Sex related knowledge score in the experimental group educated by CAI program will be different from the control group using lecture education(t=3.49, p=0.001). 2. Sex related attitudes score in the experimental group educated by CAI will be different from the control group using lecture education(t=2.94, p=0.004). The objective of this study is to find the most effective educational method on Sex and AIDS/HIV among young people in Korea. The number of people with HIV amounts to 1,224 as of Sep. 2000, and is increasing continuously, especially among young people(National Institute of Health, 2000). In setting up the policy of health education on Sex and AIDS, the criteria should be the effectiveness. By two-stage cluster sampling, 4,713 students were selected from among the 19,093 students from 44 middle and high schools and divided into three groups and taken the education with three different methods( 〈lecture with slides show〉, 〈lecture without any material〉 and 〈lecture through broadcasting system〉) by the same lecturer with the same contents for about 50 minutes. To compare the effects of education by methods, the tests on the AIDS knowledge, AIDS attitude on AIDS and Sexuality attitudes with self-administered questionnaire were implemented three times, that is, ‘before’, ‘right after’ and ‘2 weeks later’ of the education. As to the degrees of change of AIDS knowledge, AIDS attitudes, Sexuality attitudes and subjective evaluation of the education, 〈lecture with slides show〉 was the most effective, 〈lecture without any material〉 was the second and 〈lecture through broadcasting system〉 was the least effective, respectively. In the cost-effectiveness analysis using the results of this study, 〈lecture with slides show〉 turned out to be the most effective, and 〈lecture through broadcasting system〉 was the second and 〈lecture without any material〉 was least effective. From these results, it is suggested that 〈lecture with slides show〉 is more effective health educational methods on Sex and AIDS than 〈lecture without any material〉 or 〈lecture through broadcasting system〉.

An SPSS Win 10.0 was used. The data of respondents' general characteristics were analyzed using frequency and percentage. $X^2$ test was used to verify the homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group. Repeated Measures ANOVA was used to find out whether sex education had an effect on the awareness of obscene online computer and video film contents and under-age prostitution through the online computer networks. and time and frequency of access to the obscene online computer and video film contents. The results of the study are as follow. 1. The results of the verification of homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. 2. The first hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would have a higher level of awareness of accessing obscene contents than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. 3. The second hypothesis. 'the experimental group which received sex education would have a higher level of awareness of underage prostitution on computer networks than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.05. 4. The third hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would spend time less accessing obscene video and computer contents than the control group which did not receive the education' was rejected at p>.05. 5. The 4-1 hypothesis. 'the experimental group which received sex education would access obscene computer contents less frequently than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. 6. The 4-2 hypothesis, 'the experimental group which received sex education would access obscene video contents less frequently than the control group which did not receive the education' was supported at p<0.0001. In conclusion, a systematic step-by-step sex education program should be developed to protect middle school students from the harmful online computer and video film access. It is very important for elementary school students in sixth grades who are reaching the age of puberty to acquire right knowledge and desirable attitude toward sex so that can overcome psychological instability caused by physical growth, be responsible for their behaviors and lead happy lives. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the effects of sex educatin in the population of primary school students. The subjects of this study were 767 six-grades in one private and two public elementary school in Seoul. The research tool was a questionnairebased on a literature review. The sex education given to the subjects included 50 minutes lecture. The research methodology included data collection done before and the sex education was given to the subjects, to assess their knowledge of, and attitude toward sex, one week later after the sex education was given to assess change in knowledge of, and attitude to, sex. The data was analyzed through pc-SAS program. real numbers, percentage, 1-test, and ANOVA were utilized. The results of this study are as follows : 1. After sex education, the score of sixth grade elementary students’ sex knowledge was higher than before(t=11.92, p=0.0001) 2. After sex education, the score of sixth grade elementary students’ sex attitude was higher than before (t=2.08, p=0.0373). From the above findings, it can be said that sex education given to the children reaching the age of puberty significantly influences their knowledge of, and attitude toward.
