This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.

This paper deals with a supplier-managed inventory(SMI) control for a two-echelon supply chain model with a service facility and a single supplier. The service facility is allocated to customers and provides a service using items of inventory that are purchased from the supplier, Assuming that the supplier knows the information of customer queue length as well as inventory position in the service facility at the time when it makes a replenishment decision, we identify an optimal replenishment policy which minimizes the total supply chain costs by reflecting these information into the replenishment decision. Numerical analysis demonstrates that the SMI strategy can be more cost-effective when the information of both customer queue length and inventory position is shared than when the information of inventory position only is shared.
Public Shared Service Centers (PSSC) consolidate functions such as human resources, information technology, financial management or accounting into one office to serve an organization. A prominent example from the United States is the Federal Information Technology Shared Services Strategy. It supports mission, administrative, and infrastructure-related IT functions through providing organizations in the Executive Branch of the Federal Government (Federal Agencies) with policy guidance on the full range and lifecycle of intra- and inter-agency information technology (IT) shared services. This study looks at the Federal Information Technology Shared Services Strategy in order to draw lessons for fostering collaborative government through the use of PSSC. It finds the following factors are critical for success when implementing IT shared services: (1) agency leadership must be solidly behind their IT shared service plan, or the needed changes will not happen at the business unit, program, or system levels; (2) there must be a move away from internally-centered, program-specific thinking, and a move toward a paradigm of consuming and providing IT shared services with multiple groups whenever possible; and (3) successfully managing "loss of control" issues is central, and optimizing business processes is essential to move from stove-piped workflows to processes that work across the agency enterprise and beyond. Therefore, the study suggests that a Korean model of PSSC implementation be introduced, and that good IT Governance is a crucial component of PSSC strategies.

When the bandwidth resources in a packet-switched network are shared among sessions by MAX-MIN flow control each session is required to transmit its data into the network subject to the MAX-MIN fair rate which is solely determined by network loadings. This passive behavior of sessions if fact can cause seri-ous QoS(Quality of Service) degradation particularly for real-time multimedia sessions such as video since the rate allocated by the network can mismatch with what is demanded by each session for its QoS. In order to alleviate this problem we extend the concept of MAX-MIN fair bandwidth allocations as follows: Individual bandwidth demands are guaranteed if the network can accommodate them and only the residual network band-width is shared in the MAX-MIN fair sense. On the other hand if sum of the individual bandwidth demands exceeds the network capacity the shortage of the bandwidth is shared by all the sessions by reducing each bandwidth guarantee by the MAX-MIN fair division of the shortage. we present a novel flow control algorithm to achieve this extended MAX-MIN fairness and show that this algorithm can be implemented by the existing ATM ABR service protocol with minor changes. We not only analyze the steady state asymptotic stability and convergence rate of the algorithm by appealing to control theories but also verify its practical performance through simulations in a variety of network scenarios.
The purpose of the study is to investigate how customer reward programs that are provided strategically to develop customer favors are assessed by customers, if they affect customer loyalty and what effect using membership card(how many possess and use it) takes. The findings from the study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, customer loyalty showed high when shared value and convenient value are felt for preference and referring effect and when shared value and allied value were felt for revisit. Secondly, when the number of cards in possession was a lot, high customer loyalty existed. Thirdly, when the number of cards in use was a lot, the customer loyalty was high. The customer's awareness of values, e.g. economic, shared, use, convenience and allied values, put a very meaningful positive effect on loyalty, i.e. preference, referring effect and revisit. The more the number of food service provider's' membership cards in use and in possession was, the higher customer loyalty was. This implies that continued development of business partners and quality control are critical for various benefits and shared value of the customer reward pro-grams and service upgrade.
Downlink Shared Channel (OSCH) is used for high-speed packet service transmission in WCOMA. The power-controlled performances of the OSCH are studied through simulation works. Under various channel conditions and mobile speeds, the simulation results show that current power control scheme in WCDMA, especially for the OSCH power control, has some problems. In this paper, cause of problems is revealed. Also, the quantitative result related to the OSCH power control problem is analyzed.

As social network service(SNS) has grown rapidly, the variety information being shared through SNS. However, the privacy of individuals can be violated due to the shared information through a SNS or the post written in the past at the SNS. Although, many researches concerned about it, they did not suggest key management and access control especially. In this paper, we propose the method for the protection of the message in SNS using access control and hash-chain.
Objective: This paper discusses how service design is related to two well-known disciplines, interaction design and cognitive systems engineering, which are applied to the design of software, websites and mobile phones, and the design of control room of nuclear power plants and cockpit control, respectively. Background: Service design has been spotlighted recently due to its promisingness to service industry. Successful cases of service design are widely shared among designers. Service design, however, is treated as practice rather than a discipline. Method: It was discussed that it is important to consider the interaction between customers and services as in interaction design, and some domains are complex enough and have functional limitation as in cognitive systems engineering. Results: Models and design tools of the disciplines are introduced and applied to service design practices. Conclusion: It was concluded that service design has the characteristics of both interaction design and cognitive systems engineering.
Multicast Protocol for multimedia service on the Internet can be classified into two types, e.g., source based tree and shared tree according to difference of tree construction method. Shared tree based multicast is known to show outstanding results in the aspect of scalability than source based tree. Generally, There have been lots of researches on the method to satisfy QoS constraints through proper Rendezvous Point (RP) in the shared tree. In addition, as the multicast group members join and leave dynamically in the service time, RP of the shared tree should b be reselected for guranteeing Qos to new member, But, RP reselection method has not been considered generally as the solution to satisfy QoS C constraints. In this paper, new initial RP selection and RP reselection method are proposed, which utilize RTCP (Real Time Control Protocol) report packet fields. Proposed initial RP selection and RP reselection method use RTCP protocol which underlying multimedia application service So, the proposed method does not need any special process for collecting network information to calculate RP. New initial RP selection method s shows better performance than random and topology based one by 40-50% in simulation. Also, RP reselection method improves delay p performance by 50% after initial RP selection according to the member’s dynamicity.

In heterogeneous networks (HetNets), energy saving is vital for a sustainable network development. Many techniques, such as spectrum allocation, network planning, etc., are used to improve the network energy efficiency (EE). In this paper, micro BSs utilizing cell range expansion (CRE) and spectrum allocation are considered in multi-channel heterogeneous networks to improve EE. Hotspot region is assumed to be covered by micro BSs which can ensure that the hotspot capacity is greater than the average demand of hotspot users. The expressions of network energy efficiency are derived under shared, orthogonal and hybrid subchannel allocation schemes, respectively. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the optimal ratio of subchannel allocation in orthogonal and hybrid schemes. Based on the results of the optimal analysis, we propose three service control strategies on the basis of large-scale user behaviors, i.e., adjust micro cell rang expansion (AmCRE), adjust micro BSs density (AmBD) and adjust micro BSs transmit power (AmBTP). Both theoretical and simulation results show that using shared subchannel allocation scheme in AmBD strategies can obtain maximal EE with a very small area ratio. Using orthogonal subchannel allocation scheme in AmCRE strategies can obtain maximal EE when area ratio is larger. Using hybrid subchannel allocation scheme in AmCRE strategies can obtain maximal EE when area ratio is large enough. No matter which service control strategy is used, orthogonal spectrum scheme can obtain the maximal hotspot user rates.
