vector control algorithm with constant slip frequency by using the rotary-typed small-scaled LIM tester set on the basis of the calculated LIM parameters. Finally authors accomplished a research on applicability for LIM railway transit.

  • TFLIM(Transverse Flux Linear Induction Motor), making its closed magnetic path with the direction of the traveling field orthogonal, had been developed to decrease an edge effect of the general induction motor. To control the levitation force and the thrust force on the secondary part of TFLIM independently, the various methodologies have been presented. When we try to achieve the independent control using only the multi-phase inputs assigned in the stator coils as an approach, in which condition we can minimize the coupling effect between two forces\ulcorner In this paper, we show the qualitative influence of a slip frequency, an ac magnitude, a dc offset superposed in the ac power, and a major parameter of TFLIM on the couple through the computer simulation. And to realize the independent motions between levitation and thrust motion without any auxiliary means fur isolation of the secondary part of TFLIM, the decouple compensator is suggested, including the experimental results.

  • 본 논문은 자기부상열차 시스템의 부상 신뢰도 향상을 위한 선형 유도전동기의 순시 제어기법을 제안한다. 선형 유도전동기는 자기부상열차의 추진을 담당하며, 운전 속도와 입력 주파수에 따른 슬립 특성이 존재한다. 이 슬립 특성은 전동기에서 발생되는 수직력과 밀접한 관련을 보이며, 이는 부상 시스템에 외란으로 작용된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선형 유도전동기의 특성을 FEM 해석을 통해 정확히 분석하고, 이를 반영한 최적 슬립 주파수 간접벡터제어 기법을 통해 부상 신뢰도 향상을 위한 새로운 순시 제어기법을 제안 하였다.

  • A new scheme to measure the rotor time constant and to set the slip gain of a vector-controller is presented. The approach utilizes the phase difference between the torque producing component of the stator current and rotor current in the stationary frame. It is shown that the rotor time constant can be uniquely identified by detecting the corresponding phase difference. The simulation was carried out by considering the variation of other parameters and the torque producing component of the stator current frequency.

  • The recent trains are almost being operated by the mechanical propulsion force to drive the gear and wheel with the traction motor. However Magnetic Levitation Vehicle is differently operated. Magnetic Levitation Vehicle is applied with Linear Induction Motor(LIM) that has many advantage like to high capability of going up to slope, low noise, easy to control of speed. So domestic and many advanced countries are interested in Magnetic Levitation Vehicle and they have been studying about it continuously. Thus this paper is studied the LIM test method of static states and guess the optimum driving point by characteristic of static states for LIM. The test items are measurement of thrust force by changed air gap, measurement of thrust force and normal force by changed slip frequency etc.
