In the rapidly developing 4th industrial revolution. RPA is increasing in use at home and abroad due to its advantages of simplifying workflow and providing flexibility and scalability at the same time. Thus, this paper conducted an empirical study on companies using RPA to determine which factors affect the intention to use the services provided by RPA systems. As system characteristics, exogenous variables were selected as information quality, system quality, and service quality of the information system success model. The endogenous variables were selected as the system acceptance factors for the performance and effort expectancy of the integrated technology acceptance model, and the perceived economic values and functional values were additionally selected. For the purpose of this study, a structured questionnaire was used for empirical analysis and the proposed hypothesis was verified through the path analysis of structural equations. As a result of the study, there was no significant relationship between service quality and effort expectancy, between service quality and economic value, and it was verified that the relationship between other factors was positively significant.

As the number of "Mobility Handicapped" increases, the incidence of "Mobility Handicapped" traffic accidents is also increasing. In order to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents in the "Mobility Handicapped", a service providing system for "Mobility Handicapped" is required. Since these services have different data formats, data heterogeneity occurs. Therefore, the system should resolve the data heterogeneity by mapping the format of the data. In this paper, we design DBaaS as a mobility handicapped system for data interoperability. This system provides a service to extend the flashing time of the traffic lights according to the condition of "Mobility Handicapped" on the occurrence of a fall or a crosswalk in a crosswalk where there is a risk of a traffic accident. These services can reduce the incidence of traffic accidents in "Mobility Handicapped".

인간의 수명연장에 따라 의료비는 꾸준히 상승하고 있고 이에 따라 의료관광시장도 급 성정하고 있다. 한국은 우수한 의료진과 의료인프라를 기반으로 하여 세계의료관광시장에서 두각을 나타내고 있으며 정부에서도 전략성장산업으로 육성, 지원하고 있다. 의료관광산업의 성패는 '의료정보'와 '관광정보'의 접근용이성에 크게 영향을 받을 수밖에 없다. 건강보험공단 등이 많은 의료관련정보를 보유하고 있고 관광관련기관에서도 많은 관광관련정보를 보유하고 있지만 이들 정보가 의료관광객에게 효과적으로 제공되지는 못하고 있는 실정이다. 여기서는 의료관광에 있어 환자와 정보가 의료분야와 관광 분야에서 전달되는지 에 대한 명확한 도표와 서비스 수요자와 공급자의 필요에 대한 것들을 설명하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료관광의 소비자와 공급자간에 원활한 정보소통과 효과적 서비스전달을 위한 의료관광 서비스시스템 디자인을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper describes an integrated network management framework for providing point-to-multipoint reservation service (PMRS) in an ATM network. There are two major issues confronting the network service provider in relation to this service: one is to rapidly confirm the acceptability of the subscriber's reservation at subscription time, and the other is to punctually activate the reserved point-to-multipoint service. To meet these requirements, we developed a service provision model (SPM) and a network resource model of a bandwidth allocation timetable (BATT). We propose a point-to-multipoint routing algorithm composed of ordering and backtracking procedures, which can find the best branch point under the complex network topology and can add more destinations to the existing point-to-multipoint route. We demonstrate the feasibility of the SPM, the BATT, and the point-to-multipoint routing algorithm by implementing our schemes and analyzing their performance under the operational ATM network of KT(Korea Telecom).

In this paper, we design sampling inspections and service capacities simultaneously for multi-products. Products are supplied in batches after rectifying inspections, that is, rejected lot is subject to total inspection and defective products are reworked to good ones. When supplied, all defective products are uncovered and returned to service. Particularly, we extend Kim [1] by introducing the fixed costs of providing services and show that the cost function of a product is no longer linear or convex in terms of the level of service provision. We develop a framework for a product to deal with this joint design problem and a dynamic programming algorithm for multi-products which allocates the given number of the total service capacities among products with the considerably smaller computations than the total number of possible allocations.

The automotive industry tries to provide infotainment systems to emerging automobiles. Since the infotainment systems require various peripheral devices and network connectivity, legacy operating systems such as Linux and Windows can be much preferred due to its plentiful device drivers and multimedia applications while the operating systems following OSEK standard are used for automotive electronic control units. Thus it is highly desired that the system software supporting infotainment applications can be portable over different legacy operating systems providing unified programming interfaces. The majority of legacy operating systems support POSIX interfaces for application development. MOST is an automotive network standard for infotainment systems. Network Service defines the protocol stacks for MOST control data, which is essential to implement infotainment applications over MOST. In this paper, we suggest a POSIX-based Network Service so that we can utilize legacy device drivers and applications for automotive infotainment systems. We measure the performance of the POSIX-based Network Service and show that its overhead is not significant.

