Currently, the interests of shortage of water supply is on the rise. Even developed countries are also suffering from a drought and insufficient water supply. Likewise other countries, we do have same problem, but unfortunately we do not have any proper solution either. One of the ways suggested to settle the problem is using rain water that gets people's eyes. Rain water is evaluated such as a good way to blow the problem of water shortage out and unlimited resource. So, this study focused on the prospect of rain harvest system and possible economic effects if this system adopt in Main Stadium of Busan Asiad.

Many countries in the North East Asia are competing with each other in order to become a centre of international logistics activities. The competition to become a hub port in Far East region is now fierce. The anticipated investments on improving port facilities and attracting the mega carriers are immense for all the ports in the region and the extent of the effort could cripple the local ports and region's economy given the limited financial resources. It is, however, impossible to avoid the disastrous possibility that the massive investments could be channeled into the port, which will never become a hub port, as no port is ready to currently admit defeat and settle as a small regional port. In an attempt to minimise such disastrous waste of resources, ports need to verify the eligibility of their own. This paper tests a system dynamics model using the Port of Busan to understand and illustrate the principle guideline of investment decision making for ports.

This study was conducted using the literature review and survey research to analyze the operational status and effectiveness of the single-track accredited program, which has been mandatory since 2016. The research targets to achieve the purpose of the study were the nationwide engineering education accreditation system operating colleges, departments, and engineering education innovation centers. Finally, 183 copies were collected from faculty members at 69 colleges and 554 copies at the department level. As a result of the survey, the college recognized more positively about the operation of the single-track accredited program, and more than 50% of respondents said that there were difficulties due to the operation of the system. The contents required were analyzed and presented. Based on this, the engineering education accreditation system, including the single-track accredited program, suggested the direction of support at the government level and the ABEEK level to better settle down in the field of engineering colleges.

The reuse of waste concrete amy settle the problems of environmental pollution and critical shortage of good natural aggregate. But recycled aggregate particles consist of substantial amount of relatively soft cement paste component. These aggregates are more porous, and les resistant to mechanical actions than natural aggregate. And the source of supply for manufacturing recycled aggregate is generally composed of different types of original aggregate and strengths of original mortar. The properties of recycled aggregate exhibit a considerable variation due to the properties of original concrete. This paper is an experimental study on the fundamental properties of recycled aggregates sampled from processing plant in the suburbs of TaeJeon.

China instituted arbitration law on September 1, 1995, after having legislated the law under the UNCITRAL Model Law. However, Chinese arbitration law has some problems related to the effectiveness of its arbitration agreement, unlike the UNCITRAL Model Law. Thus, parties in dispute who want to settle a dispute based on Chinese arbitration law as governing law have more to take into consideration because there could be serious problems related to the effectiveness of the arbitration agreement. Therefore, this paper attempted to analyze the classification of jurisdiction related to the authorization of effectiveness in arbitration agreement of arbitral organization and Chinese, verify the problems, and suggest the solutions. Moreover, the author tried to verify the problems in applying the law related to the authorization of effectiveness in Chinese arbitration agreements and suggest some improvements. This paper also suggests improvements and problems related to the selection of arbitral organizations among several conditions for effective arbitration agreement in Chinese arbitration law. Finally, the author suggests some cautions and countermeasures related to arbitrations agreement for domestic investors and traders dealing with the Chinese.

This paper describes the design of enhanced TSSI RF Power Detector which has wide dynamic range using switch and Log amp. This Power Detector consists of low and high gain loops, and they adaptively switched by output DC voltage which is proportioned to input power level. Because Power Detector needs to separate the channel, so architecture is heterodyne system having 70MHz intermediate frequency. This proposed RF Power Detector is settle to the satisfaction of Closed loop power control system for W-CDMA optic repeater, and the obtained dynamic range cover the higher than 50dB.

WHEN IT IS REQUIRED TO CONNECT OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION LINE WITH UNDERGROUND CABLE, PREVALENT METHOD WAS TO USE CABLE HEAD TYPICALLY MADE OF LATTICE STEEL STRUCTURE. BUT IN VIEW OF THE INCREASING DEMAND THAT STEEL STRUCTURE INSTALLED IN URBAN AREA AND/OR RESIDENTIAL AREA NEED TO MATCH WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SURROUNDINGS, THE UNSHAPELY LARGE-SIZED LATTICE STEEL STRUCTURE CAN NOT BE A PROPER ONE BECAUSE THAT IT IS NOT WELCOMED BY THE RESIDENTS AND ACCORDINGLY ITS INSTALLATION TENDS TO CONFRONT WITH CIVIL PETITION. AS AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD TO SETTLE AFOREMENTIONED UNFAVOURABLE SITUATION WE MAY BE UNDER, WE AR INTENDING TO DEVELOP THE CABLE HEAD MADE OF TAPERED TUBULAR STEEL POLE AND TO PUT IT TO PRACTICAL USE. THE ADVANTAGE WE CAN TAKE OF THE TAPERED TUBULAR STEEL POLE IS THAT IT CAN BE INSTALLED IN A VERY LIMITED SPACE MAXIMIZING THE UTILITY VALUE OF THE LAND AND THAT ITS SMART SHAPE WITH COLOUR COATING IN CONSIDERATION OF AESTHETIC AESTHETIC CAN BE IN GOOD HARMONY WITH THE SURROUNDINGS.

To strengthen competences, most of firms have co-operated with external partners. This increases the possibility of unexpected conflicts between firms due to the intellectual property litigation. A suitable intellectual property strategy for firms has to be developed to settle this issue. This study aims to analyze an utilization of intellectual property strategy in firms, and tries to suggest a concept of IP roadmap to support intellectual property strategy planning aligned with technology planning process. For the purposes, we derive five types of intellectual property strategy of firms using Korea Innovation Survey. Then, we explore significant affecting factors using a decision-tree and conduct in-depth analysis for them. Lastly, we suggest a concept of IP roadmap, which can be a supporting tool for developing intellectual property strategy in firms, based on analysis results.

On increasing a computer network, internet usage, it has been created for Electronic Commerce to place a cyberspace. This cyberspace is limited to apply for contemporary usage and law because it have distinct characters now. Therefore, it is predicted that dispute will be happened in these cyberspaces. This article examines the disputes cases related the computer network intermediary's liability and studies a reasonable improvement ways for developing Electronic Commerce. It has been limited to apply the usage and law the network which can be happened a dispute and has not involved usage and law using computer network yet. Therefore, we should make a self-regulation each other who use network and improved the usage and law involved the network through these methods. We should also establish Alternative Dispute Resolution and try to settle dispute in the cyberspace

Electronic commerce has been threatening to address the transaction inefficiencies in international trade that is conducted through letters of credit(L/Cs) and other forms of traditional paper-based financial instruments. The replacement of traditional paper documets with electronic alternatives is becoming more of a relity within a number of business sectors. The conceptual model of electronic L/Cs presented in this paper is intended to provide a framework for discussing the development of a paperless credit. The TradeCard network provides a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Sellers and Buyers should select the best payment methods of traditional L/Cs, electronic L/Cs, TradeCard, Bank Credit Card etc. in consideration of their business circumstances.
