  • This study examined the building envelope structure used in small housings near urban area which have not good energy source in relation to the application of passive design for energy saving of small-sized architectural design firms in local cities and aimed to provide the basic materials of future design direction of designers and housing owners by analyzing economy of a project in order to know the amount of energy saving and additional expenses depending on the building envelope pattern. As a result of comparing and examining the energy saving cost from the period of use compared to investment by the thickness of insulating materials based on building envelope pattern for energy saving, it was found that the thicker the insulating materials are, the more energy saving amount is. While the current bead-type insulating materials have short payback period due to low initial investment, extruded insulating materials show the difference of five years compared to bead-type insulation because of its high initial investment.

Health Behavior after A Multiprofessional Intervention and Training for Ongoing Volunteer-Based Community Health Programme Intervention in the North-East of Thailand: What Changed and What not?

  • This qualitative research within the project entitled "Multiprofessional Intervention and training for Ongoing Volunteer-based Community Health Programs in the Northeast of Thailand (MITV-NET)" was aimed at explaining changes of health behavior of community people in the Northeast after the intervention. The participants comprised 15 community volunteers and 27 villagers. Data were collected by indepth interview, focus group discussion, participation and non-participation observation, and note taking. Analyses were conducted in parallel with data collection, through content and comparative analysis. It was found that the health behavior fell into 2 categories: easy-to-change. The former involved fun activities joined by community people that improved their health or made them recover from illnesses after a short period without becoming addicted. These activities could be done by themselves, for example, exercising and cooking. The difficult-to-change health behavior is habitual, for example, chewing betel nuts or eating uncooked food. The following factors were found affecting behavioral changes: 1) underlying disease; 2) enjoyment in doing activities; 3) habitual behaviour; 4) improved health in a short period; 5) ability of community leaders and volunteers; and 6) community health-supporting resources. It is suggested that improving people's health requires cooperation of community people through fun activities and some initial external support. People who persist in bad habits should be encouraged to stop by showing them health deteriorating effects.

중국의 퇴경환림 사업(退耕還林事業) 및 보상제도에 대한 고찰 (A Study of the Development of Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Policy and its Compensation System Change of China)

  • The Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project in China is similar to the 'The 10-year National Greening Project' of Korea, and is one of the great strategic policies that started in order to develop the people, resources and the environment by the central government of China. Using the ecosystem recovery as the slogan, The Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project of China has a long history of 70 years, but the accomplishments has been insignificant when compared to the long history. The Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project was not a trend due to the societal and economical issues of China, but with the increasing interest on the environmental protection in the late 1990s the extent of the ecosystem is gradually increasing. The most difficult, yet most important matter of the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project, is that it must consider the ecosystem with the economy. The farmers want financial gains in a short term, and the government aims is gaining cost-benefit over a long period which is why a rational the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project of the central government in China is most important. In order for the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project of China to develop further in the future, the standardization and distinction of the economic compensation policy is most urgent. Other than this, a new policy and the government interest on the livelihood of the farmers after the completion of the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project are needed, and there must be a clear and fair policy enactment environment so that the opinions of the farmers can influence the policy in the policy enactments.

유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기술을 활용한 무인감시체계 연구 (A study on unmanned watch system using ubiquitous sensor network technology)

  • "Ubiquitous sensor network" definition is this-Someone attaches electro-magnetic tag everything which needs communication between man to man, man to material and material to material(Ubiquitous). By using attached every electro-magnetic tag, someone detects it's native information as well as environmental information such as temperature, humidity, pollution and infiltration information(Sensor). someone connects it realtime network and manage generated information(Network). 21st century's war is joint combined operation connecting with ground, sea and air smoothly in digitalized war field, and is systematic war provided realtime information from sensor to shooter. So, it needs dramatic development on watch reconnaissance, command and control, pinpoint strike etc. Ubiquitous computing and network technologies are essential in national defense to operate 21st century style war. It is possible to use many parts such as USN combined smart dust and sensor network to protect friend unit as well as to watch enemy's deep area by unmanned reconnaissance, wearable computer upgrading soldier's operational ability and combat power dramatically, RFID which can be used material management as well as on time support. Especially, unmanned watch system using USN is core part to transit network centric military service and to get national defense efficiency which overcome the dilemma of national defense person resource reducing, and upgrade guard quality level, and improve combat power by normalizing guardian's bio rhythm. According to the test result of sensor network unmanned watch system, it needs more effort and time to stabilize because of low USN technology maturity and using maturity. In the future, USN unmanned watch system project must be decided the application scope such as application area and starting point by evaluating technology maturity and using maturity. And when you decide application scope, you must consider not only short period goal as cost reduction, soldier decrease and guard power upgrade but also long period goal as advanced defense ability strength. You must build basic infra in advance such as light cable network, frequency allocation and power facility etc. First of all, it must get budget guarantee and driving force for USN unmanned watch system project related to defense policy. You must forwarded the USN project assuming posses of operation skill as procedure, system, standard, training in advance. Operational skill posses is come from step by step application strategy such as test phase, introduction phase, spread phase, stabilization phase and also repeated test application taking example project.

