As multimedia content technology developed, there are many cases that service contents are being provided in many different ways in the cloud-based media service system. A DRM is a technology that can enhance the copyright of the digital content by providing right information. It is available on a single platform and has a problem that the additional cost when the platform is changing. In this paper, we propose a media service system based on cloud computing. It can be used on multiple platforms at the same time by applying a number of DRM for digital contents, and allows use of a new authentication for another platform without any additional cost.

정부는 2020년부터 기존의 6개 노인 돌봄서비스를 일괄 폐지하고, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 새롭게 도입했다. 노인돌봄 제도의 큰 변화로 장기요양 등급외자 노인을 위한 예방서비스로서 중요한 역할을 수행하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 노인맞춤돌봄서비스의 도입 의미와 과제를 길버트와 테렐의 정책 분석틀을 활용해서 분석하는데 있다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스는 사회서비스원의 도입과 커뮤니티 케어를 강조하는 거시 정책 환경에서 탄생한 제도로 노인 돌봄의 할당, 급여, 전달, 재정 측면에서 여러 변화를 초래하는 것으로 분석됐다. 제도적으로 등급외자를 위한 돌봄서비스의 보장성이 하위 70%로 확대되고, 보건의료와 복지의 다양한 급여가 제공될 수 있게 됐다. 또, 전달체계가 지역의 생활권역을 설정해서 수행기관이 전담해서 책임지고, 재정이 공급자 지원 방식으로 바뀌었다. 이를 통해 여러 긍정적인 변화가 기대되지만, 보장성의 여전한 취약성, 셀프케어의 모호함과 직접 대인 서비스의 축소, 서비스권역 설정의 적절성, 공급자 위주 서비스 제공 등의 과제가 발생할 것으로 분석됐다.

In this paper, we propose an emergency wake-up alert system (EWAS) for providing accurate and rapid emergency information. The proposed system can provide an emergency wake-up alert service without an additional frequency allotment by utilizing the guard band of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) Terrestrial Digital Television (DTV) system. The design target of the proposed system is to match the indoor reception coverage of EWAS with the outdoor reception coverage of the ATSC DTV system. To achieve this, the proposed system should be about 35.65 dB more robust than the ATSC DTV system. The simulation results show that the proposed system offers an emergency wake-up alert service supporting a data rate of up to 23 bps.

In this review, several new technologies considered when providing an open service environment in a mobile communication network are described. Recently, 3GPP developed some standards related to IoT services for opening a service platform in an SCS environment based on the OSA concept in a 3GPP LTE system. Similarly, the development of a new framework is underway to allow a plurality of services to commonly use an API environment in which a service provider or client accesses a 5G mobile communication system. Extending the existing LTE SCEF concept, the standardization of the northbound API is applied in the 5G CAPIF environment. Therefore, it is possible to construct a framework that facilitates access from outside, and takes advantage of the common management of various open service environments. An open service platform environment is expected to play an important role in transforming a network with simple connectivity services into a variety of new service markets, or into a service environment that can create added value.

Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) has been trying for utilizing the polar station in Svalbard, Norway to receive the KOMPSAT-2 images, which are distributed and applied directly for Europe Space Agency (ESA) users. Now, KARI is operating the SpaceCapture-2 system that provides the KOMPSAT-2 catalogue service via the internet, whereas ESA is operating the EOLI-SA tool that provides access to the online ESA catalogues of Earth Observation (EO) products. This paper describes external interface based on service-oriented architecture in order to provide the KOMPSAT-2 catalogue service from the SpaceCapture-2 system to the EOLI-SA tool. As the KOMPSAT-2 catalogue service is available in the EOLI-SA tool through an implementation of external interface, the extend use of KOMPSAT-2 imageries is expected.

The purpose of this study is to analyze expenditure on children's private, after-school education, perceptional need for private education, and budget planning pattern for the expenditure of education applying survey data, and to investigate current situation to Identify solving planning for digital age. taking on-line educational service system and internet financial planning for children's educational expenditure into account. Under the purposes, this study especially focused on the condition of on-line educational service system and the merits as well as problems of the system, the need for household financial planning for children's education, and the condition or nature of internet financial planning system, in terms of providing market information and of suggesting policy implications.

대중교통시설 및 수단간의 비효율적 교통연계에 따른 환승불편으로 인한 대중교통 이용률 저하와 국가 교통시설의 운영효율성 개선을 위하여 IT와 정보통신 등 첨단기술을 활용하여 대중교통 서비스 고급화 방안에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 위치기반 환승정보서비스를 제안하며 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐 개발방법론을 준용하여 사용자 위치기반 환승정보서비스를 위한 개념 및 요구사항 도출, 세부 사용자 서비스 정의, 서브시스템 도출, 논리아키텍척를 제시하였다. 환승교통센터와 주차유도 및 보행자경로안내서비스 서브시스템 논리아키텍쳐는 모바일 매체를 활용한 다양한 서비스 컨텐츠 개발과 ISP, TSP 등 Contents Provider의 비즈니스 모델 창출에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 아울러, 대중교통의 연계 환승은 도시규모나 대중교통 수단유형에 따라 각각의 특성이 차별화 되므로 본 연구에서 제시한 기본 개념을 바탕으로 대중교통 및 환승정보 서비스를 위한 다양한 유형의 서비스 모델 제시가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Providing the connectivity interworking between the lightweight signaling function using in VOD set-top box and the broadband signaling function In the access node system, it can diminish the cost-burden of user about set-top box and we shall use efficiently the network resources. Therefore, In this paper, we shall design the signaling brokerage agent function for the connectivityinterworking in access node system and discuss the result applied its function to the real-time VOD service.

현대인의 바쁜 일상은 원하는 정보를 즉시 획득하고자 하는 소비자의 요구를 증대시키고 있고, 정보서비스 제공자의 입장에서도 언제, 어디서나 이용할 수 있는 서비스 환경의 제공은 정보서비스의 가치를 높일 수 있는 중요한 요소가 되었다. 이렇게 시간, 공간의 제약을 뛰어넘는 정보요구를 만족시키기 위한 궁극적인 대안으로 모바일 정보서비스에 대한 수요와 공급이 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 이동통신망과 이동통신용 단말기를 정보전달의 매개로 삼아 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템 구축과 서비스 제공 문제를 살펴보았다. 먼저 모바일 환경에서 제공되고 있는 정보서비스 제반 환경을 살펴보았고, 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템 구축시 기본적으로 필요로 하는 콘텐트, 네트워크, 플랫폼, 이용환경 등의 제반 구성요소를 실무적인 관점에서 고찰하였다.

Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.