Purpose: The study tried to suggest the ways to improve the national disability welfare information projects with evaluating the present condition of the projects. Method: Firstly, the study analyzed the disability information system and disability websites. Secondly, the study found out the problems of the registration of disability and management system through the situation analysis. Finally, the study conducted a survey of the disabled and the information system workers and performance evaluation of the information system. Result: The study offered a proposal of The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) for the disability registration and management. When the disabled visit the hospital or the public health center, their information is registered automatically in The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS), which helps not to miss out the disability registration. Through this system, they are given the proper service which they need, and the information can be shared with the facilities providing the service for the disabled. Conclusion: The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) contributes significantly in avoiding the repetition of the support for the disabled and improving the quality of service.

본 연구는 지혜자산을 구축하고 유통하고 활용하는 전체 과정이 최적의 서비스시스템이 되도록 서비스디자인 모델을 연구하였다. 지혜의 본질을 분석하고, 지혜와 서비스의 본질에 기반하여 지혜자산화서비스모델을 디자인하였다. 지혜와 서비스 본질에의 충실성에 시스템 최적성을 기반을 두고 연구를 수행하였다. 지혜의 근본성과 연결성, 서비스의 관계성, 수평성, 쌍방향성, 조화성 본질을 서비스디자인에 반영하였다. 지혜자산화 서비스시스템은 이들 본질적 특성에 충실하게 설계될 때, 시스템구축 목적과 운영 과정이 최선의 상태로 구현될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 지혜원천 채집, 지혜 가공, 지혜 유통, 지혜 활용, 지혜 전수, 서비스 운영 등의 전체서비스에 대해 서비스 기본 모델을 디자인한 후, 세부 서비스모델을 제시하였다. 지혜자산 구축서비스, 지혜자산 활용서비스, 서비스경영 등 세 개의 축으로 세부 서비스 모델을 디자인하였다. 본 연구는 정신적으로 피폐해가는 물질문명 사회의 문제점을 해결하고 생산성이 높으면서도 정신적으로 건강한 사회를 위한 서비스모델을 설계하는 차원에서 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 서비스디자인을 보완하고 세부 모델을 상세히 디자인하고, 각 디자인을 심화시키는 후속 연구가 필요하다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate possible ways to expand the services of home-visit nursing through a review of the progress, achievements, and obstacles of home-visit nursing; a pilot project of an integrated home-service; the application of the Omaha System; as well as a case analysis of providing home-visit nursing services. Method: An integrated review was conducted using various source materials, including laws, previous studies, and a case analysis. Results: In case analysis of providing visiting nursing service, rehabilitation nursing, end-of-life nursing, and dementia care showed high nursing needs. It was necessary that the various home visit nursing services in the intervention area of the Omaha System, administrative services, case management, and center operation activities were all included in the payment systems of long-term care insurance. Conclusion: In the future, home visit nursing services of long-term care insurance should be reborn in the form of a center for integrated case management in the community, which would set long-term goals until the time of a client's death and encompass the realm of human rights for health, quality of daily life, and a dignity of life.

Along with the diversification of digital content services using wired/wireless networks, the market for the construction of base systems is growing rapidly. Cloud computing services are recognized for a reasonable cost of service and superior system operations. Cloud computing is convenient as far as system construction and maintenance are concerned; however, owing to the security risks associated with the system construction of actual cloud computing service, the ICT(Information and Communications Technologies) market is lacking regardless of its many advantages. In this paper, we conducted an experiment on a cloud computing security enhancement model to strengthen the security aspect of cloud computing and provide convenient services to the users. The objective of this study is to provide secure services for system operation and management while providing convenient services to the users. For secure and convenient cloud computing, a single sign-on (SSO) technique and a system access control technique are proposed. For user authentication using SSO, a security level is established for each user to facilitate the access to the system, thereby designing the system in such a manner that the rights to access resources of the accessed system are not abused. Furthermore, using a user authentication ticket, various systems can be accessed without a reauthorization process. Applying the security technique to protect the entire process of requesting, issuing, and using a ticket against external security threats, the proposed technique facilitates secure cloud computing service.
