가격$\cdot$원가정보가 주어진 경우 배분적 성과를 측정하기 위한 DEA모형의 설계 (Measuring Allocntive Performance by using DEA Model when price and cost data are available)

  • 경영자가 가격이나 원가와 관련된 정확한 정보를 얻을 수 있다면 DEA모형을 이용하여 기술적 효율성 뿐 만 아니라 배분적 효율성과 관련된 분석이 가능해진다. 배분적 효율성을 분석하므로서 총체적 효율성을 기술적 효율성과 배분적 효율성으로 분해할 수 있고 이를 통해 보다 다양한 분석수단을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기본적 DEA 모형을 변형하여 배분효율성을 분석할 수 있는 DEA모형을 설계한다. 우선 예산선에 바탕을 둔 비용최소화 모형을 설계하고 이것을 다시 이익 극대화 모형으로 변환한 후 가산형의 DEA 모형으로 재설계한다. 가격정보가 주어진 경우 기술적 효율성의 범주를 벗어난 보다 다양한 형태의 효율성 분석이 가능해져 성과평가 및 그 결과의 해석 그리고 보다 현실성 있는 경영개선방안의 도출이 가능해진다.

  • ILD CMP process has been well accepted for the planarization of the dielectric oxide film and becomes a critical process in ULSI manufacturing due to the rapid shrinkage of the design rule for the device. In total manufacturing process steps for a device, the proportion of ILD CMP process has been gradually increased. Ever since ILD CMP has been introduced, the scratches have been a major defects on polished surfaces which cause the electrical shorts between vias or metal lines [1,2]. It was reported that micro-scratches are caused by large, irregularly shaped particles during CMP process. Therefore, most of the CMP users have used < 5 m POU filter to remove and reduce the scratch source from the slurry. However, the scratch has always been the biggest concern in ILD polishing whatever preventive actions are taken. Silica and ceria slurries are widely used for ILD CMP process. There are not much differences in generated scratches and their formation mechanism. In this study, the scratches were investigated as a function of polishing conditions with possible explanation on formation mechanism in ILD CMP.

The Observation of Intermetallic Compound Microstructure Under Sn Whisker in Lead-free Finish

  • Sn whiskers can grow from the pure Sn and high Sn-based finish and cause the electrical shorts and failures. Even with the wealth of information on whiskers, we have neither the clear understanding of whisker growth nor methods for its prevention. In this study, the whisker grain roots which connected with intermetallic layer were analyzed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). In the Sn-Cu plated leadframe (LF) that was stored at ambient condition for 540 days, filament-shaped whiskers were grown on the Sn-plated surface and ${\eta}'-Cu_6Sn_5$ precipitates were widely distributed along the grain boundaries at the Sn matrix. The measured of the lattice fringes at the ${\eta}'-Cu_6Sn_5$ was $4.71{\AA}$ at the coarse grain and $2.91{\AA}$ at the fine grain. The $Cu_3Sn$ which generates the tensile stresses was not observed. The formation of $Cu_6Sn_5$ precipitates and intermetallic layer were strongly related to whisker growth, but, the whisker growth tendency does not closely relate with the geometric morphology of irregularly grown intermetallic compound (lMC).

턴-오프 특성이 향상된 Shorted Anode 수평형 MOS 제어 다이리스터 (A shorted anode lateral MOS controlled thyristor with improved turn-off characteristics)

  • A new lateral MOS controlled thyristor, named Shorted Anode LMCT(SA-LMCT), is proposed and analyzed by a two-dimensional device simulation. The device structure employs the implanted n+ layer which shorts the p+ anode together by a common metal electrode and provides a electron conduction path during turn-off period. The turn-off is achieved by not only diverting the hole current through the p+ cathode short but also providing the electron conduction path from the n-base into the n+ anode electrode. In addition, the modified shorted anode LMCT, which has an n+ short junction located inside the p+ anode junction, is also presented. It is shown that the modified SA-LMCT enjoys the advantage of no snap-back behavior in the forward characteristics with little sacrificing of the forward voltage drop. The simulation result shows that the turn-off times of SA-LMCT can be reduced by one-forth and the maximum controllable current density may be increased by 45 times at the expense of 0.34 V forward voltage drop as compared with conventional LMCT. 원전 노출 화재시 케이블 기능상실 온도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cable Functional Failure Temperature by Exposed Fire in Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The fire event occurred in fire proof zone often causes serious electrical problems such as shorts, ground faults, or open circuits in nuclear power plants. These would be directed to the loss of safe shutdown capabilities performed by safety related systems and equipments The fire event can treat the basic design principle that safety systems should keep their functions with redundancy and independency. In case of a cable fire, operators can not perform their mission properly and can misjudge the situation because of spurious operation, wrong indication or instrument. These would deteriorate the plant capabilities of safety shutdown and make disastrous conditions. In this paper, the cables of the representative nuclear power plant in korea is selected and the cable functional failure temperature by exposed fire using Cable Response to Live Fire(CAROLFIRE) is studied. It is expected that the results are very useful to know the cable failure temperature by exposed fire. We confirmed the safety and integrity of the cable by exposed fire and those results will use the based data of cable exposed fire characteristics.

결합 선로를 이용한 브랜치 선로 방향성 결합기 (Branch line directional coupler with coupled lines)

  • 방향성 결합기는 RF 및 마이크로파 대역에서 신호를 분배하거나 감시하는 데 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 선로로 구현한 결합선로를 이용한 새로운 구조의 브랜치 선로 방향성 결합기를 제안하였다. 브랜치 선로 방향성 결합기는 결합도가 낮아지면 병렬로 연결된 선로의 특성 임피던스가 높아서 마이크로스트립 선로로 구현하기 어려워진다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 단락된 평형 결합 선로를 이용하여 높은 특성 임피던스를 구현하였다. 제안한 브랜치 선로 방향성 결합기의 시뮬레이션 결과 및 제작하여 측정한 결과를 보였다. 제작한 10 dB 브랜치 선로 방향성 결합기는 10% 대역폭에서 반사 손실이 30 dB 이상, 8% 대역폭에서 고립도 35 dB 이상인 결과를 보였다.

