최근 다수한국화장품 브랜드에서 남성 BB Cream을 출시하는 등 화장품은 여성전용이 아니라 많은 남성도 사용하기 시작 하였다. 연예인 김기수는 여성 화장품 메이크업하는 프로그램을 진행하면서 많은 인기를 끌었다. 지금 현대사회에서 남성과 여성의 젠더 스테레오타입은 2차원대립성 성별 다문화로 발전하고 있다. 2016년 서울 강남역 화장실 살인사건을 시발점으로 사회에서 여성 혐오 인식에 대한 화제도 거론되기 시작 하였다. 이 사건으로 페미니즘운동이 다시 일어났고 사회적으로 젠더 문제에 대한 관심도 점차 높아졌으며 사람들은 사회 건설의 주요한 남녀평등화 문제를 인식하게 되었다. 이러한 사회현상을 통하여 대중들은 사회생활 중 스테레오타입의 속박에서 벗어나는 것을 희망하고 있고 애니메이션 광고도 남녀 젠더 스테레오타입이 남성에 치우쳐 있던것으로부터 변화되기 시작하면서 남녀 캐릭터 성별 다양화와 내용전환에 중점을 두고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 애니메이션 광고가 번영하던 초기 광고들의 내용은 남성의 시각을 중심으로 스테레오타입화해서 캐릭터를 표현하였으며 남성 캐릭터를 미화하고 권력과 지위를 짊어지게 하였다. 광고 속 여성은 대부분 종속관계 역할을 맡았지만 페미니즘 운동이 부흥하면서 여성은 자아가치관과 사회평등성에 대해 욕구가 생겨나기 시작 하였다. 이런 현상들은 애니메이션 광고가 남녀 캐릭터를 디자인할 때 예전 전통을 깨뜨리고 스테레오타입이 변화된 새로운 남녀 캐릭터를 디자인하는데 영향을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 젠더 스테레오 타입의 네가지 요소를 바탕으로 60년대 Rosenkrantz,et al. 대학생을 대상으로 성별 정의 관념에 대한 조사를 연구방법론으로 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 애니메이션 광고 중에서 남녀 성별 표현을 조사한 결과 애니메이션 광고 중의 남녀 이미지 성별표현의 변화는 사회문화의 영향 하에 변화 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 지금 변화하고 있는 사회 현상에 따라 애니메이션 광고도 대중 성향에 맞는 작품을 구성 한다면 더욱 쉽게 대중과 소비자들에게 받아들일 수 있고 인정을 받을 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 사회배경 속에서 새로운 사상과 양성에 관한 토론을 애니메이션 광고에 응용하여 남녀 캐릭터를 디자인 한다면 애니메이션 광고의 새로운 발전 방향을 개척 하는데 도움이 될 것인지 본 연구를 통해 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to find the general trends of college students'dating violence and coping behavior, to examine the difference among dating violence and coping behavior according to individual variables and relational variables, and to analyze the effects of these variables influencing coping behavior. The major findings were as follow; First, 99.1% of respondents reported that they had experienced violence at least once. The score of violence offense and violence victimization was lower than median. But male students' sexual violence was significantly higher than females'. Second, total score of coping behavior was lower than median. The score of female students positive coping was significantly higher than males, and that of mate students' avoidance coping was significantly higher than females. Third, the violence style varied with sex, altitude toward violence, anti-communication, and conflict. etc. Fourth, the positive coping behavior varied with victim response and victimization of physical violence. etc. The avoidance coping behavior varied with sex, age, grade, sex-role attitude, and partner's sexual violence. etc. ruth, the positive coping behavior was influenced by sex, partner's psychological violence, conflict, anti-communication. etc. The avoidance coping behavior was influenced by sex and grade.

This study discusses the beauty of the ideal body shown by fashion communication media, and explains how aesthetic aspects of, the body are being expressed in contemporary fashion. The beauty of the body may be considered as the beauty of sexual, controllable or consumable object. First. the most vigorously discussed point about the body is its sexual aspect, the most outstanding of which is the voluptuous and the androgynous beauty in contemporary fashion. Second, the body is an object which has been oppressed or controlled under the name of history. morality. and rationality. The things making us regard the body itself as an aesthetic object may be considered as dynamic and functional beauty Third, the sexual instinct and the body are fetishized as consumer goods, and women's bodies are presented as comsumer objects whose most parts could be restored to exchangeable value. The consumable beauty presented in contemporary fashion is the conspicuous beauty and the decadent beauty. So far, the various aspects of the beautiful body has been considered, based on the beauty of the ideal body shown by the fashion communication media. Man exists through on his body. but it is the embodied and formed body that serves as a means to manifest his social status and cultural ties. A natural body is reformed as a cultural phenomenon in various artificial ways. Popular culture has transmitted a series of new body image by creating and reproducing symbols and images, and has made the ideal body. Now there is not only one standard for the ideal beauty in our society. The standard of the beauty has changed continuously. There has been an aesthetic sense which can represent the times during the process of those changes. The various communication media have played a role of mirror reflecting those changes. The ideal body in contemporary times is no more an abstract media to express classical beauty, but an object directly affecting us, who are living in the crisis of subjectivity and identity.

