Effects of Mobile Social-Commerce Shopping Mall Attributes and Business Characteristics on the Shopping Satisfaction and Shopping Mall Loyalty: Focusing on Purchasers of Fashion Clothing (모바일 소셜커머스 쇼핑몰 속성과 업체 특성이 쇼핑 만족도와 쇼핑몰 충성도에 미치는 영향: 패션의류 구매 경험자를 중심으로)

  • The objectives of this study are to understand the factors composing the attributes of mobile social-commerce shopping mall and the characteristics of shopping mall business, and also to verify the effects of those attributes on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. The respondents participating in this study are the consumers who have experiences in purchasing fashion clothing in mobile social-commerce shopping mall within the last one year. The results of this study are as follows. First, the personally-customized service and convenience of shopping mall had positive effects on the social-commerce shopping satisfaction. Second, the personally-customized service and diversity of products had positive effects on the shopping mall loyalty. Third, the reputation of shopping mall of the characteristics of social-commerce shopping mall business had positive effects on the shopping satisfaction and shopping mall loyalty. This study above could provide the important implications for the establishment of marketing strategies for vitalizing the fashion clothing market of social-commerce shopping mall.

  • We are going to make clear three things through the examination of the subject of this study. The first thing is to verify whether perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which determine the loyalty of a shopping mall. The second Is to find out the effect of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using internet shopping mall on shopping mall's loyalty through variable intermediation of trust and satisfaction. The third is to emphasize the importance of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using a shopping mall web sites and carrying out a through analyzing path that usefulness and ease of use are intermediated by trust and satisfaction to loyalty. We made a poll to people who had ever used internet shopping mall and got Information. The results are below. The easer internet shopping mail users feel when using shopping mall sites, the more they feel them useful. Perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which are major preceding factors of Internet shopping mall loyalty. The perceived ease of use, trust, and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived ease of use and shopping mall's loyally while users are accepting internet shopping mali. And trust and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived usefulness and shopping mall's loyalty. These results show that the degree of usefulness and feeling easiness in using shopping mall of users should be considered seriously. The only easiness of shopping mall doesn't create shopping mail's loyalty, but, It's created when users acknowledge the usefulness, trust, and satisfy.

Effects of Cosmetics Shopping Mall Attributes on Revisit Intentions of Total Mall and Specialty Mall at Internet (인터넷쇼핑몰 유형별 쇼핑몰속성이 화장품 쇼핑몰 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Cosmetics retailers would benefit from studies that examine which shopping-mall attributes can be manipulated to favorably affect consumer satisfaction and revisit intention at Internet. The purposes of this study were (1) to examine the dimensionality of shopping-mall attribute for cosmetics retailers, (2) to determine which dimensions of shopping-mall attribute were significant predictors of consumer satisfaction and revisit intention and (3) to find out the moderating effect of consumer satisfaction through shopping-mall attributes on revisit intention to buy cosmetics across the types of shopping-mall at Internet (i.e., total mall and specialty mall). Data were collected from 209 online cosmetic shoppers among high school girls. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of shopping-mall attributes at Internet, such as Convenience, Price, Loading speed, Sales promotion, and Service. Only two dimensions(i.e., convenience and service) were significant predictors of online shopper satisfaction in both total mall and specialty mall. The moderating effect of consumer satisfaction on revisit intention was significant in both two mall types at Internet. For total mall, price was a significant predictor through consumer satisfaction on revisit intention, while loading speed was a significant predictor directly on revisit intention for specialty mall. In light of the major findings, this study sets forth strategic implications for consumer satisfaction and revisit intention to buy cosmetics in the setting of electronic commerce.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among Shopping Orientation, Shopping-mall characteristics, Consumer Satisfaction, and Loyalty in online market. Data were collected from 405 adult women and analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test using by SPSS 12.0. The results showed that recreation shoppers to buy the cosmetics in online market, were more likely to perceive the shopping mall characteristics, information, check-out convenience, and product price of shopping mall than the other shoppers. Both brand oriented shoppers and economic oriented shoppers were more likely to perceive information offered at newsletters and e-mail of Internet shopping mall. Additionally, the more active shoppers were the more satisfied and the greater loyalty at online shopping mall of cosmetics. Implications are drawn for the information useful marketer and retailers of the online shopping mall of cosmetics.

