The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is questionable if the reliability and/or authenticity of the system is acceptable due to the lack of consistent enactment and/or revision procedures. This study identifies informational conditions and issues relative to using daily work report as a data collection method for enacting and/or revising CSPU system, and establishes the measures for improving the daily work report. This study aims on the information constitution of daily job-site report, daily manpower report, wages register for specialty contractors. According to the research results, most of necessary data were included in a daily job-site report. In conclusion, it is investigated that data of daily manpower report and wage register need to be included in a daily job-site report for understanding the current state of worker in the future.

작업일보는 일일 단위로 계획과 실적이 기록되는 문서로 작업내용, 출력인원, 장비 및 자재 현황 등 다양한 정보를 포함한다. 하지만 작업일보가 여러 단계를 거쳐 수기 작성되는 과정에서 정보의 누락 및 왜곡될 수 있고 업무의 중복 문제가 발생하여 단순 보고에 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 작업일보시스템의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 디지털펜 기반의 작업일보시스템을 개발하고 그 적용성 평가를 위해서 실제 건설 현장에 적용해보았다. 그 결과 높은 문자 인식 정확도(94.610%)를 보여주었다. 그리고 정보를 입력하는 추가 업무가 제거되고 휴대 및 이동이 편리하며 사용을 위한 별도의 교육이 필요 없는 장점이 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 현행 작업일보시스템의 문제를 해결하여 건설현장 문서업무 및 정보관리 효율 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The study has suggested a way to minimize safety accidents found in on-site firefighting activity by analyzing firefighters' [investigation report on accidents to on-sie workers]. The study result is described as follows. First, the result of [investigation report on on-site workers] shows that while accidents are found to most frequently have occurred to low-ranking firefighting officers such as Sobangsa and Sobanggyo and firefighting officers with career of less than 5 years, fire-extinguishing activity proved to be the most prone to accidents in the category of activity. Second, analysis performed to identify variance between injury extent and area based on cause of accident shows statistically significant variance. In addition, the result of verifying difference in cause of accident based on category of activity shows significant difference with 'falling over and sliding' being the highly likely cause of accident in fire containment and rescue activities and 'reckless move' being highly likely case of accident in emergency activities. Third, the result of verifying factors behind the extent of injury done to on-site workers shows that when accident is caused by 'incomplete behavior', it was found that the extent of injury is substantial. It was also found that rescue activity is accompanied by substantial extent of injury. As a solution to this, the study suggested ways to establish, extend and operate safety-specific curriculum for entrants, develop materials regarding risk prognosis training and explicate training-related regulations, set up safety management measure for a single squad team, upgrade performance of private protection equipment, institutionalize SOP by on-site activity stage, materialize and activate swift rescue team and increase objectivity and proficiency of safety accident investigation.

This study is concerned with the development of a project management system for the turnkey-based plant project, which will help the site manager to plan, control, and report the project progress. This system has been developed as one of the modules of the integrated information system for the H Heavy Industry Co. and is composed of five subsystems; project information system, drawing-material management system, process management system, project progress report system. A/S management system. it also integrates commercial project management package in order to schedule the project activities and report the project progress to the owner. The main purpose of the system is to provide project information, including drawing, material, and progress, to the site manger in the real time and to accumulate site know-how for the turnkey-based plant project.

A 57-year-old man presented with a pigmented papule, 0.4 cm in diameter, on the left lower eyelid. Skin biopsy revealed a basal cell carcinoma, which was excised through a wide excision followed by a full-thickness skin graft (FTSG). Two weeks after the surgery, an erythematous nodule developed in the lower margin of the graft recipient site. The nodule size increased rapidly over 2 weeks, becoming dome-shaped with a central hyperkeratotic plug. A diagnosis of keratoacanthoma (KA) was made, and surgical excision was performed. Histological findings revealed a large, well-differentiated squamous tumor with a central keratin-filled crater and buttress. The human papilloma virus (HPV) genotyping results were negative. Risk factors for KA include trauma, old age, exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, immunosuppression, and HPV infection. KA has most often been reported to develop at the donor site. Although the pathogenesis of KA is unclear, trauma is believed to act as a second insult to a preceding oncogenic insult, such as exposure to UV radiation, resulting in a koebnerization. Herein, we report a case of solitary KA at a FTSG recipient site. This report presents information that may provide guidance during dermatologic surgeries.

We report a case of placental site trophoblastic tumor with cytologic features of cervico-vaginal smear. The smear revealed several loose clusters of atypicai cells in slightly hemorrhagic and inflammatory background. Tumor cells were large in size and polyhedral to round with abundant cytoplasm Nuclei revealed consider-able variation in size, shape, and degree of chromatin clumping. Cytologically, it was difficult to differentiate from squamous cell carcinoma of uterine cervix. Curettage and hysterectomy specimen revealed typical histologic features of placental site trophoblastic tumor composed of intermediate type trophoblasts.

For this study, in order to reduce a measuring error. author used a portable radio mise measuring and processing equipment especially designed. The time & frequency characteristics of HF band radio noise fran the sample site in Yeungnam region had been accomplished and statistical analysis carried out at the site. The results had been compared with the distribution chart of an atmospheric noise :indicated in the CCIR Report 322 issue. It showed that type of a measured noise distribution was similiar to that of the report but the man-made noise had a remarkable effect on the characteristic curves of HF band radio noise about the site.

Growing demand for traditional Korean housing, modernized Korean traditional housing (Hanok) was developed as a way of providing Hanok for the public. However, the standard cost data for Hanok has limitations, as it was developed based on single mock-up project actually constructed and verified by another mock-up Hanok. In order to meet these research objectives, daily report composition which is easy-to-use for on-site workers and managers and also easy-to-accumulate standard cost data was developed first. Secondly, access to the system was made easy through a web server. Finally, an automated calculation formula was inserted to allow the last inputted data to be automatically included for adjustment of standard costs. This system was designed from an industry perspective so that any unspecified and nonprofessional users can easily use. For the users, it has an advantage that on-site workers are provided with a daily report system through web server and also they are able to complete such reports through simple input and output without any additional forms.

This report demonstrates a case of tooth autotransplantation into the oroantral fistula site after extraction. Oroantral fistula can be developed when maxillary molar or premolar is extracted in case the root of tooth closed to or inside maxillary sinus. In most of cases, this would heal spontaneously without any interventions. Sometimes, many procedures including flap closure would be used judging from perforating size and previous inflammation. Although fistula size of this case is not that large, closure with tooth autotransplanted has successfully accomplished. So this report will discuss about several clinical aspects.
