배전용 폴리머 라인 포스트 애자 금형의 불량과 대책에 관한 연구 (A study on the defects of molds for distribution polymer line post insulators and problem-solving measures)

  • In this study, an injection mold is made to produce polymer line post insulators. FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) is covered by silicone housing. In injection molding process, chances for offcenter are 60 percent. Given the structure of the product, offcenter occurs owing to the imbalances in positions of gates and improper -designs of cores and jigs. This study focuses on mold modifications and improvements.

  • Based on eco-friendly advantages and the enhanced development in the chemical and physical characteristics, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is widely used in producing precision parts in the automotive, medical, electronics, aeronautical and many other industries. In the current work, a thermoplastic-thermoset multi component injection molding (MCM) was developed for a waterproof automotive connector housing using PBT and LSR resins. Measurements of the rheological characteristics of PBT and LSR were made to improve the reliability of the numerical analysis for the multi component injection process. With the measured viscosity, pvT and curing data, numerical analysis of the multi cycle injection molding was conducted using simulation software (Sigma V5.0).

  • 본 고는 현재 전기적 응용을 위한 수지 절연물의 진공/가압 수지-주형처리 분야에서 가장 앞선 기술과 연구개발력을 보유하고 있는 스위스의 Ciba-Geigy사와 최신의 진공성형 시스템을 개발, 생산하고 있는 독일의 Hedrich사 및 진공주형/자동가압 성형장비를 생산하는 스위스의 Vogel사 등을 최근에 방문하여 Epoxy, Polyurethane, Polyester 및 Silicone 수지 등의 수지절연시스템을 가지고 구조적으로 기포가 없으며 전기적, 기계적, 열적특성이 매우 우수하고 매끄러운 표면이 요구되는 수지 mold제품을 생산하는데 적용되고 있는 진공 수지-주형처리기술의 현황과 아울러 경화시간을 크게 단축시켜 생산자동화가 가능한 최신의 자동가압겔화(Automatic pressure gelation)/주입몰드공정(Injection molding process)의 특징 및 기술개발현황에 대해 파악한 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

구순열비교정술 후 외비주형술(Extranasal molding): 비주길이의 사진계측학적 분석 (Effects of Extranasal Molding after Primary Cleft Lip Nasal Repair: Photogrammetric Analysis)

  • Purpose: In the correction of cleft lip, there have been various methods to minimize recurrence of the nasal deformity after primary nasal surgery. After cheiloplasty and primary nasal surgery, we tried to elongate the columella of the cleft side, to stretch the vestibular lining of cleft side, and to elevate the alar cartilage of the cleft side with a molding prong. Methods: We had fifteen cleft lip patients; 12 unilateral cases(6.3-8.2 months), and 3 bilateral cases(3 - 7.5 months). Immediately after primary repair of the cleft lip, the toboggan shaped molding prong was located to deep inside of vestibular web of the cleft side. It was persistently suspended by a silicone tube which was connected to the prong and the frontal scalp. The results were analyzed with $Photoshop^{(R)}$ photogrammetrically for 6 - 48 months with on average of 20.6 months. We measured the proportion index of columellar length-interalar distance for three times(preoperation, immediate postoperation, and postoperation) on the nasal base views. Results: In unilateral, the index had a significant increase statistically between preoperation(10.73) and immediate postoperation(23.96). It is supposed that columellar length was reconstructed to 105.80% of normal side. But, it was decreased to maintain 87.7% of normal side in postoperation(20.54). The results were similar in bilateral. The linear scars by suture penetrating nose skin were not discernable. Conclusion: In summary, placement of the molding prong could elongate the reconstructed columella with some relapse postoperatively.

스테인레스 봉입형 반도체 압력센서의 제작 및 그 특성 (Construction and Characterization of the Stainless Steel Isolated Type Semiconductor Pressure Sensor)

  • 스테인레스 봉입형 압력센서를 제작하기 위하여 먼저 반도체 제조 및 식각 공정을 통하여 반도체 압력센서를 제작하였다 그리고 이를 glass molding된 스테인레스 housing에 올려놓고 $50\;{\mu}m$ 두께의 스테인레스 박판을 용접한 후 실리콘 오일을 채워 넣고 봉입하여 압력 범위 10 bar 센서를 완성하였다. 이와 같이 제작한 센서와 XTR105 발신기 전용 회로를 결합하여 $4{\sim}20\;mA$ 출력의 압력 발신기를 제작하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. 온도 보상 전 정확도는 ${\pm}5%$ FS이었으나 보상 후 정확도 ${\pm}1%$ FS로 개선되었다.

0.25 mm 초박형 두께를 가지는 회로기판형 리드프레임 백색 LED 램프 (Super Thin 0.25 mm Thickness White LED Lamp with PCB Type Lead Frame)

  • 0.25 mm thickness super thin surface mounted device LED Lamp is developed with PCB type lead frame in which BT (Bismaleimide Triazine) resin is used. BT resin is removed by a laser beam in order to reduce the thermal resistance below $1\;^{\circ}C/W$ and transfer molding is used with silicone. Compared to conventional 0.4 mm thickness LED lamp, the developed LED lamp can be derived in high current and the luminance of the LED lamp is increased up to 240 mA.