소규모 조직을 위한 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 기반의 결함 관리 프로세스 (A Defect Management Process based on Open Source Software for Small Organizations)

  • 고품질의 소프트웨어를 만들기 위해서는 발생하는 결함을 발견하고 해결해야 한다. 결함 관리 작업의 소홀함은 후에 재작업을 요구하게 되고, 결국 납기 지연 등 프로젝트 실패로 이어질 수 있다. 그러므로 조직들은 결함 관리 프로세스를 정립하고 내재화해야 한다. 관련 표준 모델들은 결함 관리 프로세스를 프로젝트 모니터링 및 제어 영역에서 다루고 있다. 하지만, 소규모 조직에서는 표준 문서 기반의 프로세스 구현에 어려움을 느끼고, 적용하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 소규모 프로젝트 참여 인원과 기간에 적합한 결함 관리 프로세스와 체계적인 지원을 위한 Redmine과 Subversion, Maven, Jenkins 등의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 기반의 SW Visualization 구축 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 결함 데이터 베이스 구축과 이를 기반으로 결함 데이터 분석 및 제어 활동을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 프로세스와 Tool Chain을 중소기업에 적용하여 그 효율성을 입증하였다.

중소기업과 대학 간의 산학 공동기술개발 성과의 결정요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on Determinant Factors of the Joint Technology Development Project Performance between SMEs and Universities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업과 대학 간의 공동기술개발 과제의 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 밝히는 것이다. 산학 간 공동연구에 대한 기존 문헌을 분석한 결과 과제성과에 미치는 주요 결정요인은 동반자특성, 관리특성, 관계특성으로 구분할 수 있었다. 성과변수로는 협력 결과에 대한 만족도, 협력 관계 지속성, 기술과 제품 활용을 선택하였는데 이는 분석대상 과제가 중소기업과 대학 간의 공동과제이며 소규모이고 단기임을 고려한 것이다. 연구에 필요한 자료는 2009년 중소기업청에서 주관한 산학연 공동기술개발사업에서 지원된 1,082개 과제를 모집단으로 하고 우편설문 조사를 통해 수집하였다. 회수된 설문지는 기업체 200개, 대학 305개였다. 이중에서 동일 과제에 대하여 기업과 대학이 함께 응답한 것은 55개였다. 자료 분석은 다중회귀분석 방법을 통해 중소기업과 대학의 설문응답을 각각 개별적으로 검증하였고, 또한 동일 과제에 대하여 함께 응답한 결과를 결합하여 분석하였다. 기업을 대상으로 한 분석 결과는 인력전문성, 시설과 장비, 커뮤니케이션, 전략적 중요도, 신뢰가 주요 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 대학 측의 성과에는 협력경험, 목표설정 명확성, 전략적 중요도, 신뢰, 커미트먼트가 영향요인으로 나타났다. 동일 과제에 대한 중소기업과 대학의 설문 결과를 결합하여 분석한 결과는 연구시설장비, 과제관리 충실성, 커미트먼트가 영향요인으로 나타났다.

Lespedeza속(屬)의 종자저장기간별(種子貯藏期間別) 발아시험(發芽試驗) (The Effect of Different Periods of Seed Storage on Germination of Genus Lespedeza)

  • 싸리류(類)의 종자저장기간별(種子貯藏期間別) 발아촉진처리별(發芽促進處理別) 발아율(發芽率)과 발아경과일수(發芽經過日數)를 조사(調査)하였든바 종자저장기간(種子貯藏期間) 40개월(個月)은 발아율(發芽率)이 30% 내외(內外)로 저조(低調)하였고 저장기간(貯藏期間) 28개월(個月)까지는 발아력(發芽力)에 큰 지장(支障)이 없었으며 발아촉진처리방법(發芽促進處理方法)으로는 80% 농류산(濃硫酸)에 3분처리(分處理) 및 과실중(果實中) 과피제거방법(果皮除去方法)이 가장 좋았다. 이들 처리(處理)가 타처리(他處理)에 비(比)하여 일주정도(一週程度) 빨리 발아율(發芽率)이 절정(絶頂)에 도달(到達)하였으며 종자저장기간(種子貯藏期間)이 단기(短期)인 것이 장기(長期)인 것에 비(比)하여 단시일내(短時日內)에 발아율(發芽率)이 절정(絶頂)에 도달(到達)하였다.

