SIP말뚝의 주면마찰특성 및 비선형 수치모델식 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the skin friction characteristics of SIP and the estimation of the nonlinear numerical modelling equation)

  • While the interests on the environmental problem during the construction are increasing, the use of low noise-vibration auger-drilled pilling is increasing to solve noise and vibration problem in pilling. Therefore, in Korea, SIP(Soil-Cement Injected Precast Pile) method is mainly used as auger-drilled pilling. However, there is no proper design criteria compatible with the ground condition of Korea, so which is most wanted. To improve and supplement this situation, direct shear tests between SIP pile skin interface and soil were executed on various conditions. Through the analysis of test results, skin resistance characteristics of SIP were investigated thoroughly. Also, the nonlinear unit skin resistance capacity model with SM, SC soil were suggested.

  • 이종 재료의 다중 적층 구조인 스마트 스킨을 설계 및 제작하였고, 그 기계적 거동 특성을 규명하기 위하여 압축 및 굽힘 거동에 대하여 시험 및 해석을 수행하였다. 시험 결과 본 연구에서 설계된 스마트 스킨은 압축 허용 하중에 비해 좌굴 허용 하중이 작게 나타났으며, 구조적 안정성에 하니컴 심재의 전단 탄성 계수가 크게 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 하니컴 심재의 전단 탄성 계수 측정을 위하여 개선된 시험법을 고안하여 본 연구에 사용하였다. 또한, 상용 유한 요소 해석 프로그램인 NASTRAN을 이용하여 예측한 압축, 굽힘 거동이 실험 결과와 잘 일치하였다.

  • Two local irritation and skin sensitization studies of nonspecific immunostimulator, $BARODON^{\circledR}$ were carried out with New Zealand White rabbits and Hartley guinea pigs. In skin irritation test of male New Zealand White rabbits, body weights were not significantly changed and there were no responses after treatment for 24 or 72 hours and the Primary irritation index (P.1.1.) was '0'. And, in the eye irritation test, there were chemosis in some of rabbits. One of 3 rabbits in washing group was detected chemosis after 24 and 72 h following treatment and 2 of 6 rabbits in non-washing group were detected chemosis after 24h and 7 days following treatment. Therefore, total score is '4' after 24 h and '2' after 72 h following treatment by conforming article "some blood vessel are clearly hyperemic" . However evaluation value is non-irritant because M.O.I. (Mean ocular irritation index) score is below during the all experimental period and no significance through individuals and exposure time. In skin sensitization, the score of skin reaction was graded 1 with 0% sensitization rate. Taken together, these results indicate that $BARODON^{\circledR}$ may be non-irritant material. material.

The Use of Matriderm and Autologous Skin Graft in the Treatment of Full Thickness Skin Defects

  • Background For patients with full thickness skin defects, autologous Split-thickness skin grafts (STSG) are generally regarded as the mainstay of treatment. However, skin grafts have some limitations, including undesirable outcomes resulting from scars, poor elasticity, and limitations in joint movement due to contractures. In this study, we present outcomes of Matriderm grafts used for various skin tissue defects whether it improves on these drawbacks. Methods From January 2010 to March 2012, a retrospective review of patients who had undergone autologous STSG with Matriderm was performed. We assessed graft survival to evaluate the effectiveness of Matriderm. We also evaluated skin quality using a Cutometer, Corneometer, Tewameter, or Mexameter, approximately 12 months after surgery. Results A total of 31 patients underwent STSG with Matriderm during the study period. The success rate of skin grafting was 96.7%. The elasticity value of the portion on which Matriderm was applied was 0.765 (range, 0.635-0.800), the value of the trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) was 10.0 (range, 8.15-11.00)$g/hr/m^2$, and the humidification value was 24.0 (range, 15.5-30.0). The levels of erythema and melanin were 352.0 arbitrary unit (AU) (range, 299.25-402.75 AU) and 211.0 AU (range, 158.25-297.00 AU), respectively. When comparing the values of elasticity and TEWL of the skin treated with Matriderm to the values of the surrounding skin, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. Conclusions The results of this study demonstrate that a dermal substitute (Matriderm) with STSG was adopted stably and with minimal complications. Furthermore, comparing Matriderm grafted skin to normal skin using Cutometer, Matriderm proved valuable in restoring skin elasticity and the skin barrier.

결핵병원 환자의 장내기생충감염과 디스토마피내반응 (Prevalence of Intestinal Helminthic Infections and Skin Tests for Paragonimus and Clonoychis in Tuberculosis Patients)

  • 본 조사는 우리나라의 결핵환.자에 대한 기생충검사로서 마출결핵병원 환자와 공연결핵병원 환자에 대하여 장내기생충 감염상태를 formalin-ether 세전법으로 검사하였다. 아울러 폐 및 간디스토마 피내반응검사도 실시하였다. 1. 마산결핵병원 환자의 사내기생충감염률은 피검자 329명중 170명으로 51.7%의 탕성률을 보였고, 그중 후충란이 68명(20.7%), 그리고 간디스토마 충란양성자가 58명 (17.6%)이었다. 2. 공연결핵병원 환자에 있어서는 장내기생충감염률이 피검자 215명중 39명으로서 18.1%의 양성률을 나타내었는데 그중 편충란이 14명(6.5%)이었고, 간디스토마 충란이 13명(6.0%) 있었다. 3. 마출결핵병원 환자에 대한 폐 및 간디스토마 피반응성적은 피검자 322명중 폐디스토마피내반응폭성자가 71명으로 22.0%, 그리고 간디스토마피내반응양성자가 121명으로 37.6%이었다. 4. 공주결핵병원환자에 대한 폐 및 간디스토마피내내반응성적은 피검자 243명중 폐디스토마 피내반응양성자가 37명으로 15.2%, 그리고 간디스토마 피내회응 양성자가 66명으로 27.2%이었다.

