임상간호사가 지각한 수간호사의 리더십 유형과 자율성과의 관계 (The Relationship between the Head nurses' Leadership Style and the Autonomy Perceived by Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the head nurses' leadership style the and the autonomy perceived by nurses and to provide the basic data for developing strategies of the effective nurse staff management. The subjects were 177 nurses who were working at the 3 general hospitals in Seoul. The data were collected from December 1999 to January 2000 by the structured questionnaires. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with $SPSS-PC^+$ version 8.0 were used. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The score of 'the head nurses' transformational leadership perceived by nurses' was highier than that of 'the head nurses' transactional leadership'. Among 5 subdimensions of 'the leadership styles perceived by nurse', the scores of the 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation' were highest and the lowest one was that of 'extra management'. 2. Only 'the head nurses' transformational leadership perceived nurses' and 'the situatuational reward' showed a significant difference according to the married status ; nurses who were married showed higher scores than who were not. 3. 'The autonomy perceived by nurses' showed a significant difference according to the educational background ; nurses who had master degree showed higher score than who had diploma. 4. 'Charisma' was positively related to 'intellectual stimulation', 'individual consideration', and 'situational reward'. 'Intellectual stimulation' was positively related to 'individual consideration' and 'situational reward'. 'Individual consideration' was positively related to 'situational reward'. But 'extra management' was negatively related to all of variables. 'Autonomy' was significantly related to 'individual consideration' and 'the transformational leadership'. 5. The determinents of 'the autonomy perceived by nurses' were 'individual consideration' and the educational background, and they explained 15.4% of the total variance of it. The key determinent variables was 'individual consideration'. It explained 11.5% of the total variance of the autonomy. According to the results of this study, the suggestions were as follows: 1. It is necessary to develop strategies for exercising the head nurses' transformational leadership in nursing department : It should to be considered the difference in the leadership style perceived by nurses according to demographic variables. 2. The further studys on the individual consideration of head nurses' transformational leadership and the opportunity of self-development such as education for enhancing nurses' autonomy is needed.

한국 벤처기업의 기업가정신과 기업내부상황특성이 해외진출에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on the Corporate Internal Factors Influencing the Motivation and Performance for Overseas Expansion of Korean Ventures)

  • 정부 산업정책의 전략적 지원단위인 벤처기업의 지속가능한 성장을 위해 해외진출의 중요성이 강조되는 경영환경 하에서, 본 연구는 벤처기업의 해외진출과 이에 따른 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업의 내부상황특성을 규명하고, 기업가정신과 해외진출동기 및 성과 간의 영향관계에 있어 내부상황특성의 영향력을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 내부상황특성으로 기업업력, 조직규모, 해외경험 및 조직구조로 대변된 조직자원과 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성으로 구성된 기업가정신을 설정하였다. 2010 벤처기업 정밀실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 연구목적을 충족하는 기업을 층화표본추출한 후 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 개별기업으로부터 회수된 총 289개의 응답데이터를 다중회귀모델을 통해 분석하였다. 내부상황특성 중 기업업력과 조직규모는 기업가정신과 해외진출동기 간의 영향관계에는 조절효과가 확인되지 않았으나 진출성과 간의 영향관계에 있어 유의한 조절효과를 보여주었다. 해외경험과 조직구조는 해외진출동기 및 진출성과 모두에 대하여 기업가정신과 결합할 경우 유의한 조절효과가 형성되는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과는 조직의 상황특성과 기업가정신으로 대변되는 내부자원특성이 벤처기업의 해외진출결정에 분명한 영향관계를 가질 뿐만 아니라 지속적인 진출성과를 달성하는 데에 유효성을 갖고 있음을 의미하며, 내부상황특성과 기업가정신이 적절히 결합될 경우 효과적인 해외진출과 우수한 진출성과가 창출될 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 분석결과에 대한 해석을 포함하여, 벤처기업의 해외진출을 촉진시키기 위한 경영활동방향과 성과제고를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

감정노동자들의 부정적 정서가 정서소진에 미치는 영향: 정서조절의 매개효과를 조절하는 상황 요인 검증 (The Effects of the Negative Affectivity of Emotional Laborers on Their Emotional Exhaustion: Situational Characteristics Moderating the Mediation Effect of Emotion Regulation)

