Statement of problem: In cases where bony defects were present, guided bone regenerations have been performed to aid the placement of implants. Nowadays, the accepted concept is to isolate bone from soft tissue by using barrier membranes to allow room for generation of new bone. Nonresorbable membranes have been used extensively since the 1980's. However, this material has exhibited major shortcomings. To overcome these faults, efforts were made to develop resorbable membranes. Guided bone regenerations utilizing resorbable membranes were tried by a number of clinicians. $Bio-Gide^{(R)}$ is such a bioresorbable collagen that is easy to use and has shown fine clinical results. Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the histological results of guided bone regenerations performed using resorbable collagen membrane($Bio-Gide^{(R)}$) with autogenous bone, bovine drived xenograft and combination of the two. Surface morphology and chemical composition was analyzed to understand the physical and chemical characteristics of bioresorbable collagen membrane and their effects on guided bone regeneration. Material and methods: Bioresorbable collagen membrane ($Bio-Gide^{(R)}$), Xenograft Bone(Bio-Oss), Two healthy, adult mongrel dogs were used. Results : 1. Bioresorbable collagen membrane is pure collagen containing large amounts of Glysine, Alanine, Proline and Hydroxyproline. 2. Bioresorbable collagen membrane is a membrane with collagen fibers arranged more loosely and porously compared to the inner surface of canine mucosa: This allows for easier attachment by bone-forming cells. Blood can seep into these spaces between fibers and form clots that help stabilize the membrane. The result is improved healing. 3. Bioresorbable collagen membrane has a bilayered structure: The side to come in contact with soft tissue is smooth and compact. This prevents soft tissue penetration into bony defects. As the side in contact with bone is rough and porous, it serves as a stabilizing structure for bone regeneration by allowing attachment of bone-forming cells. 4. Regardless of whether a membrane had been used or not, the group with autogenous bone and $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ filling showed the greatest amount of bone fill inside a hole, followed by the group with autogenous bone filling, the group with blood and the group with $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ Filling in order. 5. When a membrane was inserted, regardless of the type of bone substitute used, a lesser amount of resorption occurred compared to when a membrane was not inserted. 6. The border between bone substitute and surrounding bone was the most indistinct with the group with autogenous bone filling, followed by the group with autogenous bone and $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ filling, the group with blood, and the group with $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ filling. 7. Three months after surgery, $Bio-Gide^{(R)}$ and $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ were distinguishable. Conclusion: The best results were obtained with the group with autogenous bone and $Bio-Oss^{(R)}$ filling used in conjunction with a membrane.
This paper describes the consevation treatment of eleven bigyeokjincheolloe bomb shells that were excavated from the Joseon-period local government office and fortress of Mujang-hyeon (present-day Mujang-myeon) in Gochang in 2018. It also provides information on the production method of the shells revealed through CT scanning, gamma-ray transmission imaging, and metallographic analysis. In preparation for the special exhibition "Bigyeokjincheolloe" at the Jinju National Museum in 2019 (July 16 to August 25), contaminants were removed from the shells and their surface was reinforced during the first phase of conservation treatment. Furthermore, the closures for the shells were identified for the first time. Regarding the production of the shells, the CT scanning and gamma-ray transmission imaging identified many blowholes in the interior of the body and the use of a chaplet on the side of one shell. The side of the body proved to be relatively thinner than the top and bottom. The traces of a hole for pouring molten metal into the center of the bottom indicates that molten metal was indeed emptied into the inverted body. In the metallographic analysis of two of the bodies and one lid, cementite and pearlite structures were identified on the body, indicating that it was made by casting. The presence of the ferrite structure with a partial distribution of the pearlite along with non-metallic inclusion in the lid suggested that the lid was made by forging.
