In the distributed replicating server model, the provision of replicated services will improve the performance of the providing service and efficiency for clients. Efficiently composing the server selection algorithm decreases the retrieval time for replicated data. In this paper, we define the system model that selects and connects the replicated server that provides an optimal service using the server-side downstream measurement and propose a server selection algorithm.

In CALS/EC environment, there are geographically dispersed heterogeneous databases and various applications. Integrated database environment provides transparent access mechanism for heterogeneous and distributed databases and interoperability between applications in various platforms. Because elements exist geographically in integrated database environment, directory service is necessary for providing unique access mechanism for elements. In this paper, we design a directory service using CORBA based access interface and object-oriented DIB model for accessing transparently to elements and interoperability with other information system.

This paper proposes a methodology to compute the servicing price of reactive power management and voltage control in competitive electrical power market. Compound method is proposed and its result is proved by a sample test. The method can be useful in providing additional insight into power system operation and can be used to determine tariffs of reactive power management service.

This paper proposes a policy adjuster-driven Grid workflow management system for collaborative healthcare platform, which supports collaborative heart disease diagnosis applications. To select policies according to service level agreement of users and dynamic resource status, we devised a policy adjuster to handle workflow management polices and resource management policies using policy decision scheme. We implemented this new architecture with workflow management functions based on policy quorum based resource management system for providing poincare geometrycharacterized ECG analysis and virtual heart simulation service. To evaluate our proposed system, we executed a heart disease identification application in our system and compared the performance to that of the general workflow system and PQRM system under different types of SLA.

본 논문에서는 분산 이기종 시스템들로 구성되는 다수의 독립된 인터넷 상점들과 이들을 연합하여 공동 포인트 적립, 공동 상품 검색 등의 통합된 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 허브 싸이트에서 고객 개개인에게 맞춤 상품 정보 및 광고를 제공하기 위한 방법을 제시한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the case of 'drive-thru' services newly introduced and tried in libraries in Korea under the influence of COVID-19, and to develop and propose a service model so that this service can be continuously applied to all libraries in the future. Therefore, the method of study was selected and analyzed by selecting one of the representative libraries that provide related services in Seoul Special City, Incheon Metropolitan City, and Anyang City of Gyeonggi Province. In addition, a focus group interview was conducted with twelve people in charge to find a way to apply the drive-thru service to the library. As a result, the library's drive-thru service is a way to fulfill the library's original purpose of providing information materials while minimizing faceto-face contact with users. It was concluded that it is a suitable method for a library of complex buildings, where there is a lack of parking space. In addition, it was deduced that it may be one of the ways to use the library efficiently for office workers who are unable to use library services during the opening hours. Therefore, if the drive-thru service is implemented according to the developed model, it is expected to increase the library visit rate and data utilization rate.

본 논문에서는 센서 및 기기로부터 받은 정보를 이용하여 헬스케어 응용 서비스를 제공하고, 이를 원격에서 모니터링 및 제어할 수 있는 분산객체그룹 프레임워크 기반의 헬스케어 흠 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 분산객체그룹 프레임워크는 헬스케어 응용의 수행을 위해 수행객체들 및 헬스케어 지원 센서 또는 기기들의 논리적인 서비스별 그룹화와 이들 그룹간의 상호 동적연결 및 실시간 서비스를 지원한다. 제안한 시스템의 구조는 3계층으로 헬스케어 지원 센서나 기기로 이루어진 물리적 계층, 분산객체그룹 프레임워크 지원 계층, 그리고 이들 기반위에서 수행할 헬스케어 응용 구현 계층으로 구성된다. 본 시스템 환경에서 헬스케어 응용으로 위치추적 서비스, 헬스정보 서비스, 그리고 쾌적환경 서비스들을 구현하였고, 각 서비스를 통합하여 수행한 결과를 원격 데스크탑과 이동 단말기를 통해 보였다.

과학기술분야의 국내외 전문정보 제공기관들은 최신의 다양한 과학기술정보, 연구동향정보 등의 수집과 분석, 새로운 정보시스템의 개랄, 보유정보의 유효성 확대 및 이용자 중심의 다양한 정보서비스 개발 등 효율적인 정보제공을 위하여 지속적인 발전을 도모하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국(NTIS), 미국(NTIS), 일본(JST) 등 3개국의 대표적인 국가 R&D 정보시스템 구축현황을 조사 분석하여, 현재 운영중인 시스템을 보다 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 개선사항을 도출 제시함으로써 국가 R&D 정보의 이상적인 구축체계 확립에 기여하고자 하였다.

In this paper, we designed a system that integrate and organize customer management programs and databases, which are performed independently of each other. And we designed the system so that it can be used for future marketing by implementing the system to share and efficiently utilize mutual independent maintenance information. From the CRM perspective, a comprehensive information system ghat manages every information on both new cars and second hand cares grom their purchase, to parts, to insurance, and to scraping needs to be established. The following should be applied in the establishment of the IAMS. Auto makers or auto maintenance services providers exclusive management of information on customers and their car maintenance services is aggravating the customer's inconvenience and complaints. In addition, the service provider has difficulty providing consistent maintenance services because it has little information about previous auto maintenance services the customer received. Besides, the customers who have no information on costs of parts and labor tend to hesitate to trust the costs of maintenance services. This study to provide customers with systematic maintenance service and causing them some inconvenience. Therefore, in order to maintain existing customers, auto maintenance service providers should provide services the customers wanted on the basis of accurate information about them.

스마트한 홈서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 가전기기를 제어하기위한 미들웨어 기술과 사용자의 위치를 기반 서비스를 위한 사용자의 위치 정보가 중요하다. 기존에 연구되는 초음파 및 전파를 사용한 기술은 장애물 및 주변 환경의 영향을 많이 받는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 위치 추정에 장애물 등의 영향을 받지 않는 관성센서를 사용하고, RFID를 사용하여 초기 위치를 설정하는 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법을 사용하여 초기 위치를 상대 좌표가 아닌 실제 좌표로 바로 할당할 수 있게 하여 이를 통해 관성센서의 단점인 오차누적 문제를 해결한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 서비스제공 및 확장성을 위한 미들웨어와 미들웨어 상위계층에서 동작하는 사용자 위치 추정시스템, 그리고 사용자의 위치계산을 위한 데이터를 수집하는 관성센서 및 RFID Reader로 구성한다. 또한 스마트 홈 환경에서 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템이 장애물의 영향을 받지 않고 동작하는 것을 확인한다.