  • 정서조절은 정서와 관련된 개인차 요인이 개인의 정서 생활 및 행동에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 기존 매개모델에 상황 요인을 추가하여 상황에 따라 정서조절의 매개효과가 변화하는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 다양한 직종에서 고객응대를 주 업무로 하고 있는 180명의 감정노동자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 감정노동자의 일상적 부정정서, 인지적 재평가, 정서적 소진, 본인이 경험하는 고객 불만의 강도 등을 측정하였다. 조절된 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 조건적 간접효과를 분석한 결과, 고객 불만의 강도가 높은 상황에서는 부정정서가 인지적 재평가를 매개로 하여 정서적 소진에 미치는 간접효과가 정적으로 유의하였으나 고객 불만의 강도가 낮은 상황에서는 해당 간접효과가 부적으로 유의하였다. 이는 높은 강도의 부정정서 유발 상황에서는 인지적 재평가의 매개효과를 통해 감정노동자의 정서적 소진이 감소될 수 있지만, 낮은 강도의 부정적서 유발 상황에서는 인지적 재평가의 매개효과를 통해 정서적 소진이 증가될 수도 있다는 것을 보여준다. 이러한 결과는 정서조절 연구에 있어 개인차적인 측면과 상황적 측면이 통합적으로 고려되어야 함을 강조하며, 감정노동자 직군의 정서적 특수성에 대한 정보를 제공한다.

리더십유형이 병원 조직구성원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Type of Leadership on Hospital Organizational Members' Job Satisfaction, Organizational commitment, and Turnover Intentions)

  • It is important how the leader leads the organizational members with leadership appropriate to environment changes as the leader has great influence on the management of hospital organization. These data were collected from the questionnaire surveyed, from February 14 through February 28, 2003, to 218 people among those in the field of doctorship, management administration, nursing, technology, medical engineering, management engineering, and general affairs, working for three hospitals under S medical foundation in Pusan. The principal findings of this research are as below : 1. Type of leadership and job satisfaction had positive correlation in terms of both transformational and transactional leadership, with former having more relation than the latter. 2. Type of leadership and organizational commitment had positive correlation in terms of intellectual stimulus and situational rewards, having little relation statistically. 3. Type of leadership and turnover intentions had negative correlation only in individual consideration, situational rewards, and exceptional management, showing that transactional leadership had more relation than transformational leadership. 4. In terms of leadership and its effect on the organizational performance and turnover intentions, transformational leadership had more correlation than transactional leadership. But transactional leadership also turned out to have effect on organizational performance. When transformational leadership used, turnover intentions were lower than when transactional leadership used. However, both transformational and transactional leadership had negative correlation to turnover intentions. 5. Effect that type of leadership according to job classification, status, age, and academic career has on organizational performance and turnover intentions was differed by those factors; especially, in the occupation of doctor, both transformational and transactional leadership had positive correlation to turnover intentions. 6. Regression analysis on the factors of organizational performance and turnover intentions showed that higher age had positive correlation to the organizational performance in terms of socio-demographical features and that the more leadership was used for charismatic and situational rewards and the less leadership was used for intellectual stimuli, the higher organizational performance was likely. In short, hospital operators and managers should examine each manager's qualification, type, and style of leadership in the hospital organization, and they must develop lasting programs for effective education and training for developing characteristics of leadership are in needed to have managers with appropriate managerial mind to respective post and status. It should be kept in mind that manager's leadership especially has great effect on members' goal-setting, goal-achievement, organizational performance, and turnover intentions as it is a decisive factor of organizational members' attitude and motivation.

우주상황인식을 위한 인공우주물체 추락 예측 소프트웨어 개발 (Development of a Software for Re-Entry Prediction of Space Objects for Space Situational Awareness)

  • 1톤 이상의 인공우주물체 중 통제가 불가능한 인공우주물체의 추락은 지상에서의 인명 및 자산 피해가 발생할 가능성이 높기 때문에 국가적으로도 '인공우주물체 추락·충돌 대응 매뉴얼'에 따라 우주물체 추락 상황에 대한 위기를 관리한다. 따라서 인공우주물체 추락 상황 및 위험도를 판단하기 위한 신속하고 정확한 인공우주물체 추락 예측 정보를 제공하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 인공우주물체 추락 예측 방법은 국내외 여러 기관들에서 수행하고 있으나, 국가적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 국내 독자적인 툴의 확보는 국가 우주위험 재난 위기 상황에서 매우 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 인공우주물체의 추락 상황에서 관측으로부터 생성된 우주물체의 접촉궤도요소 또는 해외에서 공개되는 평균궤도요소를 활용하여 인공우주물체의 추락 예상 시각 및 지점을 정밀하게 예측할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 그레이스 1호(Grace-1) 위성과 그레이스 2호(Grace-2), 톈궁 1호(Tiangong 1) 위성과 창정 5B호 로켓 잔해(CZ-5B)와 같은 실제 통제 불가능한 인공우주물체의 추락 상황에서 독자적인 우주물체 추락 예측 정보를 제공하여 검증하였다.

