Investigations on the Formation of Settlement Parks during the Settlement Era($1845{\sim}1943$) in Shanghai

  • The settlement era($1845{\sim}1943$) in Shanghai was divided as periods parting point by the establishment of habitats, the establishment of the International Settlement and its two times expansions, the establishment of the French Settlement and its three times expansions. Investigations on the formation process and its characteristics of two settlement parks during each period were carried out. The formation process of Shanghai settlement park was divided simply into the settlement park foundation time correspond to the settlement expansion time(the International Settlement was from 1845 to 1898, the French Settlement was from 1849 to 1913) and the settlement park development time after the settlement expansion(the International Settlement is from 1899 to 1943, the French Settlement is from 1914 to 1943) by the characteristics such as its forming time, quantity and distribution.

거주지역의 물리적 환경특성에 대한 인식이 고령자의 정주의식에 미치는 영향에서의 삶의 만족도의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of the Satisfaction with Life in the Influence of the Perception of Physical Environment Characteristics on the Settlement Consciousness of the Elderly)

  • This study purposes to examine direct effects of the physical environments and indirect effects of the satisfaction with life on the settlement consciousness of the aged, using the raw data of 2015 Busan Social Survey. The 5,324 cases were selected from the raw data of those more than 65 years old. The results were as following: (1) When age, spouse with/without, diseases with/without, length of residence, and number of communicating persons were controlled, the satisfaction with housing, the number of cultural facilities, and public transportation availability affected directly on the settlement consciousness of the aged, but the levels of the satisfaction with the number of parks were not directly correlated with it. (2) The satisfaction with housing and public transportation affected indirectly on the settlement consciousness through the satisfaction with life. That is, the satisfaction with life had mediating effects on the two variables. (3) The satisfaction with parks did not affect directly on the settlement consciousness, but it affected on the settlement consciousness through the satisfaction with life. That is, the satisfaction with life shows the complete mediating effects on the settlement consciousness. These results imply that the physical environments such as housing, cultural facilities, public transportation affect on the aged's settlement consciousness so that they should be age-friendly.

저소득층 아동의 주거환경 (Home and Neighborhood Environment of Children: Based on Socio-economic Status and Settlement Character)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the regional differences of 0-12 aged children's environment based on their parents' socioeconomic class and on the character of the settlement. One thousand and two hundred households were investigated and the results are as follows. It is revealed that families in low socio-economic class are more likely to be exposed to noise and home crowdedness. Families living in spontaneous settlement are deprived of natural light and the roads to their homes are steep and narrow. Low income families face a housing affordability crisis. Most of them pay housing rent on monthly basis. The basic infrastructure of low income neighborhood is lacking convenient facilities like shopping centers, public transportation systems, banks, public parks, and libraries. This lack of facilities is more severe in spontaneous settlement. Instead, bars and taverns are located in their neighborhood. Accessibility to parks and resource centers is an important factor that makes both middle and low income families consider their neighborhood to be positive and this condition is counted better in social housing area than in spontaneous settlement. On the contrary, social networks like friends and relatives are strong in spontaneous settlement and families in poverty value these relationships. Such networks are weak in social housing area and this difference is not related to their residential period. Low income families living in social housing area are more pessimistic about their future and this view might result from their counterpart middle class neighbors and the weak social networks.

취락지구의 계획기반시설 가치 측정을 위한 사용자 지불의사 분석 - 청주시 자연취락지구 지구단위계획을 중심으로 - (Analysis on User's Willingness to Pay for Value Measurement of Planned Infrastructure in the Settlement Zone - Around the District Unit Plan of the Settlement Zone in Cheongju-city -)

  • The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the corresponding residents' benefit to get in the future from the district unit plan of the settlement zone by Cheongju local government. The target districts were selected as Gumdeong-gol district, Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district which had recently set their district unit plans. Specific targets to be analyzed were some infrastructure including roads, parking lots, parks and others. Using the analysis methods of the Logit model and non-parametric test approach, this study estimated to the average amounts to be willingly paid(WTP) by the residents in targeting settlement zones and tested the reliability of the average amounts of WTP. The results of analysis were as follows. First, it was found that the WTPs for infrastructure under 1st influence area in target districts were estimated as 5,233won for road, 2,826won for parking lot, and 3,705won for park respectively. For the WTPs for infrastructure under 1nd area were estimated as 4,910 won for road, 2,242won for parking lot, and 3,620won for park respectively. Second, as the result of calculating the non-parametric WTP which built the 95% confidence interval, it was found that the all WTPs except the WTP for parking lot were fell into the 95% confidence interval. Third, as the result of calculating yearly total sum of benefits that the residents would get from the 1st influence area and the 2nd influence area, it was found that Gumdeong-gol district were expected to get 62,376,472won-amounted benefits, and Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district would get 35,0778,016won, 26,886,560won, and 22,252,032won respectively.