전후 재일잡지미디어 지형과 재일사회 -1959년까지의 태동기를 중심으로- (Post-War Zainichi Magazines in Japan and Zainichi Society -Focusing on the Quickening Period until 1959-)

  • This paper summarizes the genealogy of post-war Zainichi magazines in Japan until 1959 and examines their meaning in the context of magazine history in Japan. The purpose of this paper is to prepare the framework to view characteristics of Zainichi magazines in Japan after the war until the present from a continuous and comprehensive perspective. Zainichi, who were left behind in Japan after the war began to project diverse aspects of their lives onto magazines. Despite the poor publishing environment, censorship of GHQ, shortage of writers and financial limitations, the Zainichi society did not give up the public sphere of magazines. The confusion in this time period acted as an element to expose limitations of Zainichi magazines in Japan. Most of magazines published in 1940s and 50s had to focus on political propaganda within the political frame, and many of such magazines were only published for a short term. In other words, it is ambiguous to define the majority of them as 'magazines' and a considerable number of them cannot even confirm the existence, making it difficult to examine the whole picture of magazines from this period. However, recently excavated materials indicate that most of Zainichi magazines in Japan attempted to reflect the reality of the Zainichi society in various ways, though they were confined in the political frame. The process in which language of magazines was changed from Korean language to Japanese and then again to Korean language suggests that Zainichi magazines in Japan tried to consistently express their existence in 'ethnicity,' 'homeland' and beyond, mediated by 'politics' and 'culture.' Moreover, the experience of seeking for the possibility of Zainichi culture in Japan from the flow of cultural movements in Japan during 1950s is an experience of seeking for a popular 'expression' that overcomes the political conflict of homeland. This reveals the diversity the Zainichi society to occur afterwards. A more precise study on individual magazines published during this period would be necessary in the future.

병영 시설물 수선유지비용 예산대비 실투입 비교에 관한 연구 - BTL사업 중심으로 - (Comparison of Predicted Maintenance Costs and Actual Maintenance Cost of Military Facilities - Focused on BTL Project -)

  • 국방부는 노후 된 병영생활관 현대화 개선을 추진하여 고시된 75개 사업 중 60개 사업이 운영 중에 있다. 따라서 과거에는 데이터 조사 분석이 어려움이 많았으나 현재는 민간 운영사로부터 정보를 파악하고 분석할 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 시설물의 사용성을 높이기 위하여 병영시설물의 3~5년 수선유지비의 예산과 사용 데이터를 조사 및 분석하여 문제점을 도출하여 수선유지비에 대하여 합리적인 대안을 제시하는 목적으로 하였다. 이에 맞게 이론적 고찰 및 선행 연구, 수선유지비에 대한 법적인 근거, 국방부 병영시설 BTL사업의 수선유지비 예측 비용과 사용 데이터를 분석하였다. 도출된 문제점으로는 첫째는 소모품, 없는 항목, 누락 항목에 대하여 예산을 추가로 확보하는 개선방안을 제시 하였다. 둘째는 평균으로 분할하는 지급에 대하여서는 3~5년 운영기간에는 축소하여 지급하는 개선방안과 장기수선계획 수립기준으로는 예산이 없거나 작게 지급되어 3~5년 운영기간에는 예산을 추가 또는 보완하여 지급하는 개선방안을 제시하였다. 향후 병영시설의 운영기간과 실적 데이터가 추가로 확보가 가능한 시점에 수선유지비 효율적 연구는 보완되어야 한다. 본 연구는 향후 국방부 병영시설 건설에 대하여 사업비를 합리적으로 유도하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

중앙난방방식을 지역난방.소형열병합난방방식으로 전환시의 경제성 비교 분석 (Analysis for the Economic efficiency of District Heating and Gas Engine Co-generation System comparing with Central Heating System)

  • This study was conducted to calculate the LCC of a apartment complex with a type of heating system, district heating and cogeneration system. For the purpose of analyzing LCC according to size of apartment complex, 500, 1,500 and 4,000 houses of model apartment selected. This research performs design of heating system and the life cycle cost analysis including an initial cost, energy cost, maintenance and operation cost, replacement cost and renovation cost during the project period(15years). According to the calculated results, 1) Initial cost of cogeneration system with 500, 1500 and 4000 houses is higher than district heating system each of 20%, 13%, 12%. 2) In case of cogeneration system, the payback period by electric generation is 5.21, 4.92 and 4.47 years and saving cost was calculated 29 billion won, 94 billion won and 262 billion won after payback period. 3) Cogeneration system LCC was 1.12, 1.07 and 1.06 times larger than district system with the size of apartment complex. According to the case of this study district heating system is more efficient than cogeneration system in terms of the reduction of LCC. 4) Gas Engine Co-generation System is more efficient than other systems because it can collect progressive part from electric charge progressive stage system. However, the efficiency is decreasing because of raising of fuel bills(LNG) and lowering of power rate for house use. Especially the engine is foreign-made so the cost of maintenance and repair is high and the technical expert is short. 5) District heating is also affected by fuel bills so we should improve energy efficiency through recovering of waste heat(incineration heat, etc.). Also, we should supply district cooling on the pattern of heat using of let the temperature high in winter and low in summer.