Electron microscope radioautography introduced by Liquier-Milward (1956) is now used routinely in many laboratories. Most of the technical difficulties in specimen preparation have been overcome. This method is modified from loop method for improvement of EM radioautographic techniques. The advantages of this method are: 1. the use of single specimens on small corks and of a large wire loop, allows the experimenter to avoid the blemishes in the membrane; 2. the surfactant dioctyl sodium sulphosuccinate is added to diluted ILford L4, thus greatly prolonging the period of time over which good emulsion layers can be made; 3. corks can be handled in perspex holder which allows about 20 specimens to be developed simultaneously. The steps of the method comprise: 1. Cut ribbons of ultrathin sections of silver interference colour 2. Pick them up on formvar-coated 200 mesh grids 3. Prestaining of tissues 4. Coat the specimens with a thin layer of carbon by evaporation (30-60A) 5. Mount the specimens on corks (about 1cm apical diameter) using double-sided scotch tape 6. Emulsion coating; a. Take a 250m1 beaker, place it on the pan of a sliding weight balance and weigh it. Add 10 grams extra to the beam. Add pieces of ILford L4 emulsion to the beaker until the balance is swinging freely. Add the 20ml of distilled water that was previously measured out. b. Surfactant dioctyl sodium sulphosuccinate is added to diluted ILford L4. 7. Prepare a series of membranes of gelled emulsion with the wire loop and apply one to each cork-borne specimen. 8. Put the specimens away to expose by pushing the corks into short length of PVC tubing, each tube having a small hole in the side 9. Place the tubes in small boxes together with silica gel. 10. Exposure 11. Developer - Kodak Microdol X for 3 minutes 12. Fixer - A perspex holder can be manufactured which allows 20 specimens to be developed simultaneously. 12. Fixer - 30% sodium thiosulfate for 10 minutes 13. Examination with Siemens Elmiskop 1A electron microscope
SQL Injection techniques disclosed web hacking years passed, but these are classified the most dangerous attac ks. Recent web programming data for efficient storage and retrieval using a DBMS is essential. Mainly PHP, JSP, A SP, and scripting language used to interact with the DBMS. In this web environments application does not validate the client's invalid entry may cause abnormal SQL query. These unusual queries to bypass user authentication or da ta that is stored in the database can be exposed. SQL Injection vulnerability environment, an attacker can pass the web-based authentication using username and password and data stored in the database. Measures against SQL Inj ection on has been announced as a number of methods. But if you rely on any one method of many security hole ca n occur. The proposal of four levels leverage is composed with the source code, operational phases, database, server management side and the user input validation. This is a way to apply the measures in terms of why the accident preventive steps for creating a phased step-by-step response nodel, through the process of management measures, if applied, there is the possibility of SQL Injection attacks can be.
A new $\pi$-conjugated polymer, poly[(2-methoxy-(5-(2-(4-oxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole)-hexyloxy))-1,4-pheny1ene-1,2-etheny1ene-alt-(10-hexyl-3,7-phenothiazine )-1,2-ethenylene] (PTOXDPPV), was synthesized by the Heck coupling reaction. The electron transporting unit, conjugated 1,3,4-oxadiazo1e (OXD), is attached on the main chain via linear 1,6-hexamethylenedioxy chain. The band gap and photoluminescence (PL) maximum of PTOXDPPV are 2.35 eV and 565 nm, respectively. These values are very close to those of po1y[(2,5-didecyloxy-1,4-phenylene-1,2-etheny1ene )-alt-(l0-hexyl-3,7-phenothiazine)-1,2-ethenylene] (PTPPV), which does not have OXD pendant. The estimated HOMO energy level of PTOXDPPV was -4.98 eV, which is very close to that of PTPPV (-4.91 eV). The maximum wavelength of EL device based on PTOXDPPV and PTPPV appeared at 587 and 577 nm, respectively. In the PL and EL spectrum, the emission from OXD pendant was not observed. This indicates that the energy transfer from OXD pendants to main chain is occurred completely. The EL device based on PTOXD-PPV (ITO/PEDOT/PTOXDPPV/AI) has an efficiency of 0.033 cd/A, which is significantly higher than the device based on PTPPV (ITO/PEDOT/PTPPV/AI) ($4.28{\times}10^{-3}\;cd/A$). From the results, we confirm that the OXD pendants in PTOXDPPV facilitate hole-electron recombination processes in the emissive layer effectively.
The gas electron multiplier placed in the drift volume of conventional gas detectors, is a conceptually simple device for producing a large gas gain by concentrating the drift electric field over a very short distance to the point that electron avalanching occurs(〉 10$^4$ V/cm), greatly increasing the number of drifting electrons. This device consists of a thin insulating foil of several tens of urn in thickness. covered on each side with a thin metal layer(Cu), with tiny holes, usually 100 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ or less in diameter. and with a spacing of 100-200 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ through the entire foil. perforated by using chemical etching or high-powered laser beam technique In this study, we have investigated its operating properties with various experimental conditions, and demonstrated the possibility of using this device as a digital X-ray imaging sensor, by acquiring X-ray images based on the scintillation properties of the gas electron multiplier with standard CCD camera.