정재하시험시 지반종류별 대구경 현장타설말뚝의 주면하중전이함수에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perimeter Load Transfer Fuctions of the Large Diameter Drilled Shafts Depending on Soil Types During the Static Pile Load Tests)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 7개 현장에서 수행한 대구경 현장타설말뚝의 정재하시험 결과값을 이용하여 하중전이 함수식을 제안하였다. 하중전이실험이 수행된 대구경 현장타설말뚝의 정재하시험 결과로 부터 얻어진 축하중 분포도를 이용하여 단위주면 마찰력을 분석하였으며, 단위주면마찰력 자료에 기초하여 지반종류별 하중전이 함수식을 제안할 수 있었다. 단위주면하중전이 함수식에 의해 계산된 축하중분포도와 양방향 말뚝재하시험 시 측정된 축하중분포도를 비교하였다. 그 결과 제안된 하중전이함수에 의해 예측된 축하중분포도는 실험에서 구한 축하중분포도와 비교적 잘 부합되는 것으로 나타났다.

돼지 Toxoplasmosis 의 간접 적혈구응집반응과 피내반응에 관한 연구 (Studies on Passive Hemagglutination Test and Skin Test for Toxoplasmosis in Swine)

  • Hemagglutinating antigen of Toxoplasma gondii was prepared and purified by the method of a slight modification of Tsunematsu, and the preparation of the skin test antigen (toxoplasmin) was made by means of acetone-ether treatment described by Nobute et al. With these antigens the passive hemagglutionation and skin tests were performed for the diagnosis of swine toxoplasmosis by using artificially infected pigs. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The hemagglutinating antibody and the skin test antibody were demonstrated one and three weeks after infection, respectively. And these antibodies were maintained over nine weeks after infection. 2. The antigenicity of hemagglutinating antigen was stable when it was kept in frozen state, while was unstable in a liquid state. 3. Freeze-dried skin test antigen (toxoplasmin) was stable for two months or more if it was kept at $5^{\circ}C$ and room temperature, but in the liquid or reconstituted state it was unstable. 4. Freeze-dried skin test antigen could be preserved without loss of antigenicity for more than two months. 5. Passive hemagglutination test could be applied effectively at the early phase of the disease process and skin test at later phase, mainly for epidemiological survey. However, by combiniation of these methods, the more accurate results could be obtained.

3차원 얼굴 메이크업을 위한 사실적인 피부 렌더링 (Realistic Skin Rendering for 3D Facial Makeup)

  • 메이크업 시뮬레이션은 입력 장치와 디스플레이를 사용하여 가상의 디지털 얼굴에 다양한 화장법을 시험해 볼 수 있는 도구이다. 최근에 다양한 메이크업 스타일을 지원하는 시뮬레이션 시스템들이 개발되었지만, 대부분의 시스템들이 2차원 얼굴 영상을 사용하기 때문에 피부를 사실적으로 표현하는데 제약이 많다. 본 연구에서는 피부의 거칠기와 반사도를 조절할 수 있는 사실적인 3차원 메이크업 방법을 개발하였다. 제안 방법은 3차원 스캐너로 획득한 고해상도의 얼굴 데이터 상에서 피부 파라미터 값을 변경하면서 메이크업을 시뮬레이션할 수 있다. 또한 포인트 기반 형상표현을 사용하여 3차원 렌더링 과정을 간단하고 유연하게 표현하였으며, 얼굴 부위에 따라 반사도를 달리 적용하여 보다 사실적인 메이크업 시뮬레이션을 가능하게 하였다.

촉감 감성 해석을 위한 미끄럼 마찰 시험과 신호 분석 (Analysis of Friction Signals Based on Sliding Tests with Finger for Tactile Sensibility)

  • The friction behavior of human skin is determined by the complex interplay of the material and surface properties of the skin, as well as the contacting material, and strongly depends on the contact parameters (e.g., pressure and sliding velocity) and the presence of substances such as water, sweat, or skin surface lipids at the interface. Including a study on the effect of a surface's physical roughness for skin sliding over the surface, various studies have been conducted to understand human tactile sensibility. However, to investigate products in relation to human tactile sensibility, more objective research is needed. This study performed sliding experiments between the skin and the surfaces of phone cases to understand how the texture, friction, and stick-slip characteristics are related. Eight phone case surfaces with different topologies and chemical (or mechanical) compatibilities with skin were prepared and tested multiple times.