세라믹-실리콘 복합막의 기체투과 특성 (Gas Permeation Properties of the Ceramics-Silicone Composite Membranes)

  • 유리를 원료로 주형법에 의해 세라믹막을 제조하고, sodiumate, $S_3$-Al, $S_3$등의 실리콘 화합물을 침적시켜 세라믹-실리콘 복합막을 제조하여 이에 따른 기체 투과특성에 대해 연구하였다. 제조된 세라믹막과 세라믹-sodiumate 복합막은 다공성 구조임을 알수 있었고, 세라믹-$S_3$-Al과 세라믹-$S_3$ 복합막은 실리콘 화합물의 공극도입에 의한 치밀한 공극구조가 확인되었다. 세라믹막과 세라믹-sodiumate막의 경우 온도가 증가함에 따라 투과속도가 감소하고 압력에 따라 선형적으로 투과속도가 증가하였으며, 세라믹-$S_3$-Al과 세라믹-$S_3$ 복합막은 온도가 증가함에 따라 투과속도가 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 상대적으로 투과속도에 미치는 압력의 영향이 적었다. 투과속도는 세라믹막이 가장 빠르게 나타났고, 세라믹-sodiumate, 세라믹-$S_3$-Al, 세라믹-$S_3$ 복합막 순서였으며, 선택도는 이와 반대 경향을 보였다. 또한 침적을 통한 투과속도를 구하여 실제 복합막의 투과속도와 비교한 결과, $S_3$가 가장 큰 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 투과 메카니즘의 변화에서 세라믹막과 세라믹-sodiumate 복합막은 온도에 따라 투과기체의 투과도가 감소하는 Knudsen영역의 투과특성을 보였으나, 세라믹닉-$S_3$-Al과 세라믹-$S_3$ 복합막은 이와 반대로 온도에 따라 투과도가 증가하는 activated 확산 메카니즘을 따르는 특성을 보였다.

이중 몰딩에 의한 백색 LED의 광추출 효율 향상 (Enhancement of Light Extraction in White LED by Double Molding)

  • Chip on board type white light emitting diode on metal core printed circuit board with high thixotropy silicone is fabricated by vacuum printing encapsulation system. Encapsulant is chosen by taking into account experimental results from differential scanning calorimeter, shearing strength, and optical transmittance. We have observed that radiant flux and package efficacy are increased from 336 mW to 450 mW and from 11.9 lm/W to 36.2 lm/W as single dome diameter is varied from 2.2 mm to 2.8 mm, respectively. Double encapsulation structure with 2.8 mm of dome diameter shows further significant enhancement of radiant flux and package efficacy to 667 mW and 52.4 lm/W, which are 417 mW and 34.8 lm/W at single encapsulation structure, respectively.

Preparation and characteristics of a flexible neutron and γ-ray shielding and radiation-resistant material reinforced by benzophenone

  • With a highly functional methyl vinyl silicone rubber (VMQ) matrix and filler materials of $B_4C$, PbO, and benzophenone (BP) and through powder surface modification, silicone rubber mixing, and vulcanized molding, a flexible radiation shielding and resistant composite was prepared in the study. The dispersion property of the powder in the matrix filler was improved by powder surface modification. BP was added into the matrix to enhance the radiation resistance performance of the composites. After irradiation, the tensile strength, elongation, and tear strength of the composites decreased, while the Shore hardness of the composites and the crosslinking density of the VMQ matrix increased. Moreover, the composites with BP showed better mechanical properties and smaller crosslinking density than those without BP after irradiation. The initial degradation temperatures of the composites containing BP before and after irradiation were $323.6^{\circ}C$ and $335.3^{\circ}C$, respectively. The transmission of neutrons for a 2-mm thick sample was only 0.12 for an Am-Be neutron source. The transmission of ${\gamma}$-rays with energies of 0.662, 1.173, and 1.332 MeV for 2-cm thick samples were 0.7, 0.782, and 0.795, respectively.

팽창질석 첨가에 따른 전선용 실리콘 고무의 난연 및 트래킹 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Flame Retardancy and Tracking Properties of Expanded Vermiculite Added Silicon Rubber for Wire)

  • In this study, a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) method was used to achieve a shore a hardness of 70. The basic base was composed of 60% silicon gum (GUM) which is a high-viscosity polymer, 30% fumed silica (FS), and 5% of plasticizer. The GUM and FS were mixed well with less than 1% silane to improve rubber strength. Expanded vermiculite was added as a filler at 10%, 15%, and 20%. The curing conditions were $170^{\circ}C$ for 10 min and a molding method was applied. We report herein, the results of inorganic analysis and flame-retardant and tracking tests on the expanded vermiculite. The flame retardance and tracking test outcomes for a shore a hardness of 70 were found to be optimal when the expanded vermiculite content was 10%.