Objectives : This paper was motivated by the discovery that there is a regimen which is more realistic and can be used in practical life with deep consideration of Dangye's thought through Judangye's book Gyeokchiyeoron. Methods : First, after looking into the movement of the heart through the contents of natural science underlying Dangye's regimen thought, this paper intends to examine regimens by dividing them into a regimen of food, regimen of sexual desire, and regimen for infancy and the elderly according to age on the basis of the contents included in Gyeokchiyeoron. Results : As for food, Dangye argued that it's necessary that people should avoid overeating and savory taste and observe the proper time for eating, and as for sexual desire, Dangye argued that people should control themselves from bodily and mental aspects. In addition, this paper could learn that as for infants, what matter are eating, clothes to wear, their mother's role, and education while as for the elderly, what matter are taking good care of the spleen and stomach, and children's filial piety, and the elderly should awaken themselves to sound mentality. Conclusions : Through the research on Gyeokchiyeoron, this paper was able to learn that Dangye-argued regimen includes a regimen of food, sexual desire, and a regimen for infants and the elderly; in addition, this paper could learn that there are some parts of Dangye-argued regimen contents, which anyone can easily apply in reality.

The definition of Crime Indictable Upon Complaint (CIC) is crimes which can be prosecuted only with complaints from the victim or his/her direct parents. Sex crimes are the representative examples, rapes and indecent assaults. According to the research referenced in this paper, 74% of sex crimes which had been penalized based on Republic of Korea (ROK) Criminal Code amounts rape and indecent assault are CIC. However, only 20% of perpetrators were confined, and the rest received non-confinement or non-prosecution determination. The review of criminal history checks reveals that 67% of the perpetrators had criminal histories and 39% of them had more than three documented offenses. The CIC was established in order to protect the victim's rights and dignity, respecting the victim's opinion regarding the incident. All kinds of sex crimes then should have been the CIC, but those crimes such as Injury Resulting from Rape, Special Rape, Rape by Special Modus Operandi, Sexual Assault among Relatives and Domestic Violence which have to guarantee the opinion of the victims are prescribed as non-CIC. We therefore conclude that the CIC should be abolished. The abolition of CIC will play an important role in crime prevention because severe penalties for sex crimes will be imposed on the perpetrators. In addition, it will help the sex crime victims retrieve their dignity by spreading recognition widely through the community that sexual assault is not only a social assault but an infringement against human rights.

Objective: Men's sexual health plays an important role in male fertility and childbearing, as it is associated with factors such as sexual desire, healthy spermatogenesis, and erectile function. In various cultures, medicinal plants have been utilized to address male sexual issues, including infertility and erectile dysfunction. Despite recent advancements in medical science for treating male impotence, some men opt for herbal supplements as an alternative, given that numerous herbs have the potential to enhance male sexual performance. The Apiaceae family is one of the oldest plant families used for medicinal purposes. Ferula, a genus within this family, comprises approximately 170 different species worldwide. Members of this genus possess numerous therapeutic properties due to the presence of various compounds. This article aims to explore the potential impacts of Ferula plants on the male reproductive system. Methods: This review article was prepared by searching for terms including Ferula and "aphrodisiac," Ferula and "spermatogenesis," and Ferula and "male reproductive system." Relevant information was gathered through electronic databases, including ISI Web of Knowledge, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Results: The findings indicated that relatively comprehensive studies have been conducted in this area, revealing that certain Ferula species have been employed in folk medicine to boost fertility and libido. Recent research has corroborated these effects. Conclusion: It is hoped that new aphrodisiac compounds with fewer side effects can be isolated from Ferula plants in the future.