도시음악축제에서 나타나는 일탈성 양상 연구 - ACC월드뮤직페스티벌을 중심으로 - (The Patterns of Deviation in Urban Music Festival: Focusing on the ACC World Music Festival)

  • 본 연구는 도시음악축제에서 일탈성이 어떤 식으로 나타나고 있는지를 이론과 사례를 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 반복적인 일상을 살아가는 현대인들에게 일탈은 삶의 활력을 제공할 수 있는데, 그러한 일탈성을 강하게 체험할 수 있는 곳이 축제현장이다. 따라서 도시축제에서 나타나는 일탈성 양상 분석은 중요한 의의를 지닌다. 이를 위해 우선 일탈과 축제의 관계를 정리하고, 선행 연구 및 축제 사례를 바탕으로 축제에서 나타나는 일탈성의 양상들을 도출하였다. 축제의 일탈성 양상은 크게 시공간적 일탈, 행위적 일탈, 상황적 일탈로 분류할 수 있었다. 각 양상들을 세분화해보면, 시공간적 일탈은 비일상성, 공간 분리, 공간 전유로 분류되었고, 행위적 일탈은 변신과 발산(표출)으로, 상황적 일탈은 역할 전도와 새로운 만남으로 각각 분류되었다. 이러한 분류 결과를 적용하여 광주광역시에서 열리고 있는 ACC월드뮤직 페스티벌에 나타난 일탈성 양상을 분석하였다. 분석은 사진, 기사 등을 이용한 내용 분석 방법을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 ACC월드뮤직페스티벌에서는 시공간적 일탈이 가장 뚜렷하게 나타난 반면, 행위적 일탈이나 상황적 일탈은 약하거나 거의 나타나지 않았다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제시한 다양한 일탈성 요소를 전략적으로 축제기획에 활용하여 현대 도시축제의 축제성을 강화하는데 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

의복착용상황과 소비자특성에 따른 의복구매행동의 인과적 관계 (Causal Relationships of Apparel Buying Behavior on Usage Situations and Consumer Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the conceptual framework of situational vari-ables, and to find out the causal relationships of apparel buying behavior on usage situations and consumer characteristics. Data were collected viaa questionnaire developed on the previous studies from 386 housewives living at Seoul and Pusan, and analyzed by T-test, Factor analysis, and Path analysis. Results indicated that there were significant differences of apparel buying intention on the types of apparel usage situations. The communi-cation situation was found to be composed of Printed Information and Interpersonal Infor-mation, and the buying situation to be composed of Consumer Conditions, such as weather or mood, Shopping Company, Store Atomosphere, Display, and Store Service. The product char-acteristics considered by consumers in apparel buying process were composed of Practically, Fashionability, Brand, and Approval of others. The causal relationships of apparel buying behavior were significantly different on the types of usage situations and the degree of clothing in-volvement.

뇌졸중 환자를 돌보는 가족의 가족기능 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on Family Functioning of Caregivers in Families with Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the main factors influencing family functioning of caregivers in families with stroke. Method: A Convenient sample of 173 primary family caregivers who take care of a stroke patient at an Oriental medicine hospital in Jeonbuk. Interviews were done with a standardized questionnaire including family functioning by nurses. Results: In Pearson's correlation analysis, the influencing factors related to family functioning were ADL(p=.017), level of paralysis(p=.019) as stressors, Quality of relation(p=.000) as situational variables, and family caregivers' burden(p=.000). Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed 29.9% of the variance family functioning was significantly accounted for by the quality of relationship between stroke patient and caregiver(26.8%), and caregiver burden(3.1%). Conclusions: Findings indicate that families of stroke patients need family-focused nursing intervention as supported care to improve the relationship between patient and primary caregiver and relieve caregiver burden by culturally tailoring to Korean.

겉보기 비율과 참비율에 관한 연구 (Apparent and True Proportions)

  • The ratio which we usually use in producing products is nonconforming proportion or percent defective. As our modern society develops, we cannot but meet another proportion in legal, managerial, and medical areas where our human beings might commit various kinds of errors though they do not want them. In this paper we will generally call the ratio 'proportion.' When the size of such proportion as percent defective is observed by persons, it is not true proportion but apparent proportion because it has been observed with human or situational errors. Past studies have not systematically covered the analysis of relations between such proportions and type 1 and 2 error, but this paper analyses and derives such various relations, and it suggests the guideline as sixteen properties for utilization and sensitive analysis of the relations. Current paper's consideration of apparent proportion in addition to true proportion as our familiar concept will open and widen existing academic and application areas where people have mainly built societal, scientific and engineering rules and methods based only on true proportion.

중학교의 내부공간 기능분석을 위한 전문가 시스템 개발 (A Development of Expert System for Secondary School's Interior Space Function Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the expert system based on the artificial neural networks for architectural design phases. The applied building was secondary school focussed in its space-relational-diagram. To implement this system, a data matrix derived from case based database was used as learning pattern, and its output data was lastly evaluated by the educational phase's behavior & activity analysis data. The results of this study were as follows; 1) the needs of educational system for real world spacing can be solved by this expert system based on neural networks. 2) FCM also can be applied for architect's needs. 3) Afterwards, for developing architectural planning & design processes, information technology (for example, internet, odbms, dca and etc.) can be used.