Objectives : To report the cases of forgotten needles found in the patients' bodies since Dong-guk University Ilsan Hospital opened, and arouse considerable attention to prevent recurrence. Methods : Oriental medical doctors in the hospital has applied acupuncture on patients' bodies in case of need, and the other staffs removed the needles after treatment. Results : All the patients in the cases had cerebrovascular disease with paralysis, aphasia, cognitive disorder and disturbance of consciousness as well as dysphagia requiring gastrotomy tube and dysfunction of respiration requiring tracheal cannula. The pathways the acupuncture needles were passing through are presumed to be transtracheal via the hole of tracheal cannula in two cases, and transgastrointestinal via mouth or the opening of gastrotomy tube. The needle was excreted with stool without any harm to the patient in the latter case, while the impact of the needles on the respiratory system or thorax of the patients in the former two cases is ambiguous. The hospital has taken some measures to prevent recurrence. Conclusions : There are not a few at high-risk of occurrence of forgotten needles that might induce medical problems among patients in oriental medical clinics or hospitals. Authors expect this report arouses all the people involved in the whole procedure of acupuncture treatment, including oriental medical doctors, nurses, nurse-assistants and caregivers considerable attentions to the possible occurrence and risk of forgotten needles.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to document the results of fixation with ethibond suture in akin osteotomy and its advantages. Materials and Methods: From May 2001 to January 2004, Akin osteotomy was performed in 218 patients. We reviewed 110 patients (114 feet) who were possible radiographic evaluation more than 6 months after operation. 110 feet had hallux valgus and 4 feet had hallux valgus interphalangeus. 105 patients were female and 5 were male. The average age was 43.8 years old (18 to 68 years old). The average follow up was 9 months (6 to 23 months). After performing the Akin osteotomy at 7 mm from the proximal articular surface of the proximal phalanx, one hole is made on either side of the osteotomy site with a K-wire. The passer was passed through the both holes and the ethibond was passed. And then, the ethibond was tied tightly. 2 sutures in 66 feet and 1 suture in 48 feet were made. Radiographic bone union at 6 months follow up was regarded as success and loss of the reduction, nonunion was regarded as failed. Results: In the radiographic evaluation, bony union were made at 6 months follow up in all feet. There was no difference between 2 sutures and 1 suture, and the knots were removed in 3 feet because of skin irritation. Conclusion: The fixation of the osteotomy site using suture material was an effective method in Akin osteotomy. The advantage of this procedure was unnecessity of the material removal.

This study is to understand the actual condition of design and material of peanut-shaped diaper with looking at the types and characteristics of baby cloth diapers and domestic peanut-shaped diapers registered in the Patent Office. Furthermore, it is to suggest the basic data for designing more functional and comfortable cloth diapers. Here are the research result on the actual condition of design and material of baby cloth diapers. Firstly, 11 cloth diapers registered in the Patent Office can be divided into panty-shaped and straight line-shaped diapers. There are 7 kinds of panty-shaped cloth diapers which satisfy both the convenience of a disposable diaper and sanitation of a cloth diaper, and 4 kinds of straight line-shaped cloth diapers that minimize the weaknesses of existing cloth diapers. Secondly, domestic peanut-shaped cloth diapers can be divided into peanut-shaped, inserted, winged, velcro-attached diapers. Among 23 kinds of peanut-shaped cloth diapers from 16 companies, there are 12 kinds of peanut-shaped diapers which consist of layers of cloth to make peanut shape. There are 6 kinds of inserted diapers that insert extra diapers or handkerchiefs in between two sheets of cloth diapers and 3 kinds of winged diapers designed to shorten drying time with sawing only one side of several layered sheets. Also, there are 2 kinds of velcro-attached diapers that are removable according to the amount of excreta. Commonly used materials are cotton woven of diamond jacquard and knit of diamond Hole Stitch or Plain Stitch. And for handing the edge of diaper, the method of wrapping up the edge with cotton woven or knit bias is used.

If an exterior computer wants to join the Grid/cloud computing platform for a while, all of the related firewalls' filtering rule should be immediately updated. As the platform of Internet application is gradually evolving into the Grid/Cloud environment, the R&D requirement for the dynamic traversing of the multiple firewalls by a single try is also increasing. In this paper, we introduce the new mechanism for the dynamic traversing of the multiple firewalls using the concept of the one-time master key that can dynamically unlock the tiers of firewalls simultaneously instead of the existed filtering rule based method like a lock management at each firewall. The proposed master keys are like one-time password, consisted of IP addresses, port numbers, and TCP's initial sequence numbers, and generated by end users not administrators. They're exchanged mutually in advance and used to make a hole at local-side firewalls for the other's packet incoming. Therefore, the proposed mechanism can function regardless of the number or type of firewalls.