한국 전통마을의 형성과 발전에 관한 연구 -경남 산청 단계마을을 중심으로- (A Study on the Formation and Development of a Traclitional Village in San-Cheong)

  • The objective of this study is to describe more positively and concretely the entity of traditional village through the quantitative and scientific analysis process using positive data. Dan-Gye, a traditional village in San-Cheong, has been populated since more than 500 years ago because of its ideal conditions for settlement. In this study, the fluctuations on the numbers of households in Dan-Gye were analyzed from the first settlement era to the present, and the transformations of housing sites and roads since 1913 were also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1) The village Dan-Gye has a history of more than 500 years, and the first inhabitants were the Ryus. As time went by, the Ryus' power became weak gradually, but the powers of the Kwons and the Parks who had flowed later into this village became prosperous to make up a prominent family village in the late period of Cho-Sun dynasty. Such powers had reached the peak in the early period of Japanese occupation, and although the powers became weak gradually after that time, those two families have overwhelmed other families in population and possession of large houses until now. But as the confucianism in every-day life fell off and the inhabitants moved to cities, the existence of a family community became meaningless. 2) The Kwons and the Parks have possessed the large parts of the village's housing sites. As time went by, the sites have been divided and fields have been changed to housing sites for the increasing families, and such division and change have been made chiefly on perimeter areas. 3) The characteristics of the road in Dan-Gye where traditional roads existed began to be destroyed by Japanese construction of new roads, and such destruction has continued due to the bank construction after a flood and the road constructions after 1970s.

사용종료 매립장의 장기침하 모델 매개변수 상관성 및 지지력 보강효과 분석 (Analysis of Long-Term Settlement Parameter Correlation and Bearing Capacity Reinforcement Effect for Closed Waste Landfill)

  • 최근들어, 사용 종료된 폐기물 매립장을 공원 및 체육시설로 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있으며, 사용종료 매립장 활용을 위해서는 일차적으로 환경영향 여부와 구조적 안정성이 중요하다. 특히 상부구조물 설치 시 지지력 및 침하에 대한 안정성을 확보하여야 하며 폐기물 매립지반의 침하에 대한 안정성 확보와 지지력 보강을 위하여 토목섬유(지오셀)을 포설하기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용 종료된 폐기물 매립장의 장기침하 계측결과 분석 및 매립지반에 대한 지오셀 보강 시 지지력 보강효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 장기침하 분석은 매립장의 현장계측 침하량과 쓰레기 침하 모델식별 산정된 침하량을 비교하였고, 각 모델식별로 침하량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 파라메타를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, Park모델식에 따른 예측침하량($C_{intermediate}$ = 0.0678)이 현장계측 침하량과 가장 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 또한, 지오셀 보강에 따른 지지력 증가는 무보강 지반에 비하여 약 1.193~1.554배 증가되는 것으로 도출되었다.

덕유산(德裕山) 국립공원(國立公園)의 자연보존지구(自然保存地區)와 자연환경지구(自然環境地區)의 지형(地形), 식생(植生), 경관자원(景觀字源)의 분포(分布) 비교(比較) (Comparison of Topographic, Vegetation, Scenic Resource Distribution between Natural Preservation Zone and Natural Environment Zone in Mt. Teogyu National Park)

  • Zoning areas within national parks in Korea are classified into Natural Preservation Zone(NPZ). Natural Environment Zone(NEZ), Settlement Zone(SZ) and Mass Facility Zone(MFZ) based on the Natural Park Act Large-scale development which might cause permanent destruction of natural resources are being done in NEZ which covers 90% of the total natural park area. Thus it is necessary to examine National Park Act which refers the authorized criteria and development activities of NEZ. However, the current environmental impact statement(EIS) does not cover the full impact of the development inside the national park area. Based on these concepts, the study examines the appropriate resources to distinguish the NPZ and NEZ in Mt. Teogyu National Park, then compare the distribution of resource characteristics between two area by using GIS. Through this study, the conclusions are as follows; (1) In terms of scenic resource analysis, the current NPZ does not meet the criteria on the National Park Act Rather, most of the resources which should be located within the NPZ are located within the NEZ. (2) In terms of elevation analysis, Mt. Teogyu National Park, most of NPZ are located on high altitude which is more than l,200m above the mean sea level. Therefore, it shows the elevation is the only criteria for distinguishing NPZ and NEZ. (3) In terms of Degree of Green Naturality(DGN), the second forest areas, the eighth grade of DGN in Mt. Teogyu National Park are distributed much more in the NEZ than NPZ. (4) After examining five factors - scenic resources, elevation, slope and DGN, vegetation- it was found out that zoning of Mt. Teogyu National Park is not adequatly designated. Zoning of national parks should be accomplished based on the precise inventory of the current resources.