765kV 변전소 지진계측시스템 구축과 관측자료 예비분석 (765kV Substations Earthquake Monitoring System and Preliminary Data Analysis)

  • Facilities of 76skV Substation(S/S) play an important role in electric power supply grids. Various power facilities of 765kV S/S might be damaged enormously if a strong earthquake occurs. In an effort to mitigate possible earthquake disasters, KEPRI (Korea Electric Power Research Institute) set forth plans to verify seismic safety of the facilities of 765kV S/S. To accomplish the task, an earthquake monitoring systems is constructed at four 765kV S/S sites(Shin-AnSung, Shin-TaeBaek, Shin-SeoSan and Shin-GaPyung). Data from these earthquake monitoring stations are being transmitted via satellite communication. Currently, KEPRI is operating an earthquake monitoring system in freefield of Shin-SeoSan S/S (NSS) tentatively, Also, the data from NSS is preliminarily analyzed using the horizontal to vertical (H/V) spectrum ratio method. The method of H/V spectrum ratio has been used to infer site amplification without previous knowledge of near surface geology. The results of data analysis shorts good S/N ratio and amplification of 20-25 Hz by site effect. In the near future, the accumulated data is expected to provide a basis for assessing and predicting any damages to integrity of 765kV S/S facilities by earthquakes.

  • It has been long time since the local small-and-medium cities had lost their vitality due to the progress of aging, economic decline in urban areas, the lack of new growth engines, and the declining population in korea. In addition, since the implementation of the local self-governing system, the creation of new urban areas and the transfer of the administrative institutions to the outskirts of a city have accelerated the decline of old downtown. Rather, local small-and-medium cities would have a problem to make urban regeneration impossible. Under the recognition of such problems, individual self-governing entities have come up with numerous policies and implemented various policies for the revitalization of local small-and-medium cities, but it is a condition that the effect of their efforts falls shorts of expectations, such as the space of the similar style, which has been widespread in developed countries, simple restoration, and a few structural changes. In this regard, the part to be realized anew is to enhance the attractiveness of small-and-medium cities. However, is not possible to raise the overall attractiveness in a short time in reality. To select local assets to be utilized in urban regeneration, it is judged that gathering opinions of local residents is more important than any other thing. Accordingly, this study intends to present positive outcome for the purpose of the revitalization of local small-and-medium cities by finding the factors which can remind us of the collective memory of Jinju city and selection the critical factors to determine a detailed project plan from the perspective of urban regeneration.

플라즈마 디스플레이의 공간전하 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Space Charge for the Plasma Display)

  • 플라즈마 디스플레이의 구동원리를 해석하기 위하여 공간전하가 방전특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 프라이밍(priming) 방전에 의해 발생된 공간전하는 다음 방전의 방전지연시간을 단축시켜 응답속도를 빠르게 한다. 이러한 영향은 프라이밍 방전 이후 30[$\mu\textrm{s}$] 정도까지 유효하다. 이 공간전하는 프라이밍 셀 인근의 방전개시전압 을 저하시키고 바로 옆의 셀의 방전에 가장 크게 그 영향을 미친다. 그리고 방전 펄스 폭이 좁을수록 방전개시전압 강하 폭이 커지므로 공간전하에 대한 의존도가 강하다. 그러나 펄스 폭 1[$\mu\textrm{s}$] 이상에서는 공간전하에 대한 영향이 매우 미약하게 관측되었다. 그러므로 인접한 방전의 공간전하에 대해 영향을 받지 않고 안정적인 방전이 일어나기 위해서 최소한 펄스 폭이 1[$\mu\textrm{s}$] 이상 되어야 함을 알았다.

전통복식을 응용한 게임 캐릭터 의상 디자인 개발: 테일즈런너의 '흥부와 놀부1' 게임을 중심으로 (Using Traditional Costumes in the Design of Game Character Clothing for 'Heungbu and Nolbu 1' Series of On-line Game Tales Runner)

  • 'Heongbu and Nolbu 1' is a series of the on-line game 'Tales Runner.' It is based on a traditional Korean fairy tale. However, the game characters in Heongbu and Nolbu 1 wear casual clothes even though the game is set in the Joseon Dynasty. Therefore, this paper presents proposed game characters clothes based on traditional Korean costumes from the Joseon Dynasty. This work should help inspire gamers and game designers with the beauty of Korean traditional costumes and familiarize them with an aspect of Korean people's identity. A literature review of online games and game characters was carried out, and game characters' clothes were analyzed. The design motifs of historical relics of the Joseon era were evaluated. Three styles, one traditional and two "fusion" styles integrating traditional and modern elements were proposed for each of the 4 characters: Chowon, Ruff, Bada and Abell. The chulrik and jurip were used as design motifs for Chowon. A traditional chulrik, short chulriks and pants are suggested. Second, the dongari and jeonrip were used as design motifs for Ruff. A traditional dongdari, sapok pants, deck pants and a vest are suggested. Third, the jeogori and chima were used as design motifs for Bada. A traditional female hanbok, arm warmers, short-sleeved jeogori and dress are suggested. Fourth, the dang-ui and daeran-chima were used as design motifs for Abell. A traditional dang-ui and daeran-chima, blouse, skirt, jumper and tight Bermuda shorts are suggested. The length, shape and color were converted into new styles, but some traditional elements such as the git and goreum were retained.