  • This study investigated the differences in the effects of the perception of the internet fashion shopping mall characteristics on satisfaction and loyalty of internet fashion shopping mall between Korean and American college students. Questionnaires were administered to 251 Korean and 221 American college students. The results were as follows. First, service and product diversity had significant effects on satisfaction of internet fashion shopping mall in both group, while convenience had a significant impact on satisfaction of internet fashion shopping mall in American group. Second, service, product diversity, and promotion had significant influences on repurchase intention of internet fashion shopping mall in Korean consumer group, while service and reliability, product diversity, and convenience had significant effects on repurchase intention of internet fashion shopping mall in American consumer group. Third, service had a significant effect on recommendation intention in Korean group, while service and reliability and product diversity had significant influences on recommendation intention in American group.

  • The purpose of this study were to empirically examine the effect of dimension of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship(customer satisfaction) and Relationship of between Future Intention. This study first extracted environment, general interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, personalized interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, interaction between customers and outcome from service quality of internet shopping mall. Then established study model and hypotheses through the review of the effect of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship. and the effect of customer relationship quality on future intention. The results were as follows: At among of the six hypotheses, four hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected First, for the relationship between dimensions of service quality of internet shopping mall and Customers satisfaction, only the environment had not significant influence on Customers satisfaction, other dimensions had significant positive influence on satisfaction. second, for the relationship between quality factors of customer relationship and future intention, only Customers satisfaction had not significant influence on future intention.

  • In this study, there are two research objectives. First, we identified the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. Second, we tried to analyze the mediating effects of the customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase. Based on past research and theoretical discussions, we developed a research model in terms of service quality and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. In order to verify our research model, we analyzed 492 survey data of consumers who had experiences in the Internet shopping mall in China. We found that sub-factors of the service quality in the Internet shopping mall have positive effects on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the survey data analysis. Among the five factors of service quality in the Internet shopping mall, except assurance, the positive effects of tangibility, responsiveness, empathy and reliability on repurchase intention are statistically significant. In addition, we found mediating effects of customer satisfaction in the Internet shopping mall on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning internet marketing. The areas of study interest are, the characteristics of on-line shopping mall and the consumer shopping propensity. To do this, a 24-item Internet shopping mall characteristics and a 13-item consumer shopping propensity variables were developed to collect data from the 230 samples. The sample population composed mainly of, the college students and business man who had recent on-line shopping experiences on apparel goods. The 4-item satisfaction measure was used as the dependent variable. Also, a 11-item perceived shopping value measure was developed and measured to explore the mediating effect in the path between the endogenous and exogenous variables. Findings indicate that the characteristics of Internet shopping mall significantly contribute to the utilitarian shopping values, while the consumer shopping propensity contributes to the utilitarian and hedonic shopping values. In addition, the characteristics of internet shopping mall, the consumer shopping propensity, and shopping values are the good indicators for the consumer satisfaction.

  • The objective of this study is to verify the effects of shopping tendencies and information search on the shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention of fashion clothing consumers at this point in time when the mobile shopping has been routinized. To verify this, this study selected male and female university students with experiences in purchasing fashion clothing in mobile shopping mall within the last one year as its samples. For the verification of hypotheses, the factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, the shopping tendencies of consumers who had experiences in mobile shopping included the economic shopping tendency, entertaining shopping tendency, convenient shopping tendency, and trend-pursuit shopping tendency. Second, the convenient shopping tendency, entertaining shopping tendency, and economic shopping tendency of consumers' mobile shopping tendencies had positive effects on the mobile shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention. Third, the information search for purchasing fashion clothing in mobile shopping mall had positive effects on the shopping mall satisfaction and repurchase intention.

Impacts of Fashion Products Attributes and Mobile Shopping Mall Attributes on Impulse Buying Behavior and Satisfaction in Mobile Fashion Shopping Mall (모바일 패션 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 속성과 모바일 쇼핑몰 속성이 충동구매 행동 및 만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the impact of fashion product attributes and mobile shopping mall attributes on impulse buying behavior and mobile shopping satisfaction. The findings provide new information to marketers on marketing strategy for mobile shopping malls. We obtained 283 usable questionnaires from college students. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis using SPSS for Window 21.0 and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis by AMOS 21.0. The results were as follows. The utility of fashion products attributes had the greatest impact on impulse buying behavior when buying fashion products in a mobile mall. Utility had a negative effect on impulsive buying behavior and exhibitionistic had a positive effect on impulsive buying behavior. Next, continuous management of mobile shopping mall attributes influenced impulse buying behavior. In addition, impulse buying behavior showed that the positive effect on satisfaction. Fashion product attributes had a greater impact on impulsive buying behavior than mobile mall properties when buying fashion products in the mobile mall; in addition, impulse buying facilitated customer satisfaction.