도시녹지 유형에 따른 도시민의 이용 특성 연구 - 수원시를 대상으로 - (Analysis on the Use Characteristics of Citizen based on Urban Green Spaces Type - Focuses on Suwon-City -)

  • 도시에서의 녹지의 중요성은 나날이 증가하고 있다. 법에서는 도시공원을 도시계획시설로 정의하고 1인당 공급면적을 규정하고 있지만, 공원조성 업무를 담당하고 있는 지방자치단체는 높은 지가와 재원부족으로 인해 도시공원의 조성 및 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그러나 도시민의 경우 이용의 개념으로 도시녹지를 인지하기 때문에 법정도시공원뿐 아니라 하천, 저수지, 학교 운동장 등 기타녹지도 이용하고 있다. 그러나 실제 공원녹지를 이용하는 도시민들은 이용 자체에 목적을 두고 있으므로 법정도시공원뿐 아니라 하천, 저수지, 학교 운동장 등 기타녹지도 공원과 유사하게 인지하는 경향을 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시녹지를 법정공원녹지인 도시공원과 기타 녹지로 유형을 구분하고 유형에 따른 공원 이용행태와 이용만족도에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 두 유형 간에 주목할 만한 차이가 나타나지 않는다. 이 같은 사실에서 향후 1인당 공원면적 산정 시 현행 법정공원녹지 외에도 지역적 특성을 반영하여 하천, 저수지, 학교녹지, 아파트 녹지 등 기타녹지를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 이와 같은 방식의 도시녹지 면적 산정은 지방자치단체의 재정 부담을 줄이고 향후 도시공원정책의 유효성을 제고할 수 있으며, 재원 부족으로 인한 장기 미집행시설에 대한 해제에 대비하는 방안이 될 수 있다고 판단된다. 또한 도로 만족도, 접근 편리성, 동선 편리성 등 접근성에 대한 요인이 도시공원 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실은 도시공원에 대한 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 공원면적의 양적인 확대뿐만 아니라 도시공원에 대한 접근성을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 도시녹지로 이동하는 수단이 대부분 도보임을 감안할 때 도시녹지로 이용하는 경로 분석을 통해 베리어 프리, 도보 안정성 확보 등 도시녹지 접근 편의성에 후속연구가 필요하다.

포항시 노후 주거지의 거주자 의식과 주거환경정비방향 (A Study on Inhabitant's Mental and Residential Environment Improvement of Old Residential Area in Pohang)

  • This study examines the characteristics and the degree of inhabitant's mental against to their residential environment which was developed within the boundary of Haedo Dong in Pohang City during the 1970s and the early of 1980s and currently designated as programed site for Urban Maintenance Project. Findings from the study are as follows; First, the numbers of household occupied by lessee were greater than the numbers of household occupied by homeowner. Second, most of the lessee was living in single family household. Third, although the degree of satisfaction for their residential environment was not so good in general perspectives the degree of satisfaction of the long term residents for their residential environment was slightly higher than the others. Fourth, the degree of satisfaction for their neighborhood was the most while the degree of satisfaction for public facilities such as parks was the least. Fifth, Urban maintenance project shall be proceeded to raise re-settlement ratio of residents, to enforce a business by steps, to lead positively participation of a resident and to enlarge role of administration.

도시 소공원의 창조적 재생과 일상 - 부산 전포돌산공원을 중심으로 - (The Creative Regeneration and Daily Life on Urban Park - The Case of JeonpoDolsan Park in Busan -)

  • 본 연구에서는 전포돌산공원을 대상으로, 공동체를 위한 공공공간이 절대적으로 부족한 도시 저소득층 거주지역의 공원 재생과정에서 나타나는 주민들의 갈등과 참여 그리고 공원에서 행해지는 주민들의 다양한 활동을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 통하여 새롭게 재생된 도시 소공원이 주민들의 일상에 미치는 영향 그리고 이들에게 공원의 역할과 의미는 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 돌산공원은 일반적인 도시 소공원의 기능을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 불량경관의 개선, 토론 집회를 위한 장소 제공, 문화 및 참여공간으로서의 역할을 수행하며 개방적인 마을분위기 형성, 공동체를 위한 공공공간 조성, 단절된 이웃마을과의 소통과 통합 등 저소득층 거주지역 주민들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 기여하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 공원의 창조적 재생은 저소득층 거주지역에 대한 관의 일방적 재개발정책이 아니라 마을 주민들의 참여를 유도함으로써 소속감과 장소 애착에 대한 동기를 유발하고 공공(도덕)의식을 확산하며 희망공간으로의 인식 전환을 이루는 계기를 마련하였다.