Background and Objectives: For adult men with congenital heart disease (ACHD), data on erectile dysfunction (ED) is limited. We aimed to assess the frequency of ED, its role in patient-physician communication and to identify parameters predicting ED. Methods: Male ACHD ≥18 years registered at the German National Register for Congenital Heart Defects were invited to participate in an online questionnaire about sexual health. Participants with presumed ED according to International Index of Erectile Function Score were compared to patients without ED. Results: The 371 patients responded to the questionnaire (83% with moderate to highly complex ACHD). The 43% presented with more than mild ED. When ED was present, patients complained about general anxiety to be sexually active more often (p<0.05) and underwent sexual activity less frequently compared to those without ED (p<0.05). Age ≥40 years (odds ratio [OR], 3.04; p=0.002), being single (OR, 6.82; p<0.0001), anxiety to be sexually active (OR, 2.64; p=0.0002) and psychiatric disease (OR, 4.33; p<0.0007) emerged as independent predictors for ED. Overall, patients sought medical advice in 6.7% of cases, whilst 29.6% would appreciate an active approach by the physician to address this sensitive topic. Conclusions: ED is affecting one third to one half of male ACHD according to a questionnaire-based analysis. Older age, being single, fear of sexual activity due to ACHD and psychiatric disorder emerged as independent predictors for ED. These parameters can easily be assessed to identify patients at risk. ED should be addressed proactively by health professionals.

This phenomenological study aims at exploring the role of family in promoting, maintaining, and developing job activities of women with acquired physical disabilities. As a result of in-depth interviews with 8 women with physical disabilities, 6 theme clusters and 14 sub-themes have appeared. Participants have vividly revealed their experiences with regard to the various support and help of their family. They were provided physical, emotional and financial supports which helped at great extent to overcome the anger and loss resulted from the acquired disabilities. Although most of the participants have experienced failure in job finding several times, they have at last succeeded in it by the consistent help of their family. In particular, the support and help given from the family were substantial and specific which promoted maintaining and developing their career. Therefore the participants could obtain more confidence in themselves and this made the participants to speak for themselves. Although the family roles for the job finding and maintaining of the participants are played in various ways which is positive, effective and specific, there remains some significant problems and limitations. Participants expressed their uncomfortableness in opening their most in-depth thinking and emotions to their family. They have also experienced a great deal of difficulties in maintaining job because of the housework load and child bearing work which is mainly regarded by the family members as the woman's(participant's)duties. In addition to this, sexual needs and sexual identity of the participants are neither recognized nor dealt with seriously in family, The participants also mentioned about the inequal relationships and their self-consciousness among family member as well as the lack of career guidance role of the family. Based on these research findings, we have made a number of suggestions to promote the positive roles and overcome the limited roles of the family.

The purpose of this study was to highlight the importance of 'marital preparation skill' by focusing on more substantial and tangible skills in marriage life, and to conduct an exploratory research to examine the current conditions and gender differences in marital preparation skills of college students. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire in four universities located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi areas in the spring of 2013, and a total of 332 senior students chosen were used for data analysis. Based on the instrument used in Olson & Olson's(2000) PREPARE/ENRICH Program, the present study sought to suggest a measurement tool with the moniker of 'marital preparation skill' that included seven domains: conflict resolution skill, sexual relationship skill, household labor skill, financial management skill, leisure management skill, parenting preparation skill, and parental role skill. Each domain consisted of four items and thus, a total of 28 items were utilized for this study. Descriptive statistics were analyzed in order to examine the degree of marital preparation skills, and t-tests were conducted in order to assess the gender differences in marital preparation skills. The main results of this study are as follows: First, overall the degree of marital preparation skills of male students was higher than that of female students. Particularly, female students were lower than male students in the skills of financial management and conflict resolution. Second, regarding the basic household labor skill related to clothing and housing life, male students showed higher than female students, implying the impact of military life. Third, even though the degree of consciousness about appropriate preparation of parenthood and parental role seemed to be heightened, the actual degree of readiness of college students revealed to be insufficient. Male students had a much higher degree of confidence and sacrifice acceptance about parenthood, and understanding about their parents' child-rearing style than female students, while the mindset of child-rearing participation of male students was lower than that of female students. Findings of this study can be used as basic data for developing more effective and differentiated educational programs of marital preparation skills for men and women.

Child abuse is defined by a recent act or failure to act that results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation, or imminent risk of serious harm; involved a child; and is carried out by a parent or caregiver. This report provides guidance in the clinical approach to the evaluation of suspected physical abuse in children, and role of pediatrician. The medical assessment is outlined with obtaining a medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing. A minor form of child abuse which only involves skin injury is most frequently seen by a pediatrician. This kind of child abuse can be followed by more severe forms of child abuse, which have high mortality rates and cause serious physical and mental sequelae to the survivor. Therefore, a pediatrician's role in an early detection and prevention of child abuse is very important.
