The purpose of this study is to find the problems, which occurs in the course of the acceptance and the propulsion of the Q. C. circle, the accomodational attitude, and the desirable circumstances for the Q. C. circles, to be of help to settle firmly the "Sae-ma-eul" (New-Community) Movement in the industrial fields, and Q. C. circle and to fix the Q. C. of Korean style through the investigation of the 310 Q. C. circles, which was selected at random from entered circles to the Q. C. Propulsion Headquarters until July, 1977, through the questionaire and interviews.

A Semi-Lagrangian method based on CIP(Cubic Interpolated Pseudoparticle)method is proposed and it is applied to solve the two dimensional advection equation. Especially the attentions are given to settle the pole problem and to enhance the accuracy in solving the advection equation on the spherical coordinate system. Tn this algorithm, the CU method is employed as the Semi-Lagrangian method and extended to the spherical coordinate system. To enhance the accuracy of the solution, the spatial discretization is made by CIP method. The mathematical formulation and numerical results are also described. To verify the efficiency, accuracy and capability of proposed algorithm, two dimensional rotating cosine bell problem and the frontogenesis problem are simulated by the present scheme. As results, it is confirmed that the present scheme gives an accurate solution and settles the pole problem in the advection equation on the sphere.

A study on the social necessity of marriage culture center and its interial environmental design. -Focus on the plan for the special department store of necessary articles for marriage. The purposes of this study are to play a role as a guide of marriage for the age-group people who want to marry soon, and to devise a special departmentstore which harmonizes two systems of sales promotion and cultural role, which reflect features of marriage culture. This department store will settle all the procedure of marriage easily, and will improve the commercial state that hampers the essential value of marriage and that arose at department store of necessary articles for marriage and facilities for ceremony during preparation of it. Followings are also included in this study ; to study about how can the special department store offers a cultural space which is coincindent to consumer's needs, to devise a purchaser's concenience obtaining affirmative act and mental satisfaction , and to originate a design following the result.

A depot encircled with contact oxidation canal has been developed to improve water qualityr. The depot is aimed to settle suspended solid in the flow. The oxidation canal is to contact the pollutants and oxygen in the surface of gravel filter to purify the water. The deposit of the pollutant in the depot is released by the drainage culvert located at the bottom of it. Aeration nozzle is installed to supply enough oxygen to the gravel filter layers in the bottom of the detent the flow and improve oxidation efficiency. From the experiment it is founded that 91% of SS, 39% of TN, 63% of TP and 77% of COD were removed in the system. The treatment efficiency of total nitrogen is rather lower than any other components, however, it would be higher when some floating vegetation is added in the primary clarifier. The depot and oxidation canal system would be useful to purify the flows in the mouth of the reservoirs or at the outlet of the drainage canal.

The retroactive insurance is the system that the Assured, the principal of insurance contract shall be entitled to recover for insured(beneficiary in insurance of persons) loss during the period of insurance covered by this insurance, not withstanding that the loss had occurred before the contract of insurance concluded. The retroactive insurance is applicable to both property insurance and insurance of persons. The commercial law of Korea stipulates its rules in the insurance volume. The ultimate and definite articles of cargo insurance about the retroactive insurance are stipulated in MIA and ICC. In general insurance of persons stipulates relevant articles in the clause. Even though articles pertinent to the retroactive insurance are written explicitly in relevant law, it is difficult to settle the claim just by using specified rules of related regulations. Therefore, a claim is settled down based on the actual facts. After studying some of the actual dispute facts connected with the retroactive insurance having properties mentioned, this paper suggests controversial points and alternative ideas.

Primordial germ cells (PGCs) in aves are the progenitor cells for the gametes. These cells first appear in the epiblast (Eyal-Giladi et al.. 1981). Then translocate and concentrate to endoderm of germinal crescent area in the junction of the area opaca and area pellucida lateral to the primitive streak in stage 4 through 7. They separate from the endoderm, temporarily circulate via the blood vascular system, leave the blood vessels, and finally settle down in the gonadal anlagen at stage 20-24 where they rapidly proliferate to form germ cells. Recently, several attempts have been made to introduce foreign gene into the avian genome to form a transgenic chicken. The stem cells most readily available as vehicles for genetic manipulation of germline in avian species are the PGCs. PGCs have recently been manipulated genetically and used successfully as a vector for gene transfer.

So just like the system of English CDM is necessary to be adapted in construction work which makes them work in full responsibility by clarifying the responsibility located step by step from planning to designing & constructing-To adapt this system needs more money for Safety than now, but this system makes companies earn maximum confidence & profit by accident prevention. Furthermore leads the nation and the society to earn large profit, then open the road to Welfare State. If you sees only the things such as money, profit, etc before your eyes, no more safety remains. That means no more respect of persons and no more welfare state.

International Trade has led to the increase of the demand of international transport, and also the development of international transport not only incurs claims concerning transportation but also establishes various international rules to settle the claims between the shippers and carriers incurred in the course of transport. With a view to settling the claims successfully, the men who are concerned in the transport have to know the principle and scopes of carrier's liability. In this paper, I would like to find out the scopes of liability of multimodal carriers based on the principles of liability. In order to perform the purpose of this study, I classify the liability principle of the international carrier under the UNs Convention on International Multimodal Transport of Good(1980) and UNCTDAD/ICC Rules(1991) in three system-Network Liability System, Uniform Liability System and Modified Liability System. And that I show the results-the scopes of multimodal carriers' liability based on the UN's Multimodal Convention(1980) and the ICC/UNCTAD Rules(1991), and transport vehicles.

This paper examines characteristics of the accounting rate system whereby international telecommunications carriers settle net balances of account arising from bilateral traffic flows. Using a two stage game model, we explain problems in the system: growing traffic and payment imbalances, and resulting conflicts regarding accounting rates between carriers of, say, developed and developing countries. In this paper, we view the problems as a splitting-a-pie game in which one carrier cannot get more without a loss of the other, but total pie size depends upon the accounting rate. Therefore, a natural solution should be inevitably of a Coasian-type to establish a mutual agreement. In this regard, we first derive an efficient accounting rate, in the sense that it can make both carriers better off. Next we suggest some ways of attaining the efficient outcome. Regulatory and policy implications are also discussed.
